L'esperienza di questo soggiorno è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Non avrei mai pensato che tale qualità, posizione, prezzo e servizio potessero essere offerti a questo prezzo. Poiché mi hanno estratto un dente da un dentista lì vicino, ho dovuto soggiornare a Futian per una notte. Ho trovato rapidamente questo hotel, che si è rivelato essere proprio accanto all'Excellence Center. Ci vogliono solo 2 minuti dall'hotel all'Excellence e solo 5 minuti al dentista. Questo è più che perfetto. Inoltre, il servizio è stato molto buono, la reception è stata molto attenta e anche la risposta ai messaggi è stata molto rapida. La qualità della camera è semplicemente la più conveniente a questo prezzo. Soggiornerò sicuramente qui la prossima volta.

Ottima posizione nella via pedonale Dongmen e circondato da buon cibo di strada locale. Facile da spostare. Il personale dell'hotel è cordiale. Mi hanno persino permesso di fare il check-out alle 14:00 invece che alle 12:00 senza che lo chiedessi. Grazie.

Booked my stay for 8 nights and below are my reviews. ISSUE 1 We were given the room facing the railway station and true to other traveller’s review, it IS NOISY! The constant honks of the vehicles can start at 7am till 12midnight everyday. When we entered the room on the first day, we tried to on the air-con for better ventilation but instead of cool air, warm air came out. Tried to adjust the settings but there was no change. Went to the reception to enquire but they mentioned they were not able to on the central aircon as it’s winter season and they would need to get management’s approval to activate it. what they could offer us was to open the one and only small window in our room. We told them we already opened it but it’s still warm so the other alternative is to provide us with standing fans which they did. Imagine us sleeping for 5 nights with the window open and the fans on, hearing the cars honks from 7am-12midnight. IT WAS TORTURE. Luckily on the 6th day, we enquired again and they finally activated the central air-con. Mind you the winter season in Guangzhou is totally different temperature than Shanghai or Beijing. There’s no need to off the central aircon at all. ISSUE 2 There were 20 floors in this hotel but there were only three lifts in this building. The lift space was small, could only fit 9 adults max in my opinion. The speed the lifts were going was also slow. Plus, you’re sharing the space with the service robots. So if you’re staying here, kindly cater extra waiting time. ISSUE 3 The rooms are not labeled non-smoking/ smoking room. So you could be staying in a non-smoking room but the room around you could be a smoking room. There were days where we could smell cigarette smoke in our toilet and unable to find the source. And there were days when we came out of our room to walk to the lift, the whole corridor smelled of cigarettes. I pity the cleaners having to use the humidifier everyday while cleaning the rooms. PLUS side - the room I booked was spacious. Could fit in four medium sized luggages with loads of space to walk around. - toilet was clean and spacious - there’s free bottled water provided and could ask for more - metro station is just below us. Conclusion, this would be my first and last visit to this hotel. Will probably stay somewhere away from the railway station in the future and will make sure to check with the hotels if their air-con is working. Not worth the price I’m paying for.

Stiamo all'hotel per tre notti. Il personale è molto bello che hanno aggiornato la nostra stanza a una stanza molto più grande e confortevole anche a Natale. Ci hanno anche dato un regalo di Natale! Ci sono state tre grandi notti qui. E' vicino al negozio, ma tranquillo. È conveniente mangiare o giocare vicino. Anche se forniamo cibo, è veloce arrivare con molta scelta! Vieniremo di nuovo.

La posizione dell'hotel è super conveniente. Dritto vicino alla uscita di Fumin mtr C. Ci sono molte opzioni alimentari intorno all'hotel. La stanza dell'hotel è davvero pulita e il design e la disposizione sono super piacevole. Sicuramente consiglia a chiunque venga a SZ per provare questo hotel

Camera eccezionale, spaziosa e confortevole, ben arredato e in ottima condizione. Grande posizione, accanto a un centro commerciale con molti piatti e un supermercato. Amichevole e utile personale. Ci sono alcune costruzioni stradali vicino, ma è tollerabile. Stagione meravigliosa

Ho prenotato rapidamente una stanza e ho scoperto che era una stanza senza finestre, ma visto che era stata aperta di recente, ho provato. Mi sembrava un po' angusta senza finestra. Non c'era un rotolo di carta igienica extra riservato nel bagno. Volevo chiamare la reception in camera, ma non sono riuscito a trovare le informazioni di contatto, sono dovuto andare alla reception per prenderlo da solo il fatto è che la temperatura dell'acqua della doccia era calda e fredda. Posso ancora sopportare il tempo in ottobre, ma pensavo che sarebbe stato infelice se fosse stato inverno... Quando ho prenotato l'hotel per più di 500 yuan, ho pensato che non ne valesse la pena. Ci sono più buone scelte a questo prezzo.

