A very amazing stay for couples and families, on top of public hot springs and baths, there are private hot springs in your own room and outdoor private ones that you can use on first come first serve basis. The shuttle bus made it very accessible and easy to commute from the hot spring town, just make sure to check their timetable prior and figure out where to take the bus in advance.

Dormy Inn Maebashi is a fantastic place to stay, offering comfort, convenience, and excellent amenities. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean and cozy rooms that provide a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights is the onsen, which is perfect for unwinding after a long day. The complimentary nighttime ramen is a nice touch, adding to the overall experience. 這次去羣馬古久家温泉酒店，體驗了一下真正的日式服務。古久家的房間非常乾淨整潔，榻榻米房間，有股淡淡的草香，房間很大，看得到雪山，視野非常好，晚餐後服務員已經幫我們把床都鋪好了，真心感動！温泉有室外和室內，泡温泉的時候可以看到遠處的雪山。早餐和晚餐也非常棒！一道一道上來，日式料理做得非常精緻，小姐姐服務態度也非常好！給她點贊👍！古久家温泉酒店值得一住！

We love it. Nice location and convenient to walk around the city. Rooms are nice and the onsen is cool. Service is good but can be a little more friendly to foreign guess and patience with us since we don’t understand much the language. More sign would be good to let us know what check in procedure is. Feels confusing when many ppl coming in. Not too flexible when comes to celebrations and dinner arrangements. All in all still good

應該算是伊香保最好住的酒店，四百多年歷史，但不覺得舊，幾個湯都很棒，服務人員專業周到，大堂的小機器人超級可愛。19層去往石階進出口的通道里有一家小餐廳，三個包間，每晚8-11點半營業，煎餃和拉麪都好吃。這個地方的人友善好客，烏冬面是地方特產，每家都好吃；黑船屋的祖傳石鍋咖喱飯特別美味；Sara’s Terrace Arraiya 的套餐很家常；Lungo自家烘培的咖啡最好喝，配一串年糕糰子太香了！階梯旁的抹茶店已經很網紅，但店員好熱心啊，見我摔倒了立刻拿急救箱跑出來給我處理傷口，感動！附近的原美術館也很值得一去，在一個有很多羊的牧場裏。

Questo è un ottimo hotel. Puoi sentire un ospedale entusiasta, dal servizio di ricezione del primo parcheggio all'ultimo. Non solo si può godere di due qualità calde guardando le scale, ma anche sentire il gusto unico di ogni piatto.Il cibo è anche delizioso! Più tardi ho detto a un familiare che viveva nel cavallo che vivo al signor Liu Yu, dove il riso è delizioso!Ho ricevuto immediatamente la risposta, quindi sembrava essere molto famoso in loco. Oh, la bocca del miracolo che ha raggiunto il bagno mi ha anche lasciato una profonda impressione!

I really liked the Comfort Hotel. Great location, easy access from maebashi train station and quick walk to shopping areas. The room was just what we needed with helpful amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. Would recommend for a short stay.

Hotel Ichii is right in the heart of Kusatsu, so that is awesome. The onsen facilities are very clean and organized. However, our room was disappointing - perhaps because we are used to western style rooms. Our Japanese style room in the annex had no storage - other than the wardrobe where the yukata are stored and you could hang a couple of coats, there was nothing. Since the table in the center of the room was moved each morning and night by the staff to lay out the futons, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving a lot on the table. The futons were clearly old and the comforter on top was stained. There were only the towels meant to be used in the onsen - there were only very thin paper towels for the sink, which seemed very wasteful. Our rooms were located in the annex and while we could get hot water for the in room bath, there water in the sink was barely tepid. The smoking room on the second floor by the passage to the main building made the whole area smell. So if we hadn’t paid up front, we would have left early.

Posizione assolutamente bellissima e molteplici opzioni di sorgenti termali! La colazione a buffet era squisita, così come la cena a più portate. Purtroppo siamo stati in grado di rimanere solo una notte, ma svegliarsi la mattina per vedere bellissime raffiche di neve circondate da montagne è stato molto più magico e memorabile di quanto immaginassi! Durante il nostro soggiorno, ho persino perso la mia macchina fotografica e il personale è stato così gentile da scendere dalla montagna e spedirmela all'aeroporto, parlare giapponese con il personale dell'aeroporto per aiutarmi a trovarla e sarò per sempre grato per la loro gentilezza e servizio. Se avessi perso la macchina fotografica avrei perso tutte le mie foto e i video del viaggio! Il personale parla cinese e inglese fluente e quindi è stato davvero facile comunicare con loro.
