Vietnam: hotel con spa nella provincia di Lam Dong

L'hotel si trova di fronte al mare per accogliere bellissime Hoang Hom, finestre fredde, bagni spaziali, personale entusiasta, orientamenti dettagliati, esperienze conosciute sull'isola, luoghi molto conosciuti.

Nhà mình đi 2 người lớn 1 trẻ em. Tới nơi có welcome drink, trong phòng có thư chào, hoa quả. Không gian nhiều cây xanh, hồ nước nên cảm giác thư giãn, mát mẻ. Có 4 hồ bơi gồm 2 hồ trẻ em nhỏ, 1 hồ oval có bể sục và 1 bể vô cực sát biển rất đẹp. Phòng thiết kế đẹp, rộng rãi, nhiều ánh sáng. Giường rộng, chăn đệm sạch sẽ. Trước khi book mình có đọc đánh giá trên gg và thấy điểm thấp do thái độ nhân viên kém, tuy nhiên khi tới nơi thì mình hài lòng vì dịch vụ và sự đón tiếp của các bạn. Điểm trừ là căn thường không hồ bơi thì sẽ chung vách với phòng bên cạnh nên cách âm kém, nghe rõ tiếng nói chuyện. Khu vực Kê Gà Bay chỉ có 1 resort này, ngoài ra không có hoạt động gì xung quanh, phù hợp nghỉ dưỡng.

Definitely the RIGHT place to stay in BaoLoc - turn left out the front entrance, left again at the T and about less than 500m up the road, on the right, is an awesome fresh seafood restaurant (it’s an open store / all the insides are seafood and cooking, so you sit on the street, or get take-out. Or get a rotisserie BBQ chicken locally.

very very big resort with houses, clean and well looked after, nice and friendly reception room: clean, we had a wonderful view to the sea, big and enough space breakfast: good selection of products and dishes, lots of people but enough space, no alternative to cow milk (for me a must have in such a big resort), unfortunately bad english if you asked for something fittings: big resort but no shop, you can’t buy anything, you have to go to the restaurants (price for ice cream 80.000, definitely to much for one scoop), buggy drivers take you around, that works perfectly pools are super nice, stunning view gym: definitely not the same like you can see on the pictures, very good equipment with high quality, unfortunately it’s split into three houses and the rooms look like they are under construction (interim solution..!?) restaurant: we have been to the italien restaurant, pizza okay but they coffee there is quite bad neighbourhood: no beach next to the resort, not a big selection of restaurants, you definitely a taxi!

Modern, up-to-date, and clean place to stay in Da Lat. Hotel was build recently. Service team is excellent. The swimming pool might not meet your expectations if you search for a pool for actual swimming: it's very warm and unsuitable to do sports.

This isn’t my first time at the resort, but every visit feels special, thanks to the warm welcome from the caring manager, Thuy, and the ever-friendly receptionist, Phu. Their hospitality truly sets the tone for a relaxing stay. The resort itself is always spot-on clean and maintains its rooms like new. The attention to detail is impressive, from the refreshing drinks provided at the pool area to the delightful chocolates and good night notes left every evening. It's a peaceful, serene spot to unwind and take a break, just a couple of hours from Sai Gon. The food and service are consistently excellent, making every visit enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a place to relax or simply chill, this resort is highly recommended!

Love our stay at Movenpick..the staff are friendly and provide excellent services (especially Ms Hải). Buffet breakfast is normal.for 5 star hotel. Enjoy spending time at the Admiral VIP lounge..friendly and helpful staff.

Abbiamo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno, anche se la posizione non è così vicina al centro della città (15-20min di guida; facile prenotazione di gratta).È una posizione tranquilla e bella accanto al lago Tuyen Lam. Il receptionist dell'hotel è gentile e utile. La stanza è pronta quando siamo arrivati prima alle 11.00. Il buffet è stato buono anche!! Molto raccomandato.

Didn't have an enjoyable stay as expected. The check in progress is kind of ordinary without any introduction to the resort and history, the breakfast is very so so, and more importantly, there are some loud birds which ruined my sleep at midnight. I don't recommend it.

The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.