L'ambiente in generale è molto buono, relativamente tranquillo e l'igiene non è affatto un problema. È solo un po' lontano dalla stazione della metropolitana. Tutto il resto è molto buono.

I am very satisfied during my 3 nights stay here. The room are clean and well kept, location is good so near to the MRT station. There is bubble tea shop next to the MRT station which operates till 1AM, can grab one when you are on your way to hotel till late. Supermarket is available next to the hotel. Eateries are everywhere, shopping mall is just stone throw. I bought breakfast together with room and I enjoy it very much. Fried mee hoon, sausage, dumpling, glutinous rice, croissant etc are very nice to eat. Meantime, I would like to express my gratitude to 黄女士, staff who works at the Cafeteria. The incident happen when my mom has left her handbag at the Cafe during the morning breakfast and only discovered it after an hour later. We quickly go down to the Cafe and check whether the bag is still there as all her document and money are in the bag. We met the staff on duty Madam Wong, she verified with some question and return the bag to us. God blessed we have met some being so honest, she told us the place is safe with CCTV full coverage. We reward her with tips but she rejected reason being it was her job. Thank you so much. Really appreciate it.

La camera è grande e pulita. Sembra molto confortevole. Anche la posizione è buona. Di fronte all'hotel c'è un parco dove si può fare shopping. Non è lontano dal mercato notturno di Shuiwei. C'è un'area salotto all'aperto e un bar sul lato opposto ultimo piano dell'hotel Puoi sederti lì quando hai tempo. La sensazione generale è molto buona 👍

We were warmly greeted and accommodated by the receptionist who helped us with check in, also sharing with us tips to get upgraded and receive complimentary welcome gifts. All requests are fulfilled on time and with diligence.  One shortcoming is the wifi is not very stable connecting to TV. Apart from that, rooms are cleaned every day. Very satisfied with the stay and it is very near to the metro station.

This is a steal! Such a nice new smart hotel! I was a bit worried about smoke 🚬 smell as in China people smoked indoor and the smell will remain in the room… Luckily wasn’t the case when I was there, very clean, very new, toilet was nice with nice shampoo, conditioner, shower foam and all smells good. They also have slippers, staff are nice, and they provide simple breakfast which you must eat. I’m usually not a bread person but their breads are so delicious! Location: it’s directly opposite the Sunac Mall, I’m here to snowboard so it’s perfect!

L'hotel è vicinissimo all'aeroporto con un servizio navetta gratuito da e per l'hotel, il personale è cordiale e il processo di check-in è veloce e c'è una stazione della metropolitana nelle vicinanze nel caso abbiate bisogno di andare in centro con ristoranti vicini all'hotel , consiglierei di soggiornare qui.

Il servizio dell'ex Xiao Zhao è cordiale, la stanza è pulita e igienica e la grande fabbrica aziendale è stata aggiornata gratuitamente  Datang è pulito, c'è caffè e frutta gratis e anche le due ragazzine alla reception sono molto gentili premuroso. È anche molto vicino a Beijing Road e al molo della Cattedrale di Shengxin. La posizione è molto buona e i servizi in camera sono molto completi

Questa è la prima volta che visito questo hotel. Sarà nuovo a novembre e ho pensato che sarebbe stato molto bello. La prima notte, l'acqua perdeva e gocciolava dal bagno al piano superiore nella stanza 507, quindi fui trasferito nella stanza 205. Il condizionatore è rotto, vero? Non ci sono più posti liberi. Ho chiesto alla reception un ventilatore elettrico per sopravvivere alla notte, fortunatamente era inverno.

Posizione molto comoda in mezzo alle strade pedonali e accessibile all'uscita di diverse linee della metropolitana. Molti luoghi turistici raggiungibili a piedi. Ottima colazione con varietà di cibi fusion sufficienti a soddisfare lo stomaco affamato; cocktail gratuiti al bar da consumare fino a mezzanotte. Personale cordiale e disponibile!

Ho scelto questo hotel perché offriva un servizio navetta gratuito per l'aeroporto. Il personale era cordiale. Le camere erano pulite. I letti erano comodi. La colazione era semplice ma fresca e aveva un buon sapore. Ho adorato il congee e le palline di sesamo. Non c'era un frigorifero in camera. Devi pagare per la ricarica del telefono se non hai il tuo cavo e caricabatterie. (Non so se la maggior parte degli hotel è così).

