Indonesia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Giava Occidentale

Luogo molto consigliato ....servizio molto buono e il personale tutto molto amichevole..

Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung.

Feel disapointed when we notices the swimming pools was under maintence until the end of this month. The quality of the wifi was bad. Point plus that since this hotel located inside MM Bekasi mall, so we could find many choices of food stalls, shopping etc.

This is always my go-to hotel when I’m visiting. Plenty of malls and food options nearby. The rooms itself are well maintained and in good condition. The TV has access to basic free channels but nothing premium, so there is no Premier League, etc. The only flaw is the hot water, where the water isn’t hot enough.

Aveva il miglior soggiorno qui mentre sono in puncak!!! Innamorato di tutto, vista, camera, strutture, Letteralmente tutto. Mi hanno anche dato una fotografazione complimentare, il punto meno solo il controllo in tempo regolamentare è troppo tardi, alle 2:00.

L'hotel è buono, vicino a tutto, buon posto per bekasi, vicino a starbucks anche ... buon posto per soggiorno

The room has 6 electricity port in the room but only 1 that well function. The shower gel was too low. Tasty breakfast menu, although the buffet was not even warm.

Again, we got a very comfortable hotel. friendly receptionist and also nimble staff

When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. La stanza era confortevole, le camere e il bagno erano relativamente pulite. Tuttavia, esplorare le zone vicine a piedi può essere difficile a causa delle strade strette, quindi prendere un taxi Bluebird è la migliore opzione per andare in giro. Mi piace soprattutto la piscina infinita riscaldata, che rimane aperta fino a 9 PMa grande modo di rilassare. L'unico punto di svolta è stato il limitato numero di opzioni vegetariane e veganiche sul menu del ristorante.
