Giappone: hotel con spa nella provincia di Prefettura di Nagano

The cottages were a little out of the way but they are perfect - toasty during winter, spacious with an ensuite bathroom per bedroom, and accessible via the frequent bus service. It’ll be even better if a microwave is provided in the cottage, and if our ski/snowboard fear can be stored in the locker room near the slopes (we arent allowed to do so and have to carry them back to our cottages everyday. We stayed at the premium room at the main building previously and would say each experience is unique, but staying at the main building would be more convenient and staying at the cottage is more special especially during winter.

Had a really pleasant stay overall. The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around. Service was excellent 👍 staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Amenities were also complete and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for couples looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Super convenient location but note that free parking is not available. Recommended to park at the carpark behind (1min walk away) for 900 for entire night compared to 1200 at the carpark just beside the hotel (but it gets full fast in the evening). Plentiful of amenities provided and late night supper (especially enjoyed this greatly!). Kinda unfortunate they do not have outdoor bath but for the price is understandable. It's already not bad. Massage chair is available but require queuing. Dryer is 100yen per 15mins

Be careful that the actual room is not the same as trip shown. Everything is good but the room wasn’t my expected. Finally trip.com refunded me a certain amount, fair enough. Look at my photos, if you accept such a room paying this price, go for head, with free-spa, no complain. Just because it wasn’t what I wanted😂😂

Il 24-26 Dic 25. Buon hotel, ma lontano da tutto il resto. Non avevamo neve - solo la pioggia per due giorni, ma quando abbiamo controllato, avevamo neve pesante che ha disturbato il nostro viaggio a Toyama con molte cancellazioni e ritardi di treni (un'auto bloccata sulla pista ferroviaria). L'autobus dell'hotel prende il bus alla stazione Minami-Otari. Ci sono quattro lavastoviglie e quattro asciugamani che sono stati sempre presi sul terzo piano. Vorrei consigliare di rimanere più di due giorni e prepararsi per il tempo di viaggio, poiché ci sono voluti quasi 20 minuti per un viaggio in autobus a Iwatake ogni strada.

Love this ryokan! The service was just amazing! We arrived the ryokan feeling cold and asked where we could get some heat pads and was told that since the ryokan provides free shuttle to train station, they could send us to convenient store. And before it, the staff came back with some mini heat pads for us to use for the meanwhile. There was also paid shuttle to snow monkey park (500 yen per pax one way) that you can arrange with them. We had a tatami room, it was spacious and the staff came to the room to do the check in and served tea and welcome snack to us. The ryokan guests are entitled to go to nine onsens around the area for free. The ryokan provides yukatas and all necessities for it. The meals were sumptuous and super yummy. Overall, a fantastic ryokan experience for us!

L'hotel che ho scelto per il mio viaggio in Giappone ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative! Dal check-in al check-out, ogni dettaglio rispecchiava il servizio giapponese, meticoloso e attento. Sebbene la camera non fosse enorme, lo spazio era eccezionalmente ben organizzato. La mia valigia non occupava molto spazio una volta aperta, e il tavolino da tè vicino alla finestra offriva una vista sulla strada, perfetto per gustare una tazza di tè la sera. La colazione era una combinazione di menù fisso giapponese e buffet, con ingredienti freschi. È a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR e nelle vicinanze ci sono izakaya (pub giapponesi) frequentati dalla gente del posto, il che lo rende incredibilmente comodo per spostarsi e immergersi nella vita locale. L'onsen (sorgente termale) dell'hotel è stato uno dei momenti salienti del viaggio! L'acqua dell'onsen era cristallina, con piscine sia interne che esterne. Immergermi nella piscina esterna di notte mi ha permesso di vedere le stelle.

Hotel tradizionale giapponese, grande camera, e anche spazzole all'interno.L'aula ha vestiti di dimensioni diverse per bambini e ragazzi, e le camere da letto e le camere da letto.La cena del mattino è una forma di buffet, e la cena è con la canna di pollo e bevande alcoliche, ghiaccio, ecc. L'hotel ha Karaok, la sala da gioco e il pallone da gioco, che possono essere prese in prestito, è adatto per il viaggio domestico.

At first, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but everything changed when I arrived. We traveled to Karuizawa via Shinkansen, and just a five-minute walk from the JR Station, there’s a shuttle bus stop inside the shopping plaza. The hotel staff were very friendly, and check-in was smooth. Although the carpet in the room has seen many winters, it added to the cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the lobby offered free coffee and soft drinks, along with a large, charming stove to keep you warm on snowy days. The ski resort is just around the corner, with rental shops, a ski academy, and ski lifts all in the same area, making it very convenient. If you’re looking to recharge your energy surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall, it was quite a pleasant experience. I really liked my room — it was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing that surprised me was that the window to the balcony didn’t open, though I suppose it was designed that way. The onsen was absolutely wonderful — spacious, relaxing, and with a beautiful view of a mountain river. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also offers many different areas for leisure and entertainment. You can play table tennis, relax in cozy rest zones, visit small cafés and shops — there’s a lot to explore without even leaving the building. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of food to choose from. However, due to the number of guests, it was a bit challenging for the staff to manage everything smoothly. On two occasions, someone almost took my table, even though I had already placed the reservation card on it to show it was taken. That said, the staff overall were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and I appreciated their attitude throughout my stay. This hotel is clearly family-oriented, with many families staying with young children. There are rooms with child-friendly designs and dedicated play areas, so if you’re looking for a quiet, adult-only atmosphere, this might not be the best fit. That said, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.
