Se stai cercando la perfetta via di cammino, Shaden Resort è una scelta di prima scelta. La combinazione di questi fattori rende una scelta eccellente sia per il rilassamento che per l'esplorazione. Da quando sono arrivato, mi è stato colpito l’attenzione accurata alla pulizia e al dettaglio. Le camere erano immacolate, e l’atmosfera generale del resort era sia benvenuta che sofisticata. La vicinanza alle attrazioni locali era un cambiamento di gioco, che mi permetteva di esplorare senza sforzo la zona senza la molestia di lunghi commutatori. In sintesi, Shaden Resort offre la trifeta di posizione, pulizia e comodità, rendendola una base perfetta per ogni viaggiatore. Molto consigliato!

Per la prima volta qui, non è il miglior posto, ma sicuramente è il mio posto preferito a Madinah. Anche se è classificato come 4 stelle, credo che merita 5. Il personale è sorprendente e trattare voi come ospite speciale.

Friendly and helpful service crews. Easy access to the shopping center. Well maintained and decent gym and swimming pool. Highly recommend if travel to Madinah for business or pleasure.

Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.

A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey). A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

Enjoyed our stay in our tent. Spacious room and bathroom. I’m room dining was good. Reception service was great. Couple of staff were very friendly and bubbly which was lovely when you’re in a foreign country. Both of the staff made us feel welcome. Only thing is the room does not have a television. I think it would be nice for people to wind down at night

L'hotel che vive in Alula può dare tre punti in generale.La posizione è buona, mangiare e comprare cose attorno a noi. Le strutture della stanza sono pulite. Ma il servizio è quasi significato. Si stima che ci siano troppi persone che vivono. La reception ha aspettato quasi mezz'ora e ha detto che la stanza ospite ha aspettato per molto tempo.La cosa più inconveniente è che pochi dipendenti diranno cinese e chiedono un software di traduzione di linea che può anche essere confrontato con un software di traduzione di righe e un po'di costo. Se le persone fossero meno, potreste avere un servizio cinese.
