Hotel a 3 stelle in Maharashtra, India

飯店服務很好，設備也都蠻新的，只是電梯反應比較慢，很多次以為有感應到房卡了，結果又跑到其他樓層了～餐點不錯，但是沒有培根是唯一的遺憾～

Malvan Heritage has to be the best stay! whatever they claimed to provide was actually provided by them. Rooms were very neat and clean. Service was top notch. The staff was very nice.

Great staff, especially at the breakfast place and door entry. Room needs updating. Sound insulation is lacking. I was daily woken up by the talks of the room service people starting at 7am.

Abbiamo fatto un check-in alle 1:00 di notte e prima di avere una parola con qualcuno dell'hotel che possiamo controllare alle 3:00 il giorno seguente, mentre andremo a partire alle 3:00, allora il personale ha detto che va bene che tu venga qui e poi risolviamo le cose per te. Una volta arrivati qui, si rifiutarono di poter aiutare, ma abbiamo capito le loro cose che abbiamo detto loro di offrire almeno un posto per mantenere la nostra promessa, a cui ci hanno certamente fornito. Una volta siamo tornati all'hotel e chiese al ricevimento che se ci potesse offrire una stanza per un'ora come volevamo riposare e siamo pronti a pagare per lo stesso che ha completamente negato che non abbiamo una stanza quando l'intero hotel ha così ***y camere vacanze Almeno l'hotel ***agement dovrebbe avere la decenza di base hu*** per dare ai loro ospiti il soggiorno più memorabile invece di rovinare il viaggio. Anche loro non hanno una base di emina di polvere nelle stanze, la loro faucet di salute è stata rotta, non forniscono nemmeno i servizi igienici di base. Dopo pochi minuti siamo andati da lui e gli abbiamo chiesto quali saranno le tariffe per un'ora e lui ha chiesto Rs.600 e abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per un giorno in 850! Comm'on ragazzi come seriamente? Non consigliera' mai questo hotel, perché il ricevitore non è affatto utile.

Nel complesso buono, ma ci sono alcuni commenti a riguardo: Frequenti malfunzionamenti della scala mobile C'è una discoteca al piano di sotto e la musica è alta e fastidiosa Quando una persona chiede di incontrare un amico, alcuni addetti alla sicurezza non la indirizzano alla reception e la persona interessata non viene contattata per decidere se accettare o meno l'incontro.

L'hotel è un hotel molto consigliato, che offre un soggiorno piacevole all'IBIS HOTEL BKC MUMBAI. L'alloggio pulito, siamo ben curati da personale amichevole e attento attraverso il nostro soggiorno qui .. soprattutto il team di custodia di Ramesh e Sayali. La colazione è stata buona e fresca.

front office was very helpful, done arrangements for my travel to drop me @ station from hotel, as I was with my little once. But cleaning should be improve when we check in bedding was very dirty in occupancy room. Room TV was not working,bathroom was very stinky.

In realtà era una cattiva esperienza, l'ho prenotato per il mio amico, era sporco, con i cazzo di peli e i capelli in tutto.Il mio amico ha fatto un accordo con loro sul rimborso, doveva andare al mio conto come ho pagato per questo, e non lo hanno mai fatto. Non consiglio di rimanere lì. So che 200$ è molto per qualcuno in India, ma inferno, fare quello che hai promesso!!!

If you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other
