This hotel has marvelous garden river view. The staff are nice specially Mr Mohamad Kiki and his boss in sky roof restaurant. The breakfast was great. I had great time there.
But many things needed to be enhanced, the TV channels, most of channels don’t work and no movies channels. The Wi-Fi very slow. The towels are old. The cafe and restaurant desserts must be enhanced.
Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. No alcohol and has mosque .

I had an amazing stay at The Gaia Hotel Bandung – everything exceeded my expectations. The architecture is stunning and artsy, with a perfect blend of modern design and lush greenery. The outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained and create a refreshing atmosphere.
My room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to The Club, which made my experience even more special.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Ghanie and Risma for their outstanding assistance – they made everything feel personal and seamless.
One thing to note: the lifts can be a bit confusing and feel quite small considering the hotel’s size and number of guests. I hope this can be improved in the future.
Overall, this hotel offers a unique and personalized experience. Truly the best in town. I would definitely stay here again.

Tutto era perfetto e la posizione era chiusa alla strada Braga. Mi sorprendeva perché questo hotel ha una sala da letto per bambini (gratuito), un negozio conveniente e un caffè per cena (per gli estranei). Il letto è così comodo anche se la camera che ho prenotato non era così grande. Il personale è gentile e molto attento quando denuncia il pendiente (sono mancanti pendenti nella mia stanza), e fornisce anche più pendenti solo se ho bisogno di questo. Ma ci sono due cose che non sono così felice: il bagno è inondato con acqua ogni volta che ci siamo docciati e l'hotel lobby (area di attesa) è abbastanza caldo. Forse penserò di rimanere qui in futuro. Grazie mille per la vostra ospite..

Went to Bandung just because of this hotel 😅 perfect for those with young kids cause mostly everything is in this hotel. Both my kids loved it here, the mini zoo has free entry and the kids pool is heated 🤩 Room is big but has basic amenities. There was no view for this hotel but we didn’t mind. Close to Ciwalk mall, and there ware many alfamarts across the road.

The stay was comfortable, and the rooms and bathroom were relatively clean. Pick the grand deluxe room facing golf course for best view. However, exploring the nearby areas on foot can be challenging due to the narrow roads, so taking a Bluebird taxi is the best option for getting around. I especially loved the heated infinity pool, which stays open until 9 PM—a great way to unwind. The only downside was the limited vegetarian and vegan-friendly options on the restaurant menu.

Hotel e servizio eccellente da personale in tutte le funzioni. Sono un turista, devo affrontare le differenze linguistiche e sistemiche, il signor Kukup e una giovane donna, la signora Nuansa (scusate se mi sbaglio il nome) hanno sbagliato i loro modi per aiutare. Apprezzo davvero questo e hanno dato a Bandung il calore e l'ospitalità.Grazie ancora.
Sono stato troppo ricco di belle sceneggiate per prendere foto dell'hotel e del personale, e queste sono attaccate a Kawah Putih e il giardino del tè. Spero che incoraggino più persone a viaggiare qui e a rimanere in questo ottimo hotel.

Food is nice, bed is amazing. Hotel room and view is great. Guest relations officers took the extra mile to celebrate my birthday and I am so thankful for tt. Amazing and great stay and will definitely choose hilton bandung again! Toilet bowl bidet spray to be clean more thoroughly as it is yellowish. Otherwise it is generally clean and comfortable! :)

The staff very helpful and friendly i asked to upgrade my room into suite, and they provide it with the extra cost thats affordable, what need to improve is the taste and quality of their breakfast, the rice is not moist and quite hard and dried and the variety is not too much, and also you need to fixed the gym equipment you only provide 3 tools and one of them is broken

My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff.
At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service.
Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view!
Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel.
Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service.
And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha!
One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out.
Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable.

Grazie per aver aggiornato la mia stanza per il lusso e per averla GRATUITA. Tornerò dopo il ritorno da un viaggio a Jakarta domenica, per altri 5 notti.
L'hotel è diventato il più lungo soggiorno a Cirebon quando faccio le mie cose personali e altre attività.Mi sento così confortevole con le strutture e tutti i dipendenti, così come il loro cibo al ristorante.
Ci vediamo di nuovo.

