飯店供應的三餐自助餐太好了，值得推薦！但是26日晚餐後散步，7點在酒店以西50米處被搶劫了全部美元現金，搶劫的是四個人一輛汽車，自詡為警察並出示警徽（不認識啊），號稱查武器和**，要求拿出證件和錢包，還好最後衹是取走美元證件留下了，大概是盯上這片區域的遊客，中國遊客可能對搶劫犯也是有吸引力的，我應該不是第一個也不會是最後一位，寫出來就是給大家提個醒，目前晚上儘量別出門。酒店外面的環境和酒店無關，但是酒店應該善意提醒天黑最好別出門，再一個酒店的保險櫃無法使用，要不損失可能不是全部現金。

Il servizio in generale, la stanza non ha una serratura, mi prestero'da personale di servizio. Non è d'accordo. La serratura può bruciare l'acqua nel palco, e poi portare alla stanza del secondo piano. È molto scomodo. Si consiglia di dotare ogni stanza di una serratura, non è molto costosa. È opportuno concentrarsi sulla comodità degli ospiti.

La casa di palma è rispettosa, onesta e ottenuta come si aspetta.Apartamento confortevole, pulito, buono dimensione.

The hotel is brand new, with beautifully finished, spacious rooms. The lobby is also tastefully designed, with comfortable sofas that create a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service and management do not yet match the quality of the physical facilities. The health club is unmanned, with the spa and sauna seemingly left to their own devices. Guests have to ask the receptionist to call a staff member to provide towels and turn on the facilities. There is also no bench or seating area where guests can relax after using the sauna. The rooftop restaurant is ideally located and nicely maintained, offering a setting that could be excellent for both breakfast and dining. Sadly, however, the quality of the food was disappointing. There was also an issue at checkout. Although I had already paid for my entire stay through Trip.com, the receptionist asked me to pay again. Fortunately, the matter was resolved satisfactorily after a phone call with a more senior member of staff. Overall, this could be an excellent hotel. The building, rooms, lobby and facilities have considerable potential, but the hotel needs much more professional and attentive management to bring the overall experience up to the standard its impressive physical facilities deserve.
