Indonesia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Kalimantan Occidentale

Terzo hotel della catena svizzera Belinn in cui ho soggiornato. La posizione è accanto a un centro commerciale. Tutto il cibo è a vostra disposizione. Il check-in è stato veloce. La hall è confortevole, con un'area salotto all'aperto. La vista dalla mia camera era superba, con vista sulle montagne. La moquette era presente in camera, la disposizione era buona e la doccia calda era potente. La piscina è piccola, soprattutto per i bambini, ma la vista è fantastica. La colazione non era all'altezza delle mie aspettative per una catena svizzera Belinn. Non c'era molta varietà e la mia richiesta di uova alla coque è arrivata sode.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Recent Stay (Feb 25 – Mar 1, 2026) Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my stay at your hotel from February 25 to March 1, 2026. While the hotel's recent renovations have resulted in pleasant hardware and the location is convenient for transportation, my overall experience was significantly marred by several service and management issues. The specific areas of concern are as follows: 1. Delayed Response to Maintenance Issues For the first two nights of our stay, the drainage in the bathroom was clogged, causing water to flow very slowly. This issue was reported to the front desk immediately but was not addressed. It was only on the third day, after we mentioned it again to a manager we encountered in the restaurant, that the problem was finally resolved. The slow response to a basic room maintenance request was disappointing. 2. Construction Noise Disrupting Rest Throughout our stay, we were disturbed by loud construction noise coming from the adjacent room. This occurred early in the morning (around 7:30 AM) and again in the early afternoon (around 2:30 PM), making it impossible to rest during these times. A peaceful environment is a fundamental expectation for hotel guests, and I believe construction work should be scheduled in a way that minimizes disturbance. 3. Breakfast Quality and Variety The breakfast offerings were monotonous and the food was generally quite salty. Furthermore, there was a noticeable lack of options suitable for guests with Chinese culinary preferences. As an international hotel, a more diverse menu catering to different cultural tastes would be beneficial. 4. A Serious Security and Safety Incident (Most Critical Issue) This incident, although it happened to my travel companion, is the most serious matter I must raise. At around 3:00 AM, she was abruptly awakened by loud knocking on her door. Looking through the peephole, she saw two strange men standing outside. Feeling terrified, she immediately secured the door with the latch. Subsequently, the phone in her room rang, but she was too frightened to answer it. When she complained to the front desk the next morning, the explanation provided was that it was ”Muslim faithful reminding each other to pray.” We find this explanation shocking and completely unacceptable. Two unknown men knocking on the door of a lone female guest's room and then calling her in the middle of the night is a severe breach of safety and privacy. It is the hotel's fundamental duty to protect its guests from such disturbances and threats. This explanation is not only unconvincing but also reveals a critical failure in your security protocols and staff training. Conclusion: In summary, while the physical hardware of the hotel has improved with the new renovation, the management standards and overall service quality were, in our experience, subpar. The issues we encountered, especially the last one concerning personal security, have severely undermined our trust in the hotel. I urge the management to take these issues seriously, particularly the security incident, and provide a reasonable explanation for what occurred, along with assurances that measures will be taken to prevent such situations in the future. Abbiamo passato per Pontianak per un paio di volte e siamo rimasti qui entrambe le volte. E' facile arrivare alla navetta a Sukadana e il bus Damri fermo a Singkawang - grandi ristoranti vigneti vicino e noleggio moto vicino alla porta. Molto conveniente. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra stanza e il personale ha cambiato immediatamente la nostra stanza - molto gentile ed efficiente. Ci hanno anche lasciato i bagagli nel loro ufficio sicuro, così potremmo viaggiare un po' più leggero. L'hotel stesso potrebbe fare con un passaggio. La reception ti fa sentire come se tu stai entrando in un hotel di classe superiore, ma poi si arriva alla tua stanza e è povero. Lastre e asciugamani in forma, doccia moldata e patch di vapore nelle pareti, tende devono cambiare e lavare. Purtroppo sembra essere la norma negli hotel che abbiamo soggiornato a West Kalimantan.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was truly excellent, from the security staff to the reception team and concierge, everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and were even allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. The security staff were especially friendly, helping us with our luggage and opening the car door for us. It truly a five-star service. The room was very comfortable, the bed, lighting, and overall ambience were excellent. What I loved most was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made it very comfortable and enjoyable. In terms of location, it’s quite convenient, close to Gaia Mall and the airport.

Questo è un bel hotel, ma purtroppo è estremamente rumoroso. Dovremmo avere segni per dire che ci sono ore tranquille. Così molti altri ospiti facevano rumore nei corridoi a tutte le ore di giorno e di notte. Il WiFi è buono e il ristorante è conveniente.

Foglio di letto non pulito, non bianco ma già diventa grigio 🙈 Piastra di doccia VERY VERY slippery, it's dangerous for children or elderly !! Non è possibile accogliere la richiesta del cliente

Will avoid this hotel in future visits to this town. Too much a walk to downtown with poor sidewalks and crossings. Front desk denied my third night (prepaid breakfast/room) to be used on second night as had to leave early. Emphasize 'prepaid'. Completed review form in the room, Front desk manager emailed with apologies. The front desk lady should either be fired or went thru further customer service training and courtesy. Room circuit breaker tripped burning phone charger, and the outlet extender. Electrician came quickly tho to reset breakers. Room was very basic yet so called 'superior' room.

The hotel has a very good sense of design, which shows that the hotel has a very good taste. The service is particularly good and it is very clean. It is worth recommending. Overall, I am very satisfied. The price is also very affordable. Recommended

Il personale qui è carino - molto amichevole e accogliente. Hanno organizzato un taxi per me nella prossima città e mi hanno assicurato di andarmene in sicurezza. La stanza ha tutto quello che ti serve - caldaia, bagno, WiFi. E 'pulito, comodo e sicuro. L'hotel è attaccato al centro commerciale così conveniente per ristoranti e negozi. È a soli 2 km dall'aeroporto. Direi che è grande per un breve soggiorno e verrò certamente tornato. La mia unica ”plaga” è che la pressione dell'acqua nel doccia non era molto forte. Oltre a ciò, tutto era bene 🙂

La posizione è buona, ma per la qualità del marchio Aston, la camera ha bisogno di miglioramento in un nuovo design e condizioni di look migliori.Ma il colazione è abbastanza buona.La camera AC nella mia camera non è nemmeno molto fredda
