L'hotel è ben mantenuto e una grande posizione se si va al centro di pagamento! Ci sono stati alcuni glitches che arrivavano in quanto la linea per la discesa per valet è stata fermata per 20 minuti. Una volta potuto trascinare, il partecipante era veloce. Solo un computer lavorava al check-in, poi solo un ascensore lavorava in un grande hotel con 15 piani, che ha causato un lungo attesa dopo il concerto quando tutti tornavano all'hotel. La stanza era molto pulita, ma il cellulare del bagno sta uscendo dal muro E il bagno non scorreva il 50% del tempo. Lo capisci alle 11:00, quindi non lo riportavamo finché non ci siamo accorti. Dirò che hanno mandato un paio di testi per controllare - è stato un bel toccamento!

Molto bene, il personale di controllo era grande e forniva le informazioni necessarie e rispose tutte le mie domande.

Il prezzo e la camera ci sono stati molto soddisfatti, abbiamo dichiarato un giorno extra. Il letto era molto comodo e la camera aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. Il personale era amichevole ed efficiente.

The accommodation were very good. Service people were very helpful and friendly. Easy on and off expressway.

The breakfast food, it was nothing like the reviews said it was. There were no eggs , just some cold rubber sausage and chewy potato pieces. There was no plates. The lady bringing out the breakfast was nice , but she did not care About her job. She literally said Well this is what you get when you get free breakfast. I was appalled. The rooms are a $100 and up.So you would think that the continental free breakfast would be awesome! But sadly that was not the case. When we first got there, the room that we got the A.C did not work and the tv Didn't either. However the lady At the front desk was Extremely nice & very helpful! We appreciated her!

Sono stato chiuso fuori dalla mia stanza il terzo pomeriggio.Durante la mia conferenza. Camera #850 L'hotel ha detto che la prenotazione era per 2 notti e mi ha chiesto di lasciare o pagare un altro $150.00. Perche' ho già pagato per la stanza ho detto no. Allora mi hanno tolto la sicurezza e ho lasciato l'hotel.

I was very impressed with the staff as well as the quality of room and cleanliness. I will stay there again. If I had any negative feedback it would be that it was a little bit noisy. Probably just some bad guests. Other than that, it was amazing. Bed was very comfortable and room was big, especially at the price.

River Spirit exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. I didn't realize that a shuttle from the airport to resort needed to be booked 24 hours in advance. I called when we landed and they sent someone to get us. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was large. We had a view of the river, which was very high from recent storms. The bed was comfy. The toiletry products provided were very nice. Water, coffee, and tea was free in the room. Self-service drink stations with soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade were all over the casinos, and free. The pool area was clean and large. There were plenty of chairs. There was a swim up bar and regular bar with food. Towels were provided. We explored the fitness center. It had everything needed for a good workout. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, unlike other casinos we've been to. For example, domestic beer was $4.50 & imports were $5. A cheeseburger was $14. They had breakfast sandwiches for $4 as well. Our reason for going was a concert at the ******. That venue was very nice as well. The seats were comfy and no bad views. The sound was great. I played some blackjack and was happy to find $10 tables. It's a rarity now. I play for fun, so don't want to risk $25 per hand. The dealers were funny and professional. We walked from the resort to the aquarium. The Riverwalk path was beautiful and took us there. We rented Lime scooters to return. We will definitely be returning.
