Molto bel hotel. Buona colazione. Molto attrezzatura. Bagno privato è un bonus. Un grande Donki vicino. Il palazzo Nagoya e le attrazioni della città 10 minuti di auto. Solo abita lontano dall'aeroporto. Personale inglese parlante contro.

It was a comfy 2 nights stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, quite central and just few mins with underground mall that connects to Sakae station. Room was comfy, breakfast was ok, free one cup of alcohol at night, onsen was basic, crowded when I went but still a good experience!

The hotel locates just next to the train station, it is extremely convenient. The staff is very helpful, they help my brother bring our luggages to the station when we all gone for shopping. The facility is very new, the noise reduction function of the windows are perfect. It is so quiet even our rooms are jut next to the train rails. One point needs to appreciate is the basket for towels, it is so well prepared and detail minded that I just need to pick it up and then can go to the hot spring directly. I particularly enjoy the resting room at the public hot spring area. The environment is clean, tidy and relax. For the breakfast, the type of food is just enough, not too many and not too few. The quality is good in general. Just one suggestion for improvement, please provide a weight machine for luggages. It will be more convenient for the shoping lovers like us to check if our luggages are overweight. Please kindly consider.

Consigli di viaggiare con la famiglia. L'hotel era bello e pulito. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Ho viaggiato con un bambino di 2 anni con 2 bagagli e un camion, quindi ho cercato l'hotel dove facile da accedere, Tiad era la mia grande scelta. L'hotel può accedere per via metropolitana. La posizione è in punto.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

La reception 々 corrisponde a un'ottima e amichevole posizione, e la pulizia e le strutture della sala sono buone.La grande piscina pubblica è sostituita in ore, ma il bagno e il vestiario sono molto sani.E'molto pulito e comodo per l'uso.Il bagno della stanza, la frizione? E'difficile sentire, solo quello che e' deludente.

はじめて利用させていただきました。 スタッフの方はみなさん親切で丁寧に対応していただき、大浴場や岩盤浴、マッサージチェアなど設備も充実していて、大変心地よく過ごすことができました。 朝ごはんはパンとスープを頂きました。忙しい朝には丁度よい量で、美味しかったので満足しています。 南館を利用しましたが、ホテルの隣にマンションなのかホテルがあり、カーテンを開けることが出来なかったので、レースの遮光カーテンが欲しいことが唯一ホテルに要望したい点です。

Il menu della colazione è ricco e immediatamente aggiunto. Poiché c'è solo un ascensore, devi aspettare molto tempo per andare alla stanza e colazione al mattino. L'acqua sembra un po'vecchia, ma è in generale pulita e facile da usare.La stanza semplice e non compressa lascia una profonda impressione. Vivo al decimo piano, ma a volte la temperatura dell'acqua calda diventa instabile. La tavola ampia è molto facile da usare e funziona velocemente.L'altezza del sedile può anche essere regolata, facile da sedere.

I enjoyed staying here for 3 nights. Very friendly staff and budget-friendly hotel for solo-travellers. Around 10 miniute walk to Sakae station. Easy to access the centre of Sakae, can walk to see Mirai Tower and shopping malls. I also enjoyed breakfast and public bath. At the lobby, they also serve self-cafe machine so you can have coffee, newspaper, and extra amenities. The room was very clean. I will stay here again when I visit Nagoya again 😊.

Questa e'la seconda volta che sono stato. Tutti i dipendenti si sentono bene, la stanza è molto pulita, anche se le strutture sono molto vecchie, posso rilassarmi.
