Hotel a 3 stelle in Rio de Janeiro (stato), Brasile

Un hotel davvero incantevole in una bella zona di Rio. Il personale è davvero cordiale e disponibile, soprattutto perché io parlo inglese e tutti gli altri parlano portoghese. La camera era bella e pulita e le donne delle pulizie venivano qui ogni giorno per rinfrescarla, mettere asciugamani puliti in bagno e cambiare le lenzuola. La piscina era incantevole e molto tranquilla, il che ha reso l'esperienza molto migliore. Non ho fatto colazione molto spesso in hotel, ma l'unico giorno che l'ho fatto, c'era una buona varietà di cibo. Non posso trovare difetti in questo hotel, è molto piacevole e ci tornerei sicuramente.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Itajuba in Rio and had a generally positive experience. It's a solid choice for travelers looking for a well-located, large hotel with good value. Location: The hotel's location is one of its biggest strengths. It is very well-connected to Rio's main attractions: · Christ the Redeemer: Approximately 6km away. A taxi costs around 20 BRL and takes about 20 minutes (Christ the Redeemer ticket 128 BRL per person). · Sugarloaf Mountain: Approximately 7km away. A taxi costs around 20 BRL and takes about 20 minutes (Ticket for sugarloaf is 195 BRL per person). . From Airport (GIG): About 20km away. A taxi cost me 50-60 BRL and the journey took about an hour (depending on traffic). There are also plenty of shops and restaurants for food and essentials in the immediate vicinity. Room & Amenities: The hotel itself is a large, 15-floor building. The rooms are adequate, clean, and provide the basic necessities. However, a notable downside for some travelers will be the lack of tea and coffee making facilities (kettle) in the room. The breakfast is available and has a decent spread, but it has significant limitations for vegetarian. Service: A standout feature was the exceptional service from the reception staff, specifically Marcos. They were incredibly helpful, provided excellent guidance for sightseeing, and were very kind and soft-spoken. Their assistance greatly improved my stay. Important Note for Vegetarians: Warning for vegetarian travelers: Options are extremely limited. Both the hotel breakfast and the nearby food shops offer very few vegetarian choices. I highly recommend bringing or buying your own snacks and food to ensure you have suitable meals. Considering the cost of taxis to attractions and the overall convenience, the hotel offers good value. The helpful staff adds significant value to the experience. Hotel Itajuba is a good, practical base for exploring Rio's famous landmarks. Its great location and wonderfully helpful staff are major positives.

AS TOALHAS NA CHEGADA ( SÓ TINHA UMA , TIVE DE PEGAR OUTRA E NÃO TINHA DE ROSTO, DERAAM DE BANHO NO LUGAR ) REGULARES, PRINCIPALMETE NA TROCA , COLOCARAM UMAS TOALHAS BEM RUINS, NÃO TINHA TAPETINHO DE BANHEIRO , TINHAMOS QUE PISAR NO CHÃO COM OS PÉS MOLHADOS. UM ABRAÇO!

Excellent location and decent breakfast. Just slightly disappointed I was assigned to a room at the basement with no windows. There is a small rooftop pool for sunbathing.

L’hotel dispone di una posizione centrale, in pieno cuore della città, in una zona principalmente commerciale, che facilita i viaggi nella capitale. Il personale è disponibile e accogliente. I servizi offerti, come il colazione e le cucine giornaliere, sono corretti, ma restano al di sotto del livello previsto per un alloggio classificato a 4 stelle. En revanche, l’entretien des chambres, notamment des sanitaires, laisse à désirer. Inoltre, la strada che conduce dall’Arc all’hotel è abbastanza sporca e frequentata da molti senzatetto, il che nutre l’immagine degli hotel di questa categoria situati nello stesso settore.

Pros: + Location is a bit outside the city center of Party (~10 minute drive) - but that does not matter, because Ubers are available and the place is close to a very nice beach and harbor. + Rent of kayak for free to explore the area. + Manager was friendly and helped organising trips. + Hotel was clean and rather minimalistic in design, but good design and nice garden area. Cons: --- Too expensive for what you get. See below - food/breakfast, noise, all does not justify the price of the hotel. - The room does not have windows. It is just a big wooden door that opens to the balcony. Not really sea view. - It is very loud in the room. You hear guests having breakfast. You hear dogs at night. You hear the harbor and a very loud squeaking pier. - The breakfast is quite disappointing for the price of the hotel. - Generally the food there is not really self-made (e.g. pizza, lasagna), all made in an oven. Just too little selection for the price. If the hotel would be cheaper, it would be okay. - There is only a bar where you can mix your own cocktails. However, there is no bartender. Even if you mix your own cocktails, the price for a caiprinha is almost the same as in a bar.

Il personale che lavora qui è fantastico. Molto cordiale. L'hotel è molto pulito e la colazione era ottima. La posizione è perfetta. La stanza è ben arredata. L'aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno perfetto, nessuna lamentela. Anche il letto e i cuscini erano fantastici. Altamente consigliato.

Hotel con buone infrastrutture e posizione, vicino a mercati, farmacie e negozi. Personale gentile e disponibile, Paolla si è occupata di aiutarci e di custodire i nostri bagagli fino all'orario del check-in, molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è piccola ma accogliente, buona doccia e aria condizionata, buona acustica, la camera ha un minibar ma vuoto, acqua, bibite e birre vengono vendute alla reception. La nostra camera non aveva l'asciugacapelli, non so se lo hanno in tutte perché le foto dell'hotel mostrano che c'è l'asciugacapelli. La colazione è semplice, ma ha le nozioni di base e le necessità.

Il check-in era bello, siamo arrivati prima e ci hanno permesso di lasciare il nostro bagaglio che era molto bello. La camera da letto era senza spot e la bagno MASSIVE, abbondante spazio. La piscina e il servizio erano molto bello, sole e spazioso. L'ascensore era come entrare in un edificio di 100 piani perché era FAST. La colazione è stata eccellente, ci sono molte opzioni e una buona cosa su questo hotel è che è a soli 30 secondi dalla stazione ferroviaria Cinelandia che vi porterà quasi ovunque a Rio per solo 1.30 USD. Ora, sebbene la zona fosse una settimana di carnavale e ci fossero molti turisti, si sente molto pericoloso camminare. Il personale della lobby ti farà nascondere il telefono e tenere l'attenzione nei dintorni. Tornando dal carnaval siamo quasi a piedi di distanza dall'hotel, ma niente di grave, perché durante questa settimana ALMAST tutto a Rio è chiuso, tra le 8 e le 6:00, quindi tieni gli occhi aperti. Uber è molto facile per la posizione e è molto economico.
