L'hotel ci ha permesso di fare il check-in anticipato, dato che arrivavamo da Goreme con un autobus notturno. Così, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in camera invece di lasciarli nel deposito bagagli dell'hotel e fare una doccia rinfrescante prima di partire alla scoperta di Antalya. Le dimensioni della camera erano discrete, ma a quanto pare il riscaldamento centralizzato non funzionava bene. Di notte faceva piuttosto freddo.

L'hotel non è lontano dal centro storico di Antalya, proprio accanto alla stazione del tram. Ci vuole circa mezz'ora per raggiungere l'aeroporto e circa 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro storico. La posizione è buona, con molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze. Le dimensioni della camera sono accettabili, il bagno è piccolo, ma la pulizia non è molto accurata. Dopo il check-in, ho trovato della spazzatura al suo interno. Anche il letto aveva qualche problema e ho aspettato un po' che qualcuno venisse a ripararlo. La varietà della colazione è discreta ed è possibile mangiare a bordo piscina.

Mi aspettavo di meglio da questo hotel. La posizione è eccellente, le camere sono confortevoli, ma il servizio è scadente. La cassaforte non ha funzionato, numerosi tentativi di risolvere il problema non hanno avuto successo. In uno dei giorni hanno messo solo un asciugamano sporco per due persone (perché era necessario prendere quelli vecchi?) Il giorno della partenza sono partiti presto, hanno chiesto il giorno prima (18:00) di portare qualcosa con loro - hanno detto che era troppo tardi. Di conseguenza, siamo partiti senza colazione. È anche piuttosto rumoroso, ma questo non è un problema dell'hotel, una tale posizione.
I need to redeem myself and the hotel from my earlier posting.
The hotel redeemed itself by giving me a better room and service upon my return after the following experience with them.
I was booked for 3 days initially. I then sought through this site to book for a further consecutive 5 days but either I or Trip made an error in the booking and we missed booking the first 2 days of the 5.
On the day which the hotel had me checking out I was off venturing not realizing the error. When I returned post check out time the male Receptionist was very upset, yelling at me and could not give me another room being fully booked. His only concern was seeing this 79 year old Canadian male tourist travelling alone in a foreign country not knowing the language put out on to the street. Just as a thunder storm was brewing. Together we realized the error which of course was not of the hotel’s making. I asked him if he could recommend another hotel. His response was “just down there” as if it was almost next door. I walked down the steep hill some distance but couldn’t see it because it turned out to be about 500 meters away. Returning, I asked him if he would call the hotel to see if they had a room. He said that he did and they did. I asked him to call me a taxi. He said “push the button”. I had to ask him “What button ?” There is a taxi call button on the outside of the gate unknown to me. When the taxi took me to this Atlas Hotel they had NOT received any phone call from him nor did they have a room for me !! I was distraught. In Canada the hotelier would take steps to ensure that their client was safe and able to find alternative accommodation which this person did not in any way. The taxi driver was able to find me a suitable hotel. Thanks to him.
SOME cautions to older patrons. This hotel is a considerable distance UP QUITE A STEEP HILL so if you are a walker take that into account. A laundry service was quoted at 15 Euros, in town it was 4 Euros. A 19 TRY bottle of water was 60 TRY at the hotel. They never did get the TV to work.
Finally, upon being treated so disrespectfully, upon discovery of the booking error, I sought to cancel the further 5 days and obtain a refund. That was refused which was their right so I did return and was treated hospitably.
Disappointing stay at this resort.
I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked.
Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time.
Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out.

1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food.
2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception.
3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅
4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅
GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL :
1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated.
2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass.
3. The outdoor pool is nice.
4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish.
5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

В ресторане очень приветливый юный парень, не помню имени. В последний день не было уборки, просто поставили бумагу с полотенцами, было не очень приятно, так как после моря в номере пол за два дня пачкается. В целом отелем остались довольны.
The hotel location was excellent riviera. Around the hotel very very nice restaurants presenting awesome ambience and atmosphere along with music and delicious food.
Especially we enjoyed the 100th year celebration day with marvellous views of fighter planes and helicopters flying at low level of the beach.
Only the problem is with breakfast. It's totally turkish not continental which should be due to versatile visitors.
We had a very good time at falcon hotel, Efficient, friendly and reliable services we received, The location is also good as its near sea coast and very scenic.
Food service very good with variety of delicious delicacy,
Would recommend on high note,
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The staff was amazing facilities up to date, key member of staff efe great guy highly recommend a promotion so he can continue to provide the great service for tourists

DDanish ShadabNon molto soddisfatto delle dimensioni della camera e degli altri servizi. Ho prenotato la mia camera comprensiva di colazione e cena. Colazione fissa con scarto minimo. Anche la cena è stata fissata con solo tre opzioni tra cui scegliere.

UUtente anonimoHotel carino, posizione un po' lontano da Alanya era pulito e amichevole personale, in realtà il personale era eccellente, la spiaggia era rocciosa ma ancora ok, i viaggiatori si assicurano di prendere scarpe da nuoto leggere con voi, la piscina era anche buona.

UUtente anonimoAmazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant.
Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!
