Prenotato 2 camere per 2 notti. Vista fantastica quando si sveglia la mattina. La colazione era grande per entrambi i giorni. C'è un piccolo campo da gioco accanto al loro caffè che i miei bambini possono giocare anche. Il servizio era fantastico. Tornerò se ritroverò Solo.

Bella hotel a bambina! Inizialmente sembrava che le precedenti revisioni negative fossero confermate soprattutto nel settore della sottostima: la nostra stanza non era pronta in tempo, probabilmente per mancanza di personale. Più tardi, anche se abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza con la pulizia quotidiana della stanza (ci siamo rimasti in un appartamento familiare). 1. La posizione è davvero eccellente: vicino al mare, con una grande piscina, vicino al porto e passeggiata al centro del villaggio con negozi e ristoranti. 2. Quindi la pulizia riceve solo 3 su 5 a causa di ciò che è stato detto. 3.Il servizio riceve 5 perché abbiamo trovato che il personale era molto utile. Al colazione potremmo ordinare omelete e uova schiacciate (non parte del buffet) e potremmo ordinare alcune altre specifiche più adatte ai nostri desideri alimentari occidentali (pannelli senza colorazione alimentare verde!! ;). Gli amici che sono venuti sono stati inizialmente chiesti di lasciare la piscina, ma quando abbiamo spiegato che si supponeva che potessero rimanere per un pp tariffa 50K (come abbiamo visto altri hotel affrontare questo), ci hanno permesso. Una lampada rotta è stata fissata immediatamente al momento dell’arrivo, e quando abbiamo chiesto carta da bagno o shampoo, la portano immediatamente. Quando ci chiese dove potremmo comprare pane per pranzo per i nostri figli uno dei membri del personale ha ricevuto due limoni di pane per noi e non ci hanno pagato un'ulteriore tassa per questo! La colazione è stata servita prima su richiesta (prima dell'6.30) dal momento che il traghetto è uscito presto. 4. Facilities 4 out of 5: fairly new, straight forward, practical.Solo alcune cose rotte come le matite qui e là che erano rotte e alla ricezione, il tetto aveva un buco enorme. In generale, abbiamo trovato questo un hotel molto buono dove il personale ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole, vorremmo tornare un giorno!

The guest feel satisfied here but they complain about the signal of the tv. The bathroom and the room is like this hotel name “Petit” that means “small/little” so, if you’re looking for a spacious bathroom, this one might not be on your list. They also served water and some tea, also coffee. It’s comfortable.

We stayed 4 days in this hotel (28 Dec 2023-1 Jan 2024). 1. On the 2nd day before I left, I asked the receptionist to tell Housekeeping to clean our room, and I also complained that the bathroom in our other room (I booked 2 rooms) was always flooded with water. When we returned to the hotel at 10 p.m. It looks like our bathroom hasn't been cleaned, it looks like there's only been a change of towels. I saw that the towel was torn and faded, and the shower room was still flooded with water when I showered. After I complained again to the receptionist, the technician came to fix it, and at 23.15, the housekeeper also came to clean the bathroom. 2. On the 4th day morning, we also complained to the receptionist, that the Air Conditioning in our room 129 was not cold, but no technician came. Until 3 o'clock in the morning we couldn't stand it because our room was very hot, and we asked to change rooms. But the receptionist so many excuses, and it wasn't until 4 am that we were given another room. This is very bad because we couldn't sleep all night from 31 Dec 2023 to 1 January 2024 at 4 am. Due to that problems, I asked the hotel to please refund our 4th day payment because we couldn't sleep well, due to poor service.

Studio 55 has a very lovely layout and great size. With a sofa bed, and one big table to work or have dinner in room. Big appreciation for the hotel to let us check in 30 minutes earlier and check out 60 minutes later (based on room availability). The service was great and staffs were friendly. Breakfast place is small (around 10 tables only). Tried to go around 8am, it was full and had to wait, so I came back around 9am and it was nice ambience. Great food, they had indomie in the menu. Parking area is very limited. Valet is necessary. It’s free, but most of the time it takes time for your car to go out and in. Overall it’s nice experience and I will stay here again in this room type again.

My room washroom encounter the stinky smells on the 1st night, very unfortunate the phone inside the room also out of order too. I’ve to close the door properly before sleep yet still have unpleasant smells in the room. I’ve told the night shift front desk officer about it, however he seems don’t understood and didn’t get the issue settle. Hence, I’ve requested to upgrade on the next day to the day time front desk officer, Herman if the issue can’t be solved. However, it’s fully booked, so I felt upset and helpless. Therefore, I’ve stressed to him I’m unable to give good rating in this case and get him to my room and experience it. He immediately understood the issue and get someone to resolve the issue after I went out for early dinner. Afterwards the issue only comes back in a while and gone. Herman had got the cleaner take note of the issue too over the 6 days 5 nights stay. I would like to give the compliment to Herman for this case. Besides, though the breakfast served only simple food, however I think is good for nutrition and everything are fresh. Especially the juice and fruit sections.

Questo è un luogo davvero molto distinguibile che ho mai vissuto, tranquillo e ben mischiato con il grande fiume Progo al retro e il villaggio tradizionale che lo circonda. L'ubicazione è vicino al tempio Borobudur, al tempio Pawon (molto vicino) e al tempio Mendut. Il villaggio intorno all'hotel è anche molto interessante per essere viaggiare in giro di mattina. Poiché ci sono molti posti vicini al turismo come Rengginang Cracker industria locale casa, Tingal Art batik, Paddy riso con sceneggiatura Menoreh Hill e anche EloProgo arte galleria e caffè che è un posto molto bello da vedere da soli e da soli camminando. Molto grande hotel e sicuramente vale la pena consigliare agli amici e a qualsiasi viaggiatore. 👍❤️
