Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questo hotel durante la nostra vacanza in famiglia a Budapest ed è stato meraviglioso! Siamo arrivati ​​molto tardi (a causa della cancellazione di un volo), ma l'hotel ci ha fornito istruzioni molto chiare su come accedere alle chiavi della nostra camera. Le camere erano moderne, spaziose e confortevoli. La colazione, deliziosa e varia, era inclusa. La posizione è a 10-15 minuti a piedi dall'eccellente sistema della metropolitana di Budapest, il che ci ha permesso di camminare nel quartiere. C'è un parco fantastico nelle vicinanze che il nostro nipotino di 10 anni ha adorato. Il personale dell'hotel è stato cordiale e disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Lo consiglio vivamente!

This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star service. All the employees were very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. We had the best sauna séance ever and the masseurs were great and professional too. The spa area is just perfect. It is really cool that you have an opportunity to play bowling as well. The service was exceptional in terms of my dairy free diet, I was able to choose from different choices every day and the staff brought me dairy free cakes every day. I can only recommend this place for a stress-free get away. Points that can be improved: - it would be great if there was a pool table as well in the hotel or a game room - during the check-in procedure, the staff could highlight the animation opportunities and if any of them will be cancelled - the furniture in the sauna area and salt room are not the most comfortable ones - the furniture in the room, especially in the bathroom is quite worn out - the restaurant staff could be nicer in the morning and evening service and smile more often - the breakfast menu could have wider choices (fruit salad, varied pastries, ect) Thank you for everything. I am sure we will be back.

We have visited the hotel for a couple of times. This was our first booking since the hotel rooms refurbishments in 2023. Pro: The room was very lovely, nice colour, very spacious. The spa is clean, lots of sunbeds, despite the hotel was full The staff is very nice Excellent food , excellent choice Cons. The rooms are advertised with L’Occitane toiletries . When we arrived sinto the room, there were onlly hotel branded toiletries in the bathroom, not L’occitane. I asked for these at the reception, the receptionist said they are going to replace them, but it seemed to me, he had no clue what is Loccitane. When we went back to our room, we still had no Loccitane products. We called the receptionist again. He said , he is going to send somebody over . In a couple of minutes later, the housekeeping supervisor arrived, she was holding the same toiletries we’ve already had. When I told her, they are not the same quality, she said , she was told the had to stock up the hotel rooms these cheap products for 3 months, because they have only few supply of Loccitane products. I think this is not acceptable , the rooms are advertised with these premium products, this is part of the not so cheap rooms, so provide them The room has got Nespresso coffee machine, unfortunately the coffee capsules are not Nespresso, it is Dalmay

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel and this time we had mixed feelings. We booked a normal room and got updraded to an apartment, which was really nice and spacious. We came during the week to avoid the crowd in the spa but this time the hotel was extremely crowded with Czech tourists. The restaurant was so crowded that we could not get a table at breakfast. Drinks for dinner are included but it was difficult to get a waiter and order a drink. Food is delicious and good variety but not so much for children. No wiener schnitzel, french fries or pasta. Allergens are indicated, but not correct. So if you have food allery, make sure to doublecheck with ths waitrers. As it is buffet , guests are mixing up the spoons and forks so it is safer if you ask for food from fhe waiter if you have serious food allery. Hotel is connected to the spa which is very comfortable. Drinks available all day, which is great. Check in is a nightmare, very long queue. We checked in online in advance but it did not mean anything, there is no fast check in to get the room cards. In the restaurant chairs are really dirty, some are in very bad condition. I would say the hotel is good value for money, still the best option in Sarvar but service should be improved.

Sono stato in questo hotel, una volta, un anno fa, e l'ho ricordato come ”abitudine” e con un ”touch leggermente socialista”. Più grande è stata la sorpresa positiva della mia visita. Le camere sono confortevoli e deliziosi rinnovati. Dal mobilio al colore offrono un'impressione molto invitante. L'hotel offre mezza pensione per tutti gli ospiti. Mi ha sorpreso positivamente anche della qualità dei pasti, Sia per colazione che per cena. Bevande possono essere ordinate a la carta, anche qui il servizio è molto attento. Il peso della casa è naturalmente situato sulle strutture curative e di benessere. La casa dispone di 3 piscina termica (1 Il mio punto critico principale è che la sauna e il bagno a vapore non hanno più di 5 posti, ovviamente troppo poco quando la casa è completamente coperta. La reception cura può essere prenotato anche a breve termine. La casa offre Internet (lento) che spesso purtroppo non funziona.
