Really enjoyed my stay at Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and just across the street from a shopping mall. We loved being able to walk around and explore nearby restaurants and street food stalls. It was fun discovering a local market about 10–15 minutes away with some charming souvenir stores. Highly recommend for a convenient and comfortable stay!

The hotel’s location made it an ideal base, putting me within easy reach of the mountain for an early start on the sunrise tour. The lobby and general atmosphere of the hotel had a welcoming warmth, blending modern comforts with traditional Javanese decor. My room was spacious and well-equipped, with a window view that overlooked beautiful gardens, offering a peaceful spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel restaurant was another highlight, featuring a diverse breakfast buffet that ranged from freshly baked pastries to local specialties. This made it easy to grab a filling meal before heading out for a day of adventure. The hotel staff were helpful as well, providing tips on the best routes to Bromo and even assisting with transportation options. Overall, Regents Hotel Malang offered a convenient and comfortable stay, making it easy to explore Bromo and enjoy the beauty of Malang!

Great stay! Hotel room was very cozy, bed was just the right firmness and the space was more than adequate. Bathroom is large, though no bathtub. Room even has Netflix alongside cable TV. All essential amenities were provided (shampoo, body wash, shower cap, toothbrush/paste, cotton buds). Hotel reception was great too! Requested for a few items (e.g. comb and sewing kit) which they provided promptly. Does feel like a 4-star hotel in terms of the bathroom aesthetics. However, breakfast was amazing!! The spread they gave is enough for us to taste the different flavours of Indonesia in one buffet. Gym was great too! Overall, really good stay and worth the price.

Waking up to the breathtaking sight of not just one but two mountains was an unforgettable experience. The cold weather added to the charm, especially when it drizzled lightly, creating a peaceful, gloomy atmosphere. Sitting on the balcony with a warm cup of coffee (or even ice coffee for a refreshing twist) while watching people swim below was incredibly relaxing. The twinkling lights from the locals’ homes in the distance made the view even more magical at night. As for the hotel itself, there's nothing to worry about. It’s clean, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet romantic stay with a stunning view, this place is definitely worth considering.

First time staying at this hotel at Surabaya, located at the heart of the city, 5 mins walk to tunjungan plaza but hard to find local amenities, need to walk further or take cabs. Overall convenience even quite old,no gym or swimming pool. Every weekend seems parr pf the main street can be used for jogging till 10am
