Costa Rica: hotel con spa nella provincia di Provincia di Guanacaste

Just returned from our stay at the Planet Hollywood and have mixed feelings.  There were some excellent aspects… but also a few areas for improvement!  Let’s start with the good stuff: Edu (bartender at the lobby bar) was a STAR.  Trust him to make your drinks, just tell him the flavor or preference for liquor) and he will spin you up something completely magical!! We LOVED spending our nights sitting at the bar watching Edu make peoples evenings.  We also loved the included watersports like paddleboarding and kayaking ( unfortunately the big water tricycle was out of order).  The Fuel Coffee bar is also a fabulous addition and great place to escape the heat for a cold coffee.  Now, the negatives - the front desk staff was pretty subpar and didn’t seem to communicate very well - one girl was actually very rude when I was trying to sort out a room situation and I wish I got her name.  The pool drinks are SO bad.  Not sure what type of bottom shelf alcohol they use at pool bar, but we tried so many different drinks and they were all disgusting.  The only thing somewhat drinkable was the Mojito.  I ended up switching to non-alcoholic drinks after day 1 and they were much better at the pool.  Did my real drinking at the lobby bar with Edu in the evenings.  Otherwise, the room was clean - resort was nice and entertainment was entertaining.  The food was decent but the buffet was SO hot and humid without any air conditioning. Overall, this was far from the best all inclusive experience I’ve had, but, we still made the most of it and had a nice time.

A se stesso un hotel splendidamente situato, grande e lussuoso con un servizio eccellente. Ma purtroppo, soprattutto mirato a festeggiare gli americani. Pertanto, continua soffocamento acustico. Il primo giorno del nostro soggiorno festa alla piscina con molte persone bevande in piscina e musica molto forte con DJ. Il t****esimo giorno è stato realizzato un grande schermo nella piscina in cui è stato mostrato il Superbowl partita di 16-22 ore. Molto rumore. Il nostro pranzo nel ristorante non è stato divertente e deludente. La gestione reagisce coinvolto e positivo, ma non può fare bene alla nostra esperienza negativa. Conclusione: chi vuole un'esperienza di lusso con molte feste, musica impegnata e dura è qui perfetto. Chi viene per la tranquilla esperienza pura-vida con la natura in Costa Rica non deve essere qui!

We had read many great reviews before booking this property, but were a little apprehensive about if it would live up to expectations. Oh yes it did! The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming and the property is very well maintained. While lounging by the pool, expect a lizard or two and your morning alarm could be the howler monkeys. This property is centrally located allowing you easy access to the beach and town, but the gardens and pool offer pure tranquility. You can physically feel the energy change as you cross the road and walk up the path up from the beach back to your room. There are steps into reception, down to the pool, restaurant and into rooms, so consider this if not mobile. The breakfast buffet was delightful and the evening meal offered two starter, two main and one dessert option that varied each day. The room was big, comfortable, toiletries provided and strong Wi-Fi throughout, even on the beach. We thought this property was great value for money and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Tamarindo is a fun beach town, lots of restaurants and of course the beach. The pros: incredible view, free shuttle to the town, access to the Langosta Beach Club, helpful staff. The cons: location a little far from town, can’t walk it. And the BIG con were the locusts. They were everywhere, especially at night. This are huge (8-10 inch) insects that look like huge grasshoppers. My kids freaked out because these things fly around and land on you sometimes. The Wyndham staff can’t control it, but they are helpful to remove them from your door. If you’re grossed out by large insects, just be aware.

La stanza era pulita, moderna e confortevole.Il servizio era davvero meraviglioso e migliorato il nostro soggiorno qui - questo fa una differenza quando le persone sono gentili per voi quando siete lontani da casa. Il hotel ha un lato ”normale” con bar e musica di piscina, e un lato ”quieto” vicino al bagno senza la musica ...so è stato bello avere la scelta di vibe da sedere. Insieme, è un hotel molto ben gestito: uno che ci piaceva essere rimasto e uno che sicuramente sarebbe tornato.

Grande luogo per stare e visitare! Abbiamo amato tutto su Hacienda Guachipelin. Il personale era fantastico, la piscina e il bar a fianco della piscina erano bellissimi, il colazione e i buffet erano terribili, e le strutture (bagni caldi, cascate, sentieri da cammino) erano spettacolari.

La scena dell'hotel è buona come le foto, molto caratteristica, il software è buono, i bambini sono molto felici.Molto consigliato! Si consiglia di scegliere un pasto, più economico di un punto unico nel ristorante (perché è un hotel barbaro, è molto scomodo uscire a mangiare, si consiglia di mangiare all'hotel). Il ristorante è grande, il prezzo non è fuori servizio, il pasto è triangolare (prefabbrica + piatti principali + prodotti di pasto), firmare una fattura dopo il pasto, avere un prezzo (ma il pasto non deve essere pagato in altro modo), l'acqua deve essere pagata in altro modo, e la piccola tassa deve essere pagata in altro modo sulla base del prezzo di questa fattura. Ci sono cinque o sei opzioni per il piatto principale, buon prodotto, grande quantità, servizio molto gentile, specialmente raccomandato per la birra locale. La scena di vista al massimo è fantastica, e guardare il sole e le stelle è molto piacevole.La piscina è nella montagna, ci saranno foglie cadenti, e qualcuno si rilassa il giorno (ma non si può aspettare che la piscina sia pulita come la piscina interna), ma è molto divertente. Volevo anche fare una nuotata di notte, ma non pensavo che ci fossero molti piatti per la piscina di notte. Anche se non è stato fatto, è molto interessante. Il ristorante della stanza può chiamare il trasporto del golf, che è molto conveniente quando vuoi.Le strutture nella stanza sono complete, specialmente il telescopio è fantastico. L'hotel offre anche una serie di tour a breve termine intorno a cui si possono prenotare in anticipo, ma dato che vivere in un'abitazione selvaggia è rilassarsi nella natura, rimanere all'hotel non sarà infelice.

Personale cordiale, molto educato, e sempre attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Bell'hotel, più opzioni per la cena, bella posizione.

Hotel con il territorio più bello, un pezzo di paradiso. Molto buon ristorante. Il personale è buono. Le camere sono grandi.
