Devo ammettere che l'hotel è molto comodo, dato che si trova molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana di Nanzhou. La camera in cui ho soggiornato era spaziosa, confortevole e molto pulita. Purtroppo, la Cina non ha ancora introdotto una legge antifumo negli hotel e molte delle camere di questa struttura sono riservate ai fumatori. Sebbene la mia camera fosse immacolata e inodore, i corridoi spesso puzzavano di fumo di sigaretta a causa di altri ospiti che lasciavano le porte aperte per motivi che non riuscivo a capire. Sebbene questo sia consentito in Cina e non sia necessariamente un difetto dell'hotel, spero che le normative cambino presto. Per quanto riguarda la camera, avevo qualche perplessità sull'insonorizzazione: il rumore del traffico e i rumori dei lavori in corso provenienti da un cantiere dall'altra parte della strada erano piuttosto evidenti. Un punto importante da sottolineare: non ho trovato personale alla reception che parlasse inglese. Sebbene sia vero che oggi disponiamo di molti strumenti per la traduzione in tempo reale, credo che in un hotel moderno che accoglie ospiti internazionali, avere almeno un membro del personale che parli inglese alla reception dovrebbe essere un requisito fondamentale. È essenziale per ricevere consigli locali su ristoranti, servizi, indicazioni stradali e altro ancora. Un'altra piccola nota da una prospettiva europea: la colazione era interamente tradizionale cantonese, senza opzioni internazionali disponibili, solo un po' di frutta. Inoltre, le etichette dei prodotti alimentari non erano in altre lingue, il che potrebbe creare confusione per alcuni ospiti. Nel complesso, la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva e credo che questo hotel abbia un grande potenziale di miglioramento in futuro. Ci tornerei? Sì.

Clean room and the front desk gave me a free upgrade to a better room. The room features a nice projector TV, blackout curtains and very appreciated heated seat toilet with bidet. The location is overall great and feels local with good access to metro. The shared laundry machines were appreciated though the dryer is rather weak. Overall, I would stay here again and it was worth the money.

Very excellent service, they allowed us to check in a couple hours early and check out a couple hours late. The only issue was that the room had a smoke smell.

The owner is very nice - very chatty and easy to talk to. My luggage was crazy heavy and he helped me with it and loaded it onto the didi for me as well, which I really appreciate! Unfortunately I don't have many pictures of the accommodation because I was sooo busy and tired~ The area is 20 min to 体育西路 which I love going to because there's a whole basement of anime and donghua merch you can get from there! Plenty to eat too. Breakfast was simple but good and to my liking. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed showering there! The heated toilet bowls really make a difference. They have cats in the lobby as well. There is only one washer and dryer in the lobby that you can only use from breakfast time onwards so travellers who intend to wash and dry your clothes there do take note~ I was there past midnight and the young guy at the reception kind of mixed up my room, and didn't tell me about breakfast either 🥲 so I only had breakfast on the last day of my stay hahaha! Anyways on the first day I was in Changsha for a day trip, and I was notified that they would have to shift my stuff to my new room because there was a mistake in the room type, which was fine by me! But the housekeeper kind of just threw all my stuff into my luggage without any care so my clean clothes and dirty airplane clothes were mixed together with my used undergarments and my books were bent :( my dresses were also still in the wardrobe in the previous room and they didn't bring it to my new room so I had to wear a dress that I haven't washed the next day 😅 but I didn't want to make a fuss since I came back to the hotel from Changsha at about 2am and understood that the owner can't possibly wake the occupants in the room to retrieve my clothes. Also the next morning the housekeeper was pretty nice so there's that! In conclusion I will still choose this accommodation when I'm back in GZ as its value for money, really clean and has chill vibes, and near 广州东站~ Way better than the other place I stayed at (M*m**nt Hotel hahahah)

朋友推薦的客棧。一到，就覺得朋友懂自己，太對味啦。整個空間佈置很有禪意，場域讓人安靜。 管家小姐姐們熱情周到，有賓至如歸的感覺。客棧門口的一個小細節，還讓我對這個村子的歷史有了一點了解。瑤塘村，以前村民經營燒磚燒瓦。客棧門口的青磚，就是那段村史的見證。 這次入住的體驗，就如我住的房間名——自在。

La lavatrice dell'hotel è pulita e include l'asciugatrice. Il primo e il secondo piano, messi insieme, sono di circa 100 metri quadrati, uno spazio molto ampio. Ci si può stare comodamente anche in due famiglie, lo spazio è più che sufficiente. L'hotel è molto vicino a Chimelong, a solo una fermata di metro, davvero comodo. Le lenzuola sono pulite e anche il servizio della reception è ottimo.

Very clean! Hotel is close to subway, bus stop and right cross street from a huge shopping mall. The best part is——it’s pretty quiet in the room. I slept like a baby. Highly recommended!
