Vietnam: hotel con spa nella provincia di Provincia di Nghe An

The hotel boasts a prime location in the city center, and the staff are friendly and helpful, even pressing elevator buttons for you. However, there are a few areas for improvement: 1. Disposable slippers were not provided; 2. The electric kettle was broken; 3. The showerhead had low water pressure; 4. The bathroom light switches lacked waterproof covers.

Ho prenotato Tube e King One Bay, ma sono soddisfatto della pulizia e del servizio La colazione era un po' sfortunata ma cibo delizioso è disponibile E' una pena che non potessi usare la piscina perche' pioveva. La pressione dell'acqua nel doccia è un po' debole, quindi è necessario migliorare

Sebbene le strutture dell'hotel fossero eccellenti, una grave violazione della sicurezza ocultava tutto. Il personale ha dato la chiave della mia stanza a una persona non autorizzata che non era registrata nella mia stanza. Si tratta di un fallimento fondamentale nella privacy e nella sicurezza dei clienti, che mi impedisce di dare un rating più elevato. Il mio soggiorno fu insoddisfatto da una significativa perdita di sicurezza. Anche se tutto il resto era soddisfacente, mi sorprese di sapere che il desktop mi ha dato la chiave della stanza ad un altro individuo senza il mio permesso. Questa persona non è stata registrata nella mia stanza, che solleva seriamente preoccupazioni per i protocolli di privacy e sicurezza. Non ho mai avuto una simile violazione in nessun hotel.

Very nice hotel. Feels like a 4 star hotel, but on the sign it's just three. Anyways it's nice and has a great view on Vinh.

Great value for money! The price is very affordable and the location is excellent. There is a newly opened shopping mall nearby, which makes everything very convenient. The staff have a very good service attitude friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast is also very rich and offers many choices. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I come here. Highly recommended ........

Excellent service and excellent cleanlines. Only problem is that the gym is REALLY lacking. The gym needs more equipment and weights. Not possible to do a proper workout with the equipment they have. Aside from that it was all good.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here! We came during our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, including a room upgrade and beautiful personalised touches in the room. Dinner was delicious and service was perfect throughout. Special thanks to Trang, Hanh and Hien for being so kind, welcoming and thoughtful. We hope to come back again!
