Turchia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Provincia di Adalia

I am sorry to say that a mistake was made in my reservations for this hotel. I initially booked Nov. 5-7. Then I thought that it had been extended from Nov. 8 -12 and paid for that time but somehow it wasn’t. So today the reception person was very difficult telling me that I had to move immediately and was no help to me at all. I had stocked my room with food in the kitchen, about $ 100 worth which I cannot now use. In fact he suggested another hotel and I asked him to telephone that hotel and he said that he did and they had a room. When I got to that hotel, they did not have any call from the him from the Villa Sonsta so he lied to me about that and they had no room so I had to find another which you will see that I have done at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii hotel with no kitchen. So I had to cancel that extension at the Villa Sonata who refused me sny reimbursement saying that I had to contact you. You will find my new reservation at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel. So please reimburse my account with the Villa Sonata. I am very upset with the way that this was handled by them. They said my room was booked anyway so they will have booked it to somebody else for that period Thank you.

Ho prenotato due camere contemporaneamente, una con vista sulla città e una con vista mare per la luna di miele. La vista dalla camera con vista mare per la luna di miele era più piacevole e la camera era leggermente più grande della camera con vista sulla città, ma il prezzo era molto più alto. Entrambe le tipologie di camera erano confortevoli, con divani e terrazze. Personalmente, ho trovato la camera con vista sulla città più conveniente. Sebbene l'acqua del mare non sia paragonabile a quella di Kaş, considerando che si trova nella città di Antalya, la piscina e la spiaggia sono già ottime e il servizio è particolarmente buono.

I really loved this hotel, for the price it has everything: perfect location, excellent staff, gym and breakfast. The personnel was really helpful and friendly, addressing all my needs. The breakfast really simple but filling and freshly made, good variety. I totally loved the gym, one of the best stocked that I have seen in hotels. Good shopping and eating opportunities nearby.

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

Biz hafta sonunda konakladık bizi selin otel de misafir ettiler plaja çok yakın tek katlı sevimli bir odada konakladık yemekler gerçekten çok güzeldi personeller çok güleryüzlü ,nazik ve yardımseverdi selin otelin havuzu sakin ve temizdi aqua parkta vakit geçirmek oğlum için eğlenceli oldu .tekrar konaklamayı kesinlikle düşünüyoruz.

Mi aspettavo di meglio da questo hotel. La posizione è eccellente, le camere sono confortevoli, ma il servizio è scadente. La cassaforte non ha funzionato, numerosi tentativi di risolvere il problema non hanno avuto successo. In uno dei giorni hanno messo solo un asciugamano sporco per due persone (perché era necessario prendere quelli vecchi?) Il giorno della partenza sono partiti presto, hanno chiesto il giorno prima (18:00) di portare qualcosa con loro - hanno detto che era troppo tardi. Di conseguenza, siamo partiti senza colazione. È anche piuttosto rumoroso, ma questo non è un problema dell'hotel, una tale posizione.

Abbiamo soggiornato il fine settimana e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. Anche se l'edificio è un po' vecchio, è stato sottoposto a un processo di riparazione molto successo. Le aree generali dell'hotel e le camere erano estremamente pulite, e la pulizia è per noi più importante. La qualità dei cibi e delle bevande era alta, i pasti, gli appetiti e i desserti serviti erano freschi e ben preparati, quindi ogni pasto era piacevole. I piatti principali che abbiamo scelto dal buffet aperto sono stati preparati e presentati in piatti dal personale della cucina, e ci sentivamo speciali come se fossimo a la carte, e ringraziiamo anche il pita cuoco, pita e pasticceria sono molto deliziosi. Ci ha sorpreso anche la facilità, l'amicizia e le competenze professionali del personale, che ci hanno aiutato con qualsiasi necessità o domande che abbiamo avuto, e non abbiamo mai incontrato alcuna risposta negativa. La musica che giocava intorno alla piscina era molto buona. Siamo molto felici del nostro tempo a Xanadu e abbiamo decisamente intenzione di tornare.

Sembra che il layout della decorazione sia tornato negli hotel domestici. molto familiare. La camera è grande, confortevole, pulita e completamente attrezzata. Sul balcone sono presenti sedie a sdraio e un semplice stendibiancheria. La colazione è ricca e presenta una varietà di scelta. La piscina dell'hotel può accedere direttamente alla spiaggia della scogliera, che è molto bella. I bambini hanno giocato a lungo in mare e in piscina. Ci sono molti ascensori nell'hotel. Se trovi l'ascensore giusto, puoi risparmiare molta camminata. C'è un bellissimo parco sul mare nelle vicinanze. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Poiché ero ad Antalya, ho soggiornato solo per una notte, ma sento ancora di aver fatto la scelta giusta!

La zona è grande e bella, la scelta di cibo è enorme, le camere sono pulite, la camera ha tutto quello che ti serve e ancora di più. Il giorno del viaggio, ci è stato dato un sacchetto da spiaggia e una maglietta e ci è stato anche portato un complimento alla stanza. Era molto bello. Ci sono intrattenimento per qualsiasi gusto. Tutti consigli 👍

Megasaray is really fantastic hotel the view from the room is amazing over looking the mountains and all the staff are super nice and working very hard polite and professionals. We loved the food the location and everything. We definitely recommend this hotel.
