Booked a room here as it had reasonable reviews. However, we left after an hour because there was no heating. We were staying in Feb(winter) and had didn’t the day in a bike so were cold. We were told by the owner that no where had heating the AC units were only for chilling in the summer. As it happened the room were given wasn’t what we’d booked, it was smaller but we didn’t raise this as all we wanted was to find somewhere warm to stay. We left and booked Milk Milk Homestay. Which was great, the people were lovely and there was an ac heating unit in the room. It’s so important to be able to get warm when you’ve been on bikes all day.

The location was a bit off the main street, but everything else was wonderful. Especially the owner's family was very kind. On the night I was taking the bus back to Hanoi, I had some time to spare before departure, so I wandered around and when I came back, the owner was waiting to have dinner together. They asked me where I had been, which was very touching. And when it was time for the bus, they even drove me to the bus stop. I tried to give them a tip as an apology, but they refused to take it and just said 'Come again'

Recently opened, so still ironing out few minor challenges. Service was great and very welcome after a long trip to reach Ha Giang from Bac Ha. Andrew was particularly helpful, as was the hotel manager. Both going beyond the call of duty. Had only planned one night, but squeezed an additional night in, post Ha Giang Loop.

🙂: la stanza è pulita, il letto è comodo, la mia stanza ha una piccola piazza, l'ambiente è ancora buono 😕: Il fiore 🚿 è piccolo, difficile immaginare che sia il fiore dell'hotel a quattro stelle.Ho preso il buffet da cena da solo (molto economico, 225.000 Vietnam), e il buffet di colazione della mattina di autunno, alcuni cibi non sono troppo freschi. In generale, questo prezzo (circa 1.200.000 Vietnam) non è molto in linea con questa qualità 🙁

this hotel is located in a not too busy, quiet neighbourhood but everything you could need is in a walking distance; shops, restaurants, bus station. the rooms are clean and convenient.
