I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Ibis Alicante. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and offers easy access to the city centre and the beach, making it ideal for both short stays and transit. The rooms were clean and functional, with all the essentials needed for a relaxing night. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping service maintained high standards throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or offer assistance with directions and transport. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast had a decent variety, including both hot and cold options. The lounge area was quiet and a nice place to unwind. Overall, Ibis Alicante provides great value for money and is a reliable choice for travellers looking for simple, clean, and well-located accommodation in Alicante.

Abbiamo soggiornato al B&B Alicante Centro per tre notti e nel complesso abbiamo avuto un'esperienza piacevole. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dalla principale zona turistica, il che ha reso molto comodo esplorare la città senza bisogno di mezzi di trasporto. La camera era pulita e ben tenuta, il che è sempre un grande vantaggio. Tuttavia, il principale inconveniente era il pessimo isolamento acustico. Si sentivano chiaramente le conversazioni provenienti dalle camere vicine, il che ha compromesso il comfort generale. Inoltre, la nostra camera si trovava accanto all'ascensore, quindi c'era un rumore costante di persone che andavano e venivano. Nonostante questi problemi, il soggiorno è stato discreto grazie all'ottima posizione e alla pulizia.

L'hotel dista 30 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ci sono alcuni piccoli supermercati nei dintorni, ma se si vuole fare la spesa più grande bisogna andare più lontano. Nel complesso la camera era confortevole. Anche il personale è molto entusiasta

Good priced , clean place , nicely located. Very accommodating. Only issue we encountered is the canteen staff did not speak English and with our full board chosen as an extra it was buffet at times and ordering from the menu and times, so with the language barrier it just made things abit difficult. If it had a buffet for all breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place would be perfect for a get away and stay. Even though the staff were polite and friendly.

Hotel bene, ma il personale molto poco amabile e poco risoluto, ho avuto un errore nel prenotare e non mi hanno aiutato in nulla, mi hanno dato il numero per contattare persone che potrebbero risolvere e non mi hanno preso il telefono, Mi hanno dato un altro numero e ero di una persona particolare, molto poco risoluto e poco comprensivo perché come hotel dove ho prenotato dovreste avere un mezzo di contatto dove risolvere questi problemi e non lavarsi le mani così facilmente.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

The hotel is clean, modern with all the necessities. It’s located in an industrial area close to the airport and there is nothing around but it’s also next to a commercial center (complete with brands and restaurants) plus it’s only a 15mins to Valencia city center by car. There is also free parking within the hotel area with gate hence quite safe. The room decent (as expected) and clean. The toilet is a capsule type of toilet which works well. Everything is perfect for the quality and price and I would give it a 5/5, except there is no air conditioning in the room when I’m travelling in May. Reason being it’s centralised and they think the weather is still decent and not warm enough to justify turning on the air conditioning. I’m not sure if they ever tried sleeping in but it was horrible. It’s like sleeping in a sauna. Having the windows open helped but around 2am, there’ll be bad smell from factories nearby. The sole purpose of a hotel is allowing the customers to rest and sleep comfortably and it has failed despite all the other features and good services. It’s such a pity

L'hotel è situato vicino alla città di scienza e arte, ma alla parte storica si trova una lunga passeggiata di 45 minuti. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile, lasciando il bagaglio dopo l'espulsione di nessun pagamento. La pulizia ogni giorno, ma il letto non cambiava solo il letto.Per quanto riguarda i danni, il condizionatore d'aria non funzionava, il puliziatore era consapevole, pensavamo che avrebbe informato il capo e risolto il problema, ma nessuno è venuto. In marzo non era molto caldo, quindi la finestra era aperta invece del condizionatore d'aria.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.

La receptionist è stata molto accogliente e parlava diverse lingue. Anche la paninoteca al piano di sotto era deliziosa, e nelle vicinanze c'erano un supermercato e un grande magazzino inglese. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
