Portogallo: hotel con spa nella provincia di Azzorre

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata meravigliosa. Noi accentuiamo l'attenzione del personale, sempre amabile e disposto a aiutare in qualsiasi momento. La colazione è stata di alta qualità, con una vasta gamma di opzioni per tutti i gusti, servito in una bella sala con grandi cristalline e una vista spettacolare sulle montagne. La stanza era perfettamente attrezzata, pulita e molto confortevole, soddisfacendo tutte le nostre aspettative. Il Spa è stato senza dubbio uno dei punti forti della nostra estate: le piscine interne e esterne di acque termali offrono un'esperienza rilassante unica.

Im afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

L'hotel si trova proprio nel centro di Horta. Basta camminare lungo la strada e ti ritroverai al porto. È vecchio, ma tutto è molto pulito e la vista è spettacolare. La colazione è semplice ma deliziosa. Portate con voi costume da bagno e cuffia, perché sono disponibili piscine interne ed esterne gratuite, una sauna, una jacuzzi e una palestra. Il personale è disponibile e parla molto spagnolo. Nelle vicinanze è disponibile un parcheggio gratuito.

Amazing place! All the services were great! Easy to park the car! Good view of the balcony! After a tired in a whole day, I can relaxed side of the swimming pool, even raining on that day, I can swim in the indoor swimming pool! However, the outside swimming pool have to been improve, when I walked down to the swimming, even though I hold the handle to walk down, I slide down, got pain.

L'ambiente è molto buono, vicino al mare, l'hotel è un po' moderno, ma l'esperienza complessiva è comunque buona, è adatto per una vacanza con la famiglia e gli amici, non lontano dalla città.

Great hotel for slow and relaxing visit to the island. It is a bit out of the way and you need a car. But if you are not in a hurry, this is a perfect hotel. It’s right on the hiking trail and only 20 mins to the airport. It’s also only a few minute drive to the highway to get around the island for sightseeing.

Excelente hotel, onde fomos muito bem recebidos.  Muito sossegado, com oferta de piscina sauna e banho turco, com a vantagem de cederem toalhas para utilização quer no hotel, quer fora, nas praias ou nos banhos termais e que podem ser trocadas sempre que for necessário. O pequeno almoço , muito variado e onde privilegiam os artigos locais, queijo, fruta, bolo levedo. A repetir com certeza.

Vale la pena guidare, perché questo posto è sorprendente. La vista, le strutture e il servizio sono oltre le mie aspettative. Tutto ciò che offrono è stato grande, tranne Internet. Le letti erano confortevoli, doccia calda e bagno, piscina, Juccuzi, stanza a vapore e colazione senza lamentele. Anche il prezzo è ragionevole per quello che si ottiene.

昨天下午到達酒店，前台接待人員一下子拉满好感！帮助我們更換兩個單床，唯一不足是枕頭太差！酒店早餐也可以，葡萄牙是歐洲最值的深度遊的囯家，英文普及度高，人民熱情友善，交通便利，安全度高，已經走了Horta &pico , São Miguel is the third Island of the Azores. 真誠推薦葡萄牙，及這一家酒店。

Мы довольны сервисом и расположением отеля. На завтрак был большой выбор, интересная система заказа дополнительного завтрака. Очень хороший спортзал, были там каждый вечер. Наличие сауны тоже отличное решение, чтобы расслабиться после ежедневных походов в горы. Порадовало наличие парковочных мест рядом с отелем. При выселении была какая-то системная ошибка, надеюсь, что персонал её решил. Так как мы спешили в аэропорт и не смогли ждать обновление их информации, а просто отдали ключи от номера.
