Characterful hotel walking distance from attractions like Jalan Braga and the Asia Afrika conference museum. While the decor is a little old, service was great and my loft room had enormous double height windows letting in plenty of natural light.
All your staffs are absolutely stunning and very inspiring. They are great workers they deserve more applause and honorarium.

This is always my go-to hotel when I’m visiting. Plenty of malls and food options nearby. The rooms itself are well maintained and in good condition. The TV has access to basic free channels but nothing premium, so there is no Premier League, etc. The only flaw is the hot water, where the water isn’t hot enough.

At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024.
No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot
Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area.
Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible.
Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.
Abbiamo avuto un fantastico soggiorno 2-day a Harris Hotel le camere erano pulite, spaziose e perfette per la nostra famiglia. I bambini amavano soprattutto la piscina e la colazione era molto diversa per tutti.
The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.
When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. Un hotel molto accogliente. Perfetto per le vacanze e i viaggi familiari. Prenota piatti più alti per avere una migliore vista sulla città di Bandung dalla tua stanza. Il colazione era eccezionale, anche il personale era utile.

HHartosoIl hotel ha un fantastico soggiorno! Alla check-in, ci ha sorpreso piacevolmente di una camera complimentare per una delle villa, che è venuta con un jacuzzi privato. La villa è stata spaziosa, ben mantenuta e offre una combinazione perfetta di comfort e lusso. Apprezzo veramente l'eccellente servizio e il gesto pensativo, molto raccomandato!

UUtente ospiteThe location is situated at the heart of Braga Street which it’s very convenience to find food. It’s also not too far from the food street at Lengkong Kecil and Sudirman Street.
The room is a bit dirty as I noticed there was some dirty patch at my bed sheet. However, the staffs are very helpful and friendly. They also offer a various of Indonesian dishes.

السلبيات:
- المكان نظافته متوسطة لكن مو نظيف جداً، زوايا الغرفة مو مهتمين فيها وكذلك الدرج الخشبي الي بالحمام، والمرحاض فيه بقع صفراء من الماء.
- شراشف واغطية السرير قديمة فيها الكثير من البقع وغطاء اللحاف اكبر من اللحاف بكثير يعني شكله مخجل فندق بذا المقام مو قادرين يوفرون اغطية لحافات كويسة!!
- الشبابيك لا تفتح والغرفة فيها احساس بضيق التنفس.
- الإفطار من وجهة نظري سيء لأن حسيت شيء ريحته زفارة، النودلز، الكب كيك، الوافل الا الرز المقلي والشوربة ما قدرت آكل شي في الفطور.

MMonasevineThe staff very helpful and friendly i asked to upgrade my room into suite, and they provide it with the extra cost thats affordable, what need to improve is the taste and quality of their breakfast, the rice is not moist and quite hard and dried and the variety is not too much, and also you need to fixed the gym equipment you only provide 3 tools and one of them is broken
AagathadescaGood place for staycation with loved ones. As we celebrate anniversary, hotel arrange small decoration on the mirror and give us anniversary cake. Location superb good, breakfast have a lot of selections. We enjoy the evening pool bar and dinner at madcow restaurant. Price wise and would definetly come back!