HhobistaycationPer la prima volta qui soggiorno. Check-in precoce circa 3 ore senza deposito, prenota non fumare ma fumare, se non fumare, si deve aspettare di nuovo 30 minuti e tutto è pronto con la porta di connessione. La stanza è abbastanza pulita e le strutture sono complete. Le strutture sono abbastanza complete e i bambini amichevoli. Bf per un hotel 4-star scusate per dire normale, il menu di ogni scelta è ricco in ovest, tradizionale, un po 'di dessert. Il riso semigreggio non è fresco, come è stato cucinato dalla notte.
Dopo che il bf voleva tornare alla stanza di boom, si è scoperto che c'era un evento di corsa al 16° piano per centinaia di partecipanti dall'esterno, quindi l'ascensore aspettava per molto tempo, quindi ho dovuto aspettare con i partecipanti. Tuttavia, non volevo entrare perché era finita. Non tanto lontano, quando dalla stanza, voglio co-to fo, è come una diffusione di eventi o ancora occupato per l'evento, quindi aspettare davanti all'ascensore è circa 25 minuti, Sempre pieno dalla parte superiore che vuole andare al pavimento e l'ascensore che può essere swiped / accessibile solo l'uno all'altro - Gabisa. Per molto tempo, finalmente ho cercato di trovare un ascensore per HK/servizio e finalmente ho usato l'ascensore portatile, e anche se non posso andare al piano G, devo andare al fondale/lt 1 e poi scendere. Per la gestione/vendita dell'hotel, se si desidera un evento, prestare attenzione in tutti gli aspetti dalla posizione, l'accesso, le ore di evento, la capacità degli ospiti dell'hotel e altri. Perché nell'ascensore dopo l'evento, molti ospiti dell'hotel si lamentano dell'ingegnere che sono impiegati nell'ascensore, gli insegnanti possono solo scusarsi e svolgere il loro dovere, Ma purtroppo davanti all'ascensore non c'è nessun hotel che organizzi l'uso dell'ascensore che scansiona l'hotel degli ospiti.
Spero di essere migliore in futuro, voglio solo condividere la mia esperienza.

I celebrated wedding anniversary and inform the hotel, they prepared cake, decor and even free upgrade!
Got a problem with balcony door that cannot shut properly and cause the AC wouldn’t on. Called the housekeeping and they came 15 minutes later to fix it.
Warm pool is only small area for children, so don’t expect too much but my baby enjoyed her swim!
Want to try the Mad cow, unfortunately it is closed on Monday.

AAriaI booked for 2 nights and arrived around 4 PM. The check in process was smooth.
After that i took a nap and woke up at 6 PMby the noise of people chatting from the room besides me. Turns out it was their TV noise and clearly heard in my room. I straigth up called the front office and waited, no one came. 5 mins later i called again and no one came.
I stormed out to the front office because clearly no one cares met with the security. Instead of apologizing he said that he just about to checked. I was really upset and only after that they aware and tried to handled my situation.
Finally after long discourse i moved to another room and promised to be moved to bigger room the next day since that night it was a full booked night.
Moved to the new room, but it was a twin bed room merged into one (i reluctantly agreed, because my wife already said ok).
Next day moved to bigger room, i believe it was the suite found out in the morning that the sheet was no clean (picture 1). To top it off, the room accoustic was as bad as normal room. I stayed in the furthest room of the corridor, but they open the corridor window and let the road noise got in the building. I woke up by the noise of parking attendant whistle (the loud one).
Their suite has bathtub, but the hot water only warm. So when you want to take a long relaxing bath, the water became cold really quickly. My wife was asking for a shower cap, again i had to called twice to get it. Their service was really slow. I was too tired to complaint again, so better just pack my things and checked out from the hotel.
If you looking a place to relax and get a good rest, find another hotel.
