Hotel così tanto. Non c'è un tessuto sul pavimento. E' lontano dalla stazione di metro. E' abbastanza costoso per altri hotel a Cleveland allo stesso livello. Il condizionatore d'aria era male riscaldato nella stanza. Il giorno dopo si è trasferito ad un altro hotel.
The hotel was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Although the parking was not right on the property it was in a covered parking lot within a short walk to the hotel and the cost was included in our stay ! The front lobby looked rather new and was clean and shiny. Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean and accommodating for 2 of us and came with the amenities you would generally expect. We had a king bed and it was comfortable, although the pillows were rather soft and despite both of us having 2 pillows each we could have used 1 or 2 more to be more comfortable.
The included breakfast buffet was well done with a good variety of choices for us as we eat a carnivore diet. The coffee was a good as you would get at Starbucks. I don't know her name but the staff member who kept the buffet full was definitely one of the hardest working individuals I have seen. She was friendly, accommodating and exceptional and the hotel should award her appropriately.
The only negative to our stay was that on the 2nd day of being there we returned later in the day after sightseeing and our room had not been serviced by housekeeping. I called the front desk and the staff person who had checked us in informed me that they had forgotten to tell us that housekeeping is only every other day. Staff member did provide us with additional towels however it would have been nice to have the bed turned down and used towels taken away.
Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️
The location was perfect to get to local attractions, including the zoo, shopping, and hiking trails. The room and hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and good amenities. We had breakfast elsewhere, as there is no continental breakfast, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The only negative was that the fan in the bathroom was not functioning - or rather we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Otherwise, a good place to stay for a night at a reasonable price.

La zona di mangiare era super pulita e mantenuta bene. Ci siamo camminati 5 minuti a piedi alla Casa dei Blues per un concerto. La camminata era piuttosto straordinaria verso la zona centro! L'hotel stesso era molto pulito, era un po' fuori data (nessuna usb, il piombo è ovviamente vecchio, e drenato un po' lentamente, piccole TV, vecchio tappeto) ma non si è davvero allontanato dal suo fascino unico vecchio con tutta la marmo e la luce. I letti e le mutande erano molto confortevoli! Mio figlio ha detto che avrebbe voluto portare un bel vestito, il loro sono abbastanza sottili. Noi saremmo sicuramente rimasti in questo hotel se siamo nella zona! Ci occuperemo anche di soggiornare in diversi luoghi di Dry quando viaggiamo!

UUtente ospiteDo NOT stay at this hotel unless you can survive in a room that is not at all soundproof! I booked a queen suite with separate sitting room for my daughter and I. We wanted a quiet, relaxing place to stay for a 3 day weekend and the reviews for this place were excellent.
First let me list the nice things about the property:
1. It is a full blown conference center with a huge, well maintained and manicured landscape.
2. The outdoor spaces are lovely, including the outdoor pool area.
3. The location is very close to Columbus and to the uber wealthy city of Powell.
4. A gorgeous county park with loads of picnic areas and walking trails is located directly across the street from the conference center.
Now for the negatives:
1. No soundproofing!!! We could hear every word of conversations that took place in the room next door. But the most disturbing thing is that we couldn’t sleep because of noise from the room overhead. My daughter contacted the front desk in the early evening of our first night’s stay asking them to call the guests above us with a “gentle reminder” to avoid heavy walking. She was told that the request could not be made until after the 10 pm quiet time. We had a brown noise machine running at top volume for the entire night, but even that didn’t block the heavy footfalls from above. The constant sound of people walking (it sounded like elephants) continued the next morning which forced us out of our room. (We payed extra for a suite with a separate sitting area so that we could relax outside of the bedroom, but couldn’t take advantage of it because of the noise). My daughter ended up sleeping on a couch at a friend’s house the second night because she was so sleep deprived. However, I returned to the hotel which was a huge mistake! When I turned out the lights at 11 pm, things were quiet, but at 11:30 pm the stomping family returned. The noise of the footfalls and then squeaking floors woke me up at 11:30 pm, 3:30 am and 5:45 am. I finally got out of bed at 6 am, walked to the lobby in my pajamas, and told the staff that I couldn’t stay in this place another night. I must have looked a fright, because the agent immediately canceled the final night of our reservation with no questions asked. Just to be clear, I don’t think that the family above us was intentionally loud. I think that they had absolutely no idea that their movements were creating such a disturbance.
2. Despite the fact that the lovely county park is directly across the street, it’s incredibly difficult to access the park entrance as a pedestrian. There is a single pedestrian crosswalk at the southwest corner of the conference center, but there are no sidewalks that connect to the crosswalk. Walkers are forced to either walk along a very busy road with no shoulder, or walk on the grass for about 1/2 mile to get from the hotel parking lot to the crosswalk. I find it incredibly surprising that Nationwide didn’t consider putting in sidewalks to make access to the park more accessible and safe for pedestrians.
3. Be forewarned that the conference center includes facilities that cater to weddings, so if you stay here on a weekend, be prepared for lots of outdoor evening activities.
No one should have to pay $200/night to stay in a room that isn’t conducive to sleep!!!

