Portogallo: hotel con spa nella provincia di Distretto di Viana do Castelo

Lovely hotel, lobby and reception area, bright cheerful and funky, very relaxed and unobtrusive, staff very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Great choice and selection at breakfast, from fresh fruit and yogurts, cereals and seeds, preserves, toppings, breads, pastries and hot dishes and  for cold meats and cheeses. Evening menu somewhat limited in variety, set menu throughout, excellent quality and portion size, nice wine selection and full bar. If I have a negative, it would be my room, small but fully functional, with mini bar (limited), ideal for a solo traveller, but cramped if sharing. The decor of the room is what let it down! It was painted a dark blue/green which gave the feel of being closed in! Housekeeping service excellent. Overall 9.5/10

We mistakenly booked the hotel in the wrong area, and a non-refundable reservation. A minute after the reservation we requested to cancel through the website where we made the booking - but a few hours later we received a refusal from the hotel - that is - they took money without our stay We have no way to really rate this hotel. It can be excellent and it can be bad The approach was not appropriate and therefore we were disappointed

Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. We especially loved the breakfast and spa. Ribeira è un bel hotel - la posizione è eccellente con tutto il resto in media buono. La gestione può prestare maggiore attenzione ai dettagli - come esempio, nessuno carta tessuto nella stanza, solo un piccolo bagaglio, ecc. L'hotel dispone di una piscina, una sauna e una stanza a vapore - gli ultimi due non funzionavano quando l'ho usato prima.

Hotel fantástico con unas instalaciones espectaculares. Solo por poner una pega . La zona de piscina un poco pequeña , lo que limita las hamacas disponibles. Se echan de menos también unas sombrillas

Non mi è piaciuto molto, la spa era molto piccola e abbiamo dovuto pagare per noleggiare gli asciugamani per la piscina. L'acqua era fredda.

Il buon pranzo, i funzionari molto gentili, ma non ho pensato che fosse normale avere solo il diritto di essere 50 minuti al giorno al centro benessere. Ho prenotato un hotel con spa perché viaggiava con bambini e se ci fosse tempo di pioggia sarebbe stato il luogo dove trascorreremmo più tempo. Quando sono arrivato, mi sono avvisato che avevo solo diritto a 50 minuti al giorno.

Un sitio maravilloso. Muy cerca de la playa y la vez, está metido en la montaña. Instalaciones espectaculares. La cama era comodísima. Tiene 2 piscinas y un spa totalmente gratuito para los huéspedes. El desayuno inmejorable. Sirven cenas bajo petición. Todo está muy bien cuidado hasta el ultimo detalle. El personal es super simpático y agradable. Nuestra instancia ha sido perfecta. Gracias
