Hotel a 3 stelle in Santa Catarina, Brasile

The hotel is quite run-down, and the receptionist was unpleasant. Unfortunately, on the day of check-in, I approached the bar and asked the employee for a latte. At the same time, she asked a rude man who had suddenly interrupted our conversation to wait. I ultimately declined the order because I felt the employee was arrogant, especially when she flirted with the man with her eyes and facial expression. I didn't like the fact that my room's windows were so close to those of a neighboring building, from which they could likely observe, which created a lack of peace and quiet; I constantly felt like my personal space was being violated. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the excellent breakfast, but the latte from the machine was very sweet.

The hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the *****. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price

I cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

I learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

大堂很大，比較氣派，早餐選擇不是特別多但也可以，有熱牛奶。房間空間還可以，衞生不錯。服務員熱情服務，非常好，有禮貌。前台不大會英文但是也用翻譯軟件幫助我們理解。整體上來説不錯的。

The hotel is in a very good location. I stayed there 3 different times and the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is pretty standard and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good. I would stay there again, it is comfortable and convenient. Wish all room categories would have robes and slippers available.

È un bel hotel, un po' disorganizzato. Si è tagliata la luce, e io ero al piano 13 per cui ho dovuto salire a piedi. È qualcosa che può succedere, ma non si aspetta. La colazione corretta. Il personale amabile. Nella stanza, perdevo la doccia e bagnavo proprio il pavimento dove c'era il bagno, la luce non funzionava nel bagno, non c'era champagne, solo sapone. E per qualcuno che sta passando sarebbe bello avere almeno uno shampoo per non avere a comprare per due giorni di soggiorno.

⸻ Un hotel con un senso di storia, compatto e pulito. Il servizio del personale era anche eccellente, ma visto che sembra essere una proprietà popolare, ho dovuto aspettare un po' al check-in, un po' preoccupante.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff and right on the beach with its own chairs and beach umbrellas so you’ll get a good spot with access to food and drink on the beach. It is far from the city centre tho so you’ll need taxis to see the rest of the island

La posizione è perfetta, proprio davanti al centro commerciale e con molti ristoranti intorno.