Great location is near to walking street “Beijing Lou” busy and plenty of foods 😋. The room is clean. The reception is nice and helpful even not good at English, specially Fay at the reception, she tried to help me with directions and information using her phone to translate. There is guest laundry which is also one of the my requirements for me to book the hotel. So I booked 2 more nights for myself and an other one room for my cousin to come to see me at Guangzhou from Jiangmen. The hotel has only level 2 and 3 but only guest can get inside area of level 2 and 3 through the door by the room card key.

Good location, opposite is Zhuhai GongBei huge underground shopping, around hotel have lots of shops & eatery We stay 29-31/12/24. 31/12/24 we check out hotel, Yun Xiang very helpful & a man at the counter write for me to show taxi driver 九洲港 for ferry to Hong Kong, sorry forgot to ask his name, thank both very helpful, I 💕 this hotel & it surrounding, will surely come back again with other friends. Some other staff need to upgrade your service. Lucky 31/12/24 have these 2 good service staff.

L'hotel è unico, situato vicino al porto di Liu Xiang e vicino al fiume Macao.L'anno di Liu Xiang è relativamente freddo, ma c'è una zona commerciale, una passeggiata o un autobus a meno di due chilometri vicino. Il più grande dell'hotel è un po'alto livello della camera, ogni 1.8 metri in alto e giù, con un bambino molto ricco, e un po'di uccelli. Il colazione dell'hotel è regolare, ma è anche soddisfatto. L'unica cosa che non è molto soddisfatta è che il tempo è stato raffreddato quando è andato, ma l'hotel non ha nessuna struttura per riscaldamento. La notte del giorno è passata tutta la notte. La temperatura della stanza è di 17 gradi (la stanza di scena di Macau è in direzione nord-est, senza luce solare, la stanza di scena di Wan è quasi 19-20 gradi al giorno). La battaglia con la reception + Trip.com clienti non ci ha fatto uscire in anticipo per tutto il giorno. Infine, abbiamo coordinato un piccolo olio e un letto, ma un piccolo film di calore in una grande stanza è un effetto di riscaldamento generale, quindi se vai in inverno, non scegliere la stanza di scena di Macao e la stanza di scena di Wan Yang, La temperatura può variare 3-5.E'molto comodo riscaldare un po'di giorni dopo. Giusto, il parco infantile del primo piano dell'hotel è anche buono, non è piccolo, ma non c'è ancora nessuna struttura per riscaldamento, e va molto freddo quando si riscalda l'inverno.Altri tempi dovrebbero essere buoni.

Good location with excellent reception Appreciate the quick intervention of the hotel staff with noisy chn in another room at 12:15am for one particular night. Hotel has good housekeeping with good towels/ clean room and smoke free rooms. Good that water is available all the time. Toiletries are replaced daily. Love the good mattress and bright room! We will be back! Thank you so much! Love from group of happy Singaporeans! ❤️

Il personale della reception è molto amichevole. Il parcheggio è anche conveniente. Ci sono molti deliziosi cibo cinese vicino. Voglio visitare di nuovo.

In posizione centrale, vicino a tutto vicino al mercato notturno molto vivace spazio camere pulite, bagni puliti funziona Wi-Fi. Ho molto suggerito questo posto. E 'molto buono.

A Shenzhen 1.5 orario di viaggio!Chi non è ancora arrivato all'hotel del castello!! E'cosi' bello!Non posso nemmeno vivere fino a quando non posso andare!I bambini non vogliono uscire per tutto il giorno nella stanza giocando direttamente 🥰 L'indirizzo è a ～ È anche a 1.5 ora di distanza ～ Presto arrivare ai bambini!!

-Very clean and spacious room - Easy check-in process -Pleasantly large bathroom - Modern fixtures - Bedroom backs onto next room’s living room so could hear the tv quite clearly - No fridge, so could couldn’t keep baby’s milk cold, although friendly receptionist offered their lobby fridge - No breakfast available as dining hall was still being renovated - Lack of amenities such as dressing gowns, iron etc. although coffee, water, kettle and bathroom accessories were provided - Check out stated as 12:00 although after messaging reception they said check out until 14:00 is available

Good service, the staffs all are very nice to us and the room is clean and big, highly recommend!!!

Location is good just 1 bus stop from Gongbei Macau to Zhuhai border entry. Many restaurants and supermart within walking distance. Nature massage just on 2nd floor. Hotel room all at 3 floor. Room is spacious and quiet. Just a slight traffic noise from Lover Road. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast typical Chinese style. Not much variety. Just nice for us to leave some room on our stomach to taste other street foods. Reception staffs very friendly.
