"Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!"

"La stanza era pulita e ben mantenuta, e il personale era utile per tutta la mia stanza. La posizione è conveniente, anche se è un po 'stata bloccata in una piccola strada. Alcuni servizi erano molto bassi, le mutandine erano disponibili solo su richiesta, c'era champagne ma nessun condizionatore, e nessun tessuto nel bagno, ma non si è allontanato dall'esperienza generale. Quello che mi piaceva più è quanto spaziosa la stanza era, insieme alla vista che guardava il campo futsal e il cielo Bandung. In generale, mi piaceva davvero il mio soggiorno e sarei certamente tornato ogni volta che sono a Bandung :)"

"Non hanno preso foto di hotel o camere. L'incidente ha iniziato quando il tipo di camera Weve riservato è stato completamente prenotato e si sono aggiornati in camera che hanno detto fosse più grande. Ma quando siamo arrivati, non era il letto della regina come richiesto (letti singoli sono stati spinti in mezzo) e profuma così male come sudorazione o assorbimento e odore corporeo miscelato. Il ricevimento chiamato ci ha convinti, ma purtroppo non potevano sopportare l'odore, chiedendo di nuovo al ricevimento e inviandolo a una nuova stanza che era una migliore, dissero. Era più grande. Il bagno non poteva essere usato dal suo rilascio. Il cibo era buono. Il personale era buono, tutto era buono."
