Regno Unito: hotel con spa nella provincia di Grande Manchester

L'hotel è ben situato per il centro della città, non c'erano bottiglia d'acqua nella nostra stanza, ma abbiamo visto altre stanze con acqua quando l'ho chiesto, mi è stato detto che l'acqua di copertura era abbastanza buona da bere, ma non c'era alcun segno nella stanza che lo dicesse. Ho dovuto chiedere i bagni e i pantaloni. Il bagno mostra segni di stanchezza con qualche forma nelle aree In generale il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile

Siamo rimasti al centro per un fine settimana di andare via. Siamo arrivati tardi, siamo stati ancora incontrati con niente, ma sorridendo dal personale. Il bar ha una grande selezione, oltre a dare una grande opportunità per un giorno di spa! Ci sono stati anche dato il complimentare check-out tardivo 😁

The room was spacious with a huge king-size bed. We had complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar which was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice, there were hot and continental options from a buffet. I used the sauna and gym during our stay around 8a.m, I was the only person in there so very pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Sono rimasto al Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel & Spa per tre notti durante un fine settimana e ho avuto un bel tempo. Le strutture spa erano locali. la piscina e il jacuzzi erano bellissimi e hanno anche una stanza a vapore, due saune, una camera aromatica e anche una stanza fredda. La posizione è molto tranquilla con una bella vista sui campi. Potresti anche vedere i capri o gli ovini che camminano. La stanza stessa era pulita. temperata e spaziosa. Ho avuto una stanza privilegiata standard e era perfetta per un breve soggiorno. La camera da bagno era anche di buona dimensione. Anche se l'hotel ha solo due piani, hanno ancora due ascensori che erano a posto. Le strutture spa sono aperte per un bel po' di giorno e non c'è un limite di tempo rigoroso per usarle che apprezzo davvero. Ho prenotato un terzo con colazione inclusa, ma non ha mostrato sul sistema dell'hotel. La colazione era decente. niente sopra la parte superiore, ma un buon colazione standard dell'hotel con tutto quello che si aspettavano. Parcheggio gratuito e ci sono carichi di spazio, è necessario solo registrare la vostra auto sulla compressa alla ricezione. In generale, un soggiorno molto piacevole e tutto positivo dalla mia esperienza.

It’s not 5 star… Probably a hard review to write, if it had a title it would be “imbalanced” Food and drink were excellent and service staff in both areas were on point  Front of desk were a mixed bag but again majority were on point, had 2 rooms(1 an upgrade) both had tired woodwork and fittings that fell apart and a mini bar (empty) with the fascia falling off You pay 5 star prices and don’t get 5 star package, arrived early so was ok not getting my room but to sit and watch in excess of 50 people get checked in after me and still not get my assigned room after 3pm is poor at best  Upgraded to a suite when we complained about the overall room and experience after being told our original room is an held as an upgrade for others but I had already paid for this level of room may months ago… Breakfast, food and in restaurant was superb but was challenged at the front as they had no record of my having already prepaid for breakfast which I then had to show them proof from my booking details  We felt judge on arrival which made us feel uncomfortable and felt like as we hadn’t booked direct then we were held back in room allocation  We won’t be back as stayed in much better hotels in the area at a much cheaper price, as said “imbalanced”

The hotel is only a 5-7 minute walk (all indoors) from the arrivals section of Manchester's T2. Importantly, it is only about a 5min walk to the train station where you can take a 30min train ride into the city. The return trip for my wife and I was just under GBP16.00. Despite proximity to the airport, we didn't hear any planes at all! The rooms were modern, well furnished, bright and comfortable. The toilets were spotlessly clean and importantly the beds were very comfortable. Note that if you have a lot of luggage, there is a luggage trolley ”rental” thing right outside the doors of the hotel. BUT DON'T DO THIS! Instead, just go to the ground floor of the train station (5min walk away) and pick up a luggage trolley for free instead of paying EUR2.00 for the ”rental” of one. Check-in was not an issue and Alexandra handled the process very well despite the 'trainee' tag on her jacket. If I need to stay at an airport hotel in Manchester in the future, this is no doubt for me the one I'd book.

My husband and I booked this hotel to stay on the celebration of our daughter’s wedding and we were very impressed with all aspects of it the location was beautiful and all public areas were stunningly dressed to celebrate the festive period food and service in bars and breakfasts a very high standard the room we had was also very nice the only small thing that let it down was cobwebs and the amount of dust in corners and behind the tv apart from that a very pleasant experience Mrs D Langley

room was clean beds and ere comfy, the staff weren’t that cheery. The gym and pool facilities which are included and really good. Would stay again.

I couldnt be happier with my stay. Facilities and room amenities were spot on. Super near the Picadilly train station making airport transfers a breeze. Will not hesitate to book another stay here.

We had a truly wonderful Christmas Eve stay at The Lowry Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. Our room was absolutely beautiful — spacious, stylish, and perfectly prepared for a festive getaway. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, with plenty of choice and great quality throughout. It was the perfect way to start Christmas Day. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you to the team at The Lowry for making our Christmas Eve memorable. We can’t wait to return.