Sono arrivato all'hotel domenica 1° marzo alle 12.30 e mi sono chiesto gentilmente se fosse possibile un check-in precoce. Le due donne che lavoravano alla ricezione mi hanno detto che non erano disponibili camere fino alle 4.00. Ho detto che era tutto a posto e che mi aspettavo nel lobby.
Tuttavia, mentre aspettavo, altri ospiti sono arrivati e sono stati immediatamente controllati. Era chiaro che erano disponibili camere, che rendevano la situazione ingiusta.
Poi mi sono avvicinato al ufficio con gli stessi ospiti che si erano reclutati e ho detto che avevo una prenotazione per oggi. Il ricevitore ha agito come se non fosse successo nulla e sembrava offeso.
Durante il check-in, ha cercato di pagare la mia carta per la prenotazione, anche se la mia prenotazione era già stata pagata completamente online. UUtente ospiteThis hotel is aging, but the location is amazing! We traveled to Cleveland for my son's birthday trip to a Cavs game. Upon arrival, the valet was extremely congested. No one came out to welcome us or anything so I thought all the valet were out parking cars. Instead, three of them were inside, laughing and talking. There was no mention of cost anywhere, so I was very surprised at the $50/day charge upon checkout. Considering it took them an hour to bring my car back to me upon check out, I would say that charge is VERY exaggerated. When we went to check in, I was surprised that they needed a credit card to hold $200 on. I prepaid and expected they would need a card on file, not to hold funds. Anyway, our first room seemed nice. It had an amazing view of Rocket Arena. But, I decided to rest a minute and when I looked at the ceiling, it was falling apart!! This was something I decided to give a pass on, considering the age of the building. However, when I got up to shower and there was a huge clump of long brown hair on the wall, that was too much for me. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about the issue and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are basic. There is an armoire with an iron, two bottles of water, a coffee maker and coffee and a mini fridge. The televisions in the rooms are very large, that was nice. Check out was easy, just a lobby full of people all waiting for their cars to show up! The only other thing I can say is that I paid for a supreme room through Trip and was only given a standard room. So, there must be a miscommunication between Trip and the hotels. Be wary...

SSinead McdonnellEasy check in, very friendly, helpful check in staff. Lovely room, large comfy bed, good bathroom, great shower.
Somewhat disappointed by very limited on site Mexican restaurant food & it was quite poor in terms of portion and lacked any real flavour.
We had issue with getting bed made up and asked on 3 different occasions over our 3 night day. Jen on reception promised it would be done for out return to hotel in afternoon but sadly it was not and in spite of her further requests it was never done.
On check out when I told her it still hadn’t been done she agreed this was not good enough as she had been assured by housekeeping it would be done previous day.
Jen said she was sending 30,000 points to my Marriott account to compensate for our disappointment and they would show up within 48 hrs. That was 28 April , it’s now 14May and still nothing………
I really expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Westin you have let the Marriott group and us down. You really need to deliver on your promises.
So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️
