Hotel a 3 stelle in Maharashtra, India

Lovely hotel. Staff helpful but strict about early check in. Only issue is entrance road is dug up so cars struggling to get in.

Abbiamo fatto un check-in alle 1:00 di notte e prima di avere una parola con qualcuno dell'hotel che possiamo controllare alle 3:00 il giorno seguente, mentre andremo a partire alle 3:00, allora il personale ha detto che va bene che tu venga qui e poi risolviamo le cose per te. Una volta arrivati qui, si rifiutarono di poter aiutare, ma abbiamo capito le loro cose che abbiamo detto loro di offrire almeno un posto per mantenere la nostra promessa, a cui ci hanno certamente fornito. Una volta siamo tornati all'hotel e chiese al ricevimento che se ci potesse offrire una stanza per un'ora come volevamo riposare e siamo pronti a pagare per lo stesso che ha completamente negato che non abbiamo una stanza quando l'intero hotel ha così ***y camere vacanze Almeno l'hotel ***agement dovrebbe avere la decenza di base hu*** per dare ai loro ospiti il soggiorno più memorabile invece di rovinare il viaggio. Anche loro non hanno una base di emina di polvere nelle stanze, la loro faucet di salute è stata rotta, non forniscono nemmeno i servizi igienici di base. Dopo pochi minuti siamo andati da lui e gli abbiamo chiesto quali saranno le tariffe per un'ora e lui ha chiesto Rs.600 e abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per un giorno in 850! Comm'on ragazzi come seriamente? Non consigliera' mai questo hotel, perché il ricevitore non è affatto utile.

Location is good. But as a business traveller to commute from chakan is bad to traffic n bad roads i preferred a la carte and enjoyed the delicious veg. Items. Hot n delicious service was good. But rooms needs to be better

Il servizio medio è ibis. Il personale è molto lento a rispondere con qualcuno di essere brutto e intimidito a volte.Blanchettiamente rifiutare i servizi di Bellboy e chiederci di portare il nostro bagaglio.La colazione è stata buona. Le guardie erano molto utili, un ampio parcheggio, le camere sono un po 'piccole ma *** conveniente.

Il sistema online di check-in non funzionava. Ogni volta che vuoi entrare nella stanza devi trovare il personale. La piscina è stata registrata con acqua.

I loved this hotel. The location is great, close to many restaurants and shops, colonial buildings and attractions. Breakfasts are fantastic, with both Indian and western food available. Eggs and dosas are cooked freshly to order. There is also free water, and tea/coffee available in the lounge areas. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful. I requested to move rooms as I wasn't keen on being on the ground floor, and they arranged straight away to let me move to a higher room. My domestic flight was cancelled by Indigo and the fantastic concierge Rajesh was extremely helpful with helping me rearrange plans. Rajesh made several phone calls for me to tour companies, transport providers and hotels, and took me to the central station and back to help me buy my train ticket. He went above and beyond for me to sort out the disruption to plans caused by the cancellation. He also arranged a taxi for me and ensured I got away safely. I was really touched by all his help and it made a stressful situation way easier for me, especially as I was travelling alone. Thank you so much Rajesh! I will happily stay at this hotel again should I return to Mumbai.

The hotel buffet breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The Comfort rooms were renovated a long time ago, and shows signs of being dated (ex. the wallpaper peeling off, or mildew around the shower). Staff and the service was generally excellent. Construction/renovations meant there sometimes was noise to wake you in the morning. The pool looked like no one has used it in years.
