This was a great hotel for people who want to stop by real quick to get some rest before traveling to a different city. The hotel offered transportation services to and from airport, big enough to carry luggage. The room we had was quiet, relatively clean and check in was pretty smooth. I would not recommend this room for anyone who can’t tolerate heavy smoking smells though. The rooms were also very humid, things did not dry and the AC did not run that well. It is near some food spots though and it’s not too far from public transportation by car.

La posizione è comoda, proprio vicino all'uscita della metropolitana. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, con un'ampia scelta. Inoltre, Huaqiangbei è a pochi passi, dove è possibile acquistare prodotti di medicina tradizionale cinese, il che è davvero ottimo!

Great location near Zhumumen Gate (drop off / pickup if you're taking Didi from the train station), and less than 10min walk to Guangji Bridge and the food streets. Room was quaint and comfy, good ventilation and air conditioning. Bathroom a bit tiny, but clean and really appreciate that there's a door separating the shower and toilet. Bonus points for the cute chonky cat in the lobby~

La colazione è sia occidentale che cinese e costa solo 48 rmb, il che è molto conveniente per un buffet. Ho soggiornato qui diverse volte e tornerò sicuramente. Il personale, di nome Beng, è molto cordiale, parla inglese ed è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. Firstly, I would like to commend two staff members for their exceptional service. Mr. Liang, who works the night shift, and Ms. LaijiaLing, who works during the day, were both incredibly helpful and always smiling. Their positive attitude and friendly demeanor helped reduce any issues and made the stay more comfortable. I truly believe that their professionalism and kindness make a big difference in guest satisfaction. However, I would like to suggest one area for improvement. During breakfast in the hotel restaurant, I noticed that one female staff member spoke quite loudly and even shouted at times, which disturbed the peaceful atmosphere. I advise that all staff be reminded to speak respectfully and calmly, especially in guest areas. This would help ensure a more relaxing environment for everyone. The hotel’s cleanliness and location were excellent. It is situated in a prime area with easy access to public transportation, just a minute’s walk from the metro. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with no unpleasant smells or disturbances. Overall, I highly recommend the Boardman Hotel for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and convenient location. With just a little attention to communication tone and consistency in staff behavior, it can provide an even better experience for all guests.

Just checked into the Kaiyad Hotel (Shantou Chenghai Branch), and I'm loving it! It's right in the heart of Chenghai, super convenient for business trips. The rooms are so comfortable, it feels like a home away from home. The service staff are friendly and always ready to help. I had a great time here and will definitely come back next time I'm in town! 💖
