Hotel a 3 stelle in Provincia di Samaná, Repubblica Dominicana

We expected a lot more for this hotel. Checking in, the receptionist was very friendly and so was the bellboy. The room was sober but clean and i have no comment on that. But, we had no warm water, even after it ran for over 15 minutes. The bartender was unfriendly and i made a comment to him directly that he had to learn to smile, that it does not cost anything. But the same went for the serving staff in the bufet restaurant. Although the hotel was only occupied for about 30% , they were very slow and unfriendly. The selection of food was very limited. Breakfast didn't include bacon, and had only one type of ham and cheese. Lunch and dinner, the same. Small selection of vegetables and speciality dish, 1 type of fish and one type of meat. No cheese, ice cream or even pudding for dessert. I realize it is low season in Samana at this moment, but i had expected more from a Wyndham hotel. Further more, driving there, you can get lost, as there ar no signs or directions to follow. Its in the middle of nowhere.

Wonderful place. Like living in the castle. The view is marvellous, beds are huge, breakfast is delicious. People who work here are nice and welcoming.

Gentilezza e posto molto bello vicino a tutto

La camera è grande e le camere da letto sono troppo comode rispetto alle camere doppie.Ma l'hotel è più vecchio e le strutture sono più vecchie.Il condizionatore d'aria può essere raffreddato e non può essere riscaldato. È molto freddo e difficile tollerare quei giorni.Inoltre, l'hotel può essere memorizzato per molto tempo, molto conveniente, quindi vivere.

- Buona posizione. Ben fatto dal personale di ricezione, ma le persone che lavorano al ristorante della spiaggia lo fanno con molta parsimonia, lentamente e negligenza: dovevano chiedere di prenderti cura di te o di preparare le cose perché non avevano mai niente di pronto. La colazione era inclusa (vedi foto), ma era molto di base e senza alcun tipo di varietà. Prezzi del ristorante costosi e anche del massaggio (€60/hora). Non arrivava la nostra camera WiFi, il bagno era bloccato, si supponeva che lo avessero sistemato, ma era ancora uguale. Non arrivava acqua calda al bagno e tutti i giorni ci facevamo una doccia con acqua fredda. Le maglie di mosquito erano rotte, con cui entravano comunque i mosquiti. L'hotel è bello e le camere sono ampie, ma c'erano tante cose che non erano buone, che sono uscito con un sapore agridulce con tocchi amari.
