Indonesia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Kalimantan Occidentale

We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was truly excellent, from the security staff to the reception team and concierge, everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and were even allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. The security staff were especially friendly, helping us with our luggage and opening the car door for us. It truly a five-star service. The room was very comfortable, the bed, lighting, and overall ambience were excellent. What I loved most was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made it very comfortable and enjoyable. In terms of location, it’s quite convenient, close to Gaia Mall and the airport.

Le negozi si trovavano all'ingresso e all'uscita dell'hotel, che giocavano molto musica forte fino a 3.00 a.m. Non dormevamo la prima notte. Tuttavia, ci siamo trasferiti in un'altra stanza che si trovava di fronte alla piscina la seconda notte e era molto tranquilla. Personalmente, non mi piacciono gli interruttori nelle stanze. Ci dovrebbero essere più interruttori per controllare la luminosità delle stanze e delle bagni. Attualmente, la stanza è molto luminosa o posso girare 2 luci di parete (molto scuro) + 1 luce notturna. I commutatori Foyer e Reading non funzionano. Per il bagno, uno switch controlla tutte le luci nel bagno e il ventilatore di scarico. Pertanto, è molto luminoso nel bagno + ventilatore di scarico rumoroso o buio totale. Mi piace vedere più interruttori per gli ospiti per controllare la luminosità nelle camere e nei bagni. Il hotel è molto bello e con personale molto amichevole.

Terzo hotel della catena svizzera Belinn in cui ho soggiornato. La posizione è accanto a un centro commerciale. Tutto il cibo è a vostra disposizione. Il check-in è stato veloce. La hall è confortevole, con un'area salotto all'aperto. La vista dalla mia camera era superba, con vista sulle montagne. La moquette era presente in camera, la disposizione era buona e la doccia calda era potente. La piscina è piccola, soprattutto per i bambini, ma la vista è fantastica. La colazione non era all'altezza delle mie aspettative per una catena svizzera Belinn. Non c'era molta varietà e la mia richiesta di uova alla coque è arrivata sode.

Valutazione: 4 su 5 stelle Il HARRIS Hotel Pontianak ha un buon posto, personale amichevole e un pacchetto globale solido. Le aree pubbliche sono state moderne e ben mantenute, e il controllo ‑in e il controllo ‑out sono stati efficienti e utili. La deduzione del punto è per il letto: le lamelle erano state fresche ma avevano tinture visibili, e la matita sottostante era chiaramente sotterranea – Questo è dove l'hotel ha urgente bisogno di migliorare i suoi standard di qualità. Con letto senza spot e una matita rinnovata o completamente pulita, questa proprietà sarebbe facilmente una scelta 5‑star nella sua categoria per me.

This is a nice hotel but unfortunately it is extremely noisy. There should be signs to say that there are quiet hours. So many other guests were making noise in the corridors at all hours of the day and night. The WiFi is good and the restaurant is handy.

The hotel is really good, impressed by its good infrastructures, great breakfast and good services. However, there were some points deducting aspects. The disgusting black stains at edge of the wash basin, the water stained tissues and the worst of the lot, the faeces chocked toilet bowls in male toilet of the dining area was a real turnoff.

Will avoid this hotel in future visits to this town. Too much a walk to downtown with poor sidewalks and crossings. Front desk denied my third night (prepaid breakfast/room) to be used on second night as had to leave early. Emphasize 'prepaid'. Completed review form in the room, Front desk manager emailed with apologies. The front desk lady should either be fired or went thru further customer service training and courtesy. Room circuit breaker tripped burning phone charger, and the outlet extender. Electrician came quickly tho to reset breakers. Room was very basic yet so called 'superior' room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is clean and well-maintained, and we absolutely loved the welcoming vibes created by the friendly staff. The location is very convenient, and the view from the 19th floor was truly spectacular – a highlight of our visit. The only downside was the lack of a hair dryer, which would have been a helpful addition. Overall, a great experience, and we would recommend it to others!
