Ho avuto una esperienza molto deludente e inconfortabile con il personale del desk front. Sono arrivato all'hotel domenica 1° marzo alle 12.30 e mi sono chiesto gentilmente se fosse possibile un check-in precoce. Le due donne che lavoravano alla ricezione mi hanno detto che non erano disponibili camere fino alle 4.00. Ho detto che era tutto a posto e che mi aspettavo nel lobby. Tuttavia, mentre aspettavo, altri ospiti sono arrivati e sono stati immediatamente controllati. Era chiaro che erano disponibili camere, che rendevano la situazione ingiusta. Poi mi sono avvicinato al ufficio con gli stessi ospiti che si erano reclutati e ho detto che avevo una prenotazione per oggi. Il ricevitore ha agito come se non fosse successo nulla e sembrava offeso. Durante il check-in, ha cercato di pagare la mia carta per la prenotazione, anche se la mia prenotazione era già stata pagata completamente online. Quando ho visto l’importo e ho chiesto per cosa era, non poteva spiegarlo chiaramente. Devo dirle ancora una volta che la prenotazione è già stata pagata. Entrambi i ricevitori hanno iniziato a controllare il sistema e sembravano irritati e nervosi davanti agli altri ospiti, e alla fine hanno spiegato che c'era un deposito di sicurezza di $50 al giorno, che ho capito e concordo pienamente. Tuttavia, hanno cercato di rimborsare l'importo sbagliato, e ho dovuto chiedermelo ancora una volta prima di correggere finalmente l'importo del deposito. In generale, la situazione era estremamente incomoda e poco professionale: mi è stato detto di aspettare fino alle 4 pm mentre altri ospiti sono stati iscritti, e poi ho dovuto affrontare la confusione sulle tasse che avrebbero dovuto essere chiare fin dall'inizio. Le strutture dell'hotel sono buone, ma il servizio di desk front è stato molto deludente e richiede un miglioramento.

This hotel is aging, but the location is amazing! We traveled to Cleveland for my son's birthday trip to a Cavs game. Upon arrival, the valet was extremely congested. No one came out to welcome us or anything so I thought all the valet were out parking cars. Instead, three of them were inside, laughing and talking. There was no mention of cost anywhere, so I was very surprised at the $50/day charge upon checkout. Considering it took them an hour to bring my car back to me upon check out, I would say that charge is VERY exaggerated. When we went to check in, I was surprised that they needed a credit card to hold $200 on. I prepaid and expected they would need a card on file, not to hold funds. Anyway, our first room seemed nice. It had an amazing view of Rocket Arena. But, I decided to rest a minute and when I looked at the ceiling, it was falling apart!! This was something I decided to give a pass on, considering the age of the building. However, when I got up to shower and there was a huge clump of long brown hair on the wall, that was too much for me. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about the issue and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are basic. There is an armoire with an iron, two bottles of water, a coffee maker and coffee and a mini fridge. The televisions in the rooms are very large, that was nice. Check out was easy, just a lobby full of people all waiting for their cars to show up! The only other thing I can say is that I paid for a supreme room through Trip and was only given a standard room. So, there must be a miscommunication between Trip and the hotels. Be wary...

The hotel was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Although the parking was not right on the property it was in a covered parking lot within a short walk to the hotel and the cost was included in our stay ! The front lobby looked rather new and was clean and shiny. Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean and accommodating for 2 of us and came with the amenities you would generally expect. We had a king bed and it was comfortable, although the pillows were rather soft and despite both of us having 2 pillows each we could have used 1 or 2 more to be more comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was well done with a good variety of choices for us as we eat a carnivore diet. The coffee was a good as you would get at Starbucks. I don't know her name but the staff member who kept the buffet full was definitely one of the hardest working individuals I have seen. She was friendly, accommodating and exceptional and the hotel should award her appropriately. The only negative to our stay was that on the 2nd day of being there we returned later in the day after sightseeing and our room had not been serviced by housekeeping. I called the front desk and the staff person who had checked us in informed me that they had forgotten to tell us that housekeeping is only every other day. Staff member did provide us with additional towels however it would have been nice to have the bed turned down and used towels taken away.

In generale, è stata una buona esperienza! Solo questione è che non c'è una microonde nella tua stanza hotel, quindi quando tu e la tua famiglia tornate da una bella cena o solo avete dei resti in generale, dovete andare al lobby principale dove c'è solo una microonde all'interno di un gabinetto per tutti nell'hotel Ora è la mia vera questione.... all'interno di quel gabinetto...non una microonde per essere chiara... era un roccia morto....Abbiamo immediatamente avvertito il personale e sono stati sconvolti come noi! Il personale ha detto che lo avrebbero gestito in buona fede la mattina dopo i miei figli erano affamati e sono tornati a quella stessa microonde e la roccia era ancora lì ‼️‼️‼️

Fatta eccezione per la posizione, nient'altro merita la parola Rinascimento. Igiene: sporca e scadente Camera: piccola Carica: costosa

Grande posizione. Vicino a molte strutture senza tutto il traffico pesante. Grazie al personale molto pulito e meraviglioso! Porta Man/Valet, alla sicurezza, al personale di pulizia. Tutto meraviglioso e molto proattivo per tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno!

L'hotel è anche molto vecchio, le strutture sono complete, ma l'ambiente generale è in generale, come alloggio turistico, la posizione geografica è conveniente, le vacanze non sono consigliate per scegliere, il rapporto costo-benefici non è alto.

Good location with quiet surroundings despite near major road. Very close to many outlets at Rookwood commons and pavilion. Very comfortable beds. Strong internet connection. Large TV with many channels. Large and clean bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Special mention must be made of one outstanding young staff called Mike. Initially he could not find my reservation despite me having a confirmed reservation number. It was later he decided to allow me to see the list of guests arriving that day. I realised my COLLEAGUES name was in the list of guests and later realised that I made the booking under my colleague's name accidentally without realising it. Thanks to this being resolved we were able to check in without having to make a new booking and incur the loss of the trip.com booking. He also helped me to change the booking name to my name instead. A big kudos to mike for saving our business trip from being a disaster!!

Il nostro piano di lavanderia non era mosso, ma il bagno era diventato nero, mentre abbiamo pulito il flusso d'acqua dal doccia. Svuotato il bagagliaio e una mano di capelli nel bagagliaio.I letti erano confortevoli e puliti.Il personale era amichevole soprattutto il lato del cibo/catering.L'aspettatore di parcheggio dall'altro lato era molto brutto.Si sedeva sul telefono mentre combattiamo Per accedere al parcheggio, anche se avevamo pagato prima per il parcheggio..Sembrava arrabbiato quando chiese aiuto.Non so per cosa fosse.E'stato il problema del loro scanner. Il parcheggio è extra 20 dollari a notte e il buffet per colazione è stato 18 dollari per adulti e 6 o 8 dollari per bambini sotto i 12 anni .
