UUtente anonimoDurante il mio recente soggiorno in questo hotel, ho trovato l'esperienza generale piacevole con attrezzature e mobili di alta qualità, ma ci sono stati aree che richiedono miglioramenti. L'hotel stesso è piacevole, ma migliorare il servizio e la pulizia delle camere migliorerebbe notevolmente l'esperienza degli ospiti. La camera standard è stata pagata, ma è stata fornita una camera accessibile per disabili, e noi abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla a una norma che è stata fatta immediatamente senza alcuna domanda. Inizialmente non erano disponibili bottiglie d’acqua, le stesse erano state fornite solo su richiesta e solo due piccole bottiglie, e il servizio di pulizia della stanza era insoddisfacente. Nonostante le richieste due volte in 4 notti, il pulitore ha cambiato le foglie solo una volta e ha trascurato di prendere il vuoto, sostituire le toletta o pulire il bagno, cosa particolarmente deludente, data la durata del mio soggiorno di quasi una settimana. Il colazione era ben presentato con varie opzioni, ma purtroppo rimaneva lo stesso ogni giorno senza alcuna variazione. Alcuni settori erano particolarmente poveri. Per esempio, le uova schiacciate avevano un odore distinto e erano troppo acquatiche. Aggiungere pomodori o semplicemente modificare le opzioni ogni pochi giorni avrebbe migliorato l'esperienza. Una preoccupazione che abbiamo avuto era la squadra di pulizia, due volte la pulizia usava la sua carta universale per entrare nella nostra stanza senza assicurarsi che nessuno fosse presente, il mio partner era nel doccia e il nostro bambino dormiva. Abbiamo sentito un colpo, ma non siamo riusciti a raggiungere la porta in tempo; quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo capito che era già entrato, e questo è avvenuto due volte e il giorno dopo abbiamo deciso di catenare la porta per motivi di privacy. In altri hotel che abbiamo soggiornato, la privacy è di estrema preoccupazione per il personale e non rischierebbero nemmeno di aprire la porta chiusa senza essere sicuri.

UUtente ospiteno parking at this establishment and no dropping off available at times as their maintenance and delivery vans might take up the small space cut into the front pavement. They do provide you with a discount voucher at nearby public carparks. Rooms are clean but the decorating is a patch up job throughout. The noise from the tram it is horrible and through the night as windows are not soundproof. In our room the heating was out of order and oil filled radiators were put up instead. Television sets have either the option for TV channels or to connect to your phone: bad aerial prevented viewing most channels and TV only connected to the staff's androids and not to our iphones. There was no options for apps such as youtube or netflix and kids have to entertain themselves on their tablet. Swimming pool is the size of a private one in a residential home. Staff is courteous and the breakfast is way and beyond satisfactory. The majestic hall from their photos was nowhere to be seen. Would go again if no other options shall be available at the time.

UUtente ospiteI stayed at the Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel & Spa for three nights over a weekend and honestly had a great time. The spa facilities were spot on. the pool and jacuzzi were lovely and they’ve also got a steam room, two saunas, an aromatic room and even a cold room. Plenty to keep you relaxed. The location is really peaceful with nice views over the fields. you might even catch a glimpse of goats or sheep wandering about. The room itself was clean. tidy and spacious. I had a standard privilege room and it was perfect for a short stay. The bathroom was a good size too. Even though the hotel only has two floors, they’ve still got two lifts which was handy. The spa facilities are open for a good chunk of the day and there’s no strict time limit on using them which I really appreciated. I booked through a third party with breakfast included, but it didn’t show on the hotel’s system. The staff were really friendly about it though and sorted it straight away after I showed my confirmation. Breakfast was decent. nothing over the top, but a good standard hotel breakfast with everything you’d expect. Parking is free and there’s loads of space, you just need to register your car on the tablet at reception. Overall, a very pleasant stay and all positive from my experience. I’d happily go back.

UUtente ospiteIt was a lovely stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa, and loved the big pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Only thing was we didn’t realised you had to book early to get a slot to go to the spa, and it can get crowded in the evening. If you’re as keen as my friend, you could go at 7am and have the place all to yourself. Although we didn’t use it, we walked past the gym right next to the spa and it looked well equipped, smelled really nice and clean too! We ate to our heart’s content at the buffet breakfast. They have the crispiest hashbrowns!
