Venerdì e sabato il prezzo sarà un po' più alto, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è comunque molto buono, soprattutto grazie alla loro posizione vantaggiosa. Comodo per viaggiare, è la prima scelta per chi viaggia in viaggio d'affari. Anche Xiaoxue, il personale della reception, è stato molto ospitale e ha risposto a tutte le mie domande. "Dopo aver confrontato diverse opzioni, ho scelto questo hotel. Inizialmente ero un po' scettico a causa di alcune recensioni negative lette, ma al momento del check-in ho subito capito di aver fatto la scelta giusta. La posizione è eccellente, proprio nel cuore del quartiere commerciale di Jiefangbei. Ci sono tantissimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze ed è molto comodo raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni. La hall è accogliente e il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Le camere sono molto pulite e la colazione è ricca e variegata. UUtente ospiteL'ambiente è splendido e ha un fascino antico. Il servizio è buono. La sorgente termale privata viene riempita d'acqua in anticipo e la temperatura rimane costante per tutto il giorno. Il personale di servizio è molto gentile, cordiale e attento. Forniscono proattivamente un tappetino per il bambino a colazione, poiché sono preoccupati che possa avere difficoltà a mangiare. Rispondono prontamente a qualsiasi richiesta e proattivamente indicano ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Un piccolo omaggio viene offerto alla partenza, il che è molto commovente.

Come persona che viaggia spesso per lavoro, quando scelgo un hotel per le vacanze, ho un problema sia dolce che amaro. L'amaro è che per i viaggi di lavoro la priorità è la vicinanza all'azienda, senza un marchio di hotel specifico, e spesso finisco con carte oro o bianche 😂. Il dolce è che posso ignorare completamente i vantaggi delle carte di alto livello e scegliere in base alle recensioni migliori per un'esperienza di soggiorno.
Dopo una settimana di ricerche e confronti su Douyin, Xiaohongshu e Bilibili, pur essendo la prima volta che vengo a Chongqing da Pechino, sono riuscita a disegnare una mappa di tutti gli hotel ben recensiti a Chongqing 🤯, haha.
Alla fine, considerando che avrei portato i miei genitori a visitare Chongqing, la prima impressione e l'esperienza della prima notte avrebbero determinato la qualità dell'intero viaggio. Quindi ho scelto decisamente il Regent.
L'esperienza del servizio impeccabile è iniziata ancora prima del check-in. La signorina Rita, la governante dell'hotel, mi ha chiamato un giorno prima per chiedere delle mie abitudini personali e delle esigenze della camera. All'arrivo all'ingresso dell'hotel, sia il ragazzo che ha preso i bagagli, sia la ragazza che ha gestito il check-in, mi hanno dato l'impressione di un servizio sorridente e genuino, non di quelli fatti solo per dovere lavorativo 👏.
Ringrazio in particolare la governante, la signorina Rita, che sapendo che eravamo al nostro primo soggiorno, si è occupata delle strutture della camera, del servizio e ha organizzato che fossimo sullo stesso piano dei miei genitori, rendendo i nostri spostamenti più comodi.
Anche il miglior software, senza un buon hardware, mancherebbe di qualcosa. E l'hardware del Regent? È davvero cristallino, proprio come il nome. Le camere standard sono di 57m², il minibar è tutto gratuito, gli ospiti dell'hotel ricevono un cocktail gratuito al Two Rivers Bar, e persino l'asciugacapelli è un Dyson. Mia madre ha detto: 'Se avessi saputo che l'hotel era così bello, non sarei nemmeno uscita, avrei solo goduto dell'hotel!' 🤡
Inoltre, per puro caso, lo stile di arredamento del Regent Chongqing è piuttosto simile a quello del Park Hyatt Sanya. Anche se alcuni si lamentano che le camere sono troppo buie, come persona introversa, adoro questa atmosfera! Questo viaggio ha tenuto conto della vicinanza alle attrazioni, quindi in pratica abbiamo cambiato posto ogni giorno, e il giorno dopo siamo andati a Jiefangbei. Purtroppo non ho avuto modo di godermi appieno gli altri piaceri dell'hotel. L'anno prossimo, quando farà bel tempo, devo assolutamente fermarmi qualche giorno in più per godermi appieno l'hotel di vacanza in città! 🏖️
Infine, ringrazio ancora la governante, la signorina Rita, per la sua attenzione meticolosa; ogni richiesta riceveva una risposta entro 1 minuto, e alla fine mi ha persino dato come souvenir degli ingredienti per Xiao Mian e hotpot ~.
Per concludere, per un servizio tra i TOP 3 in Cina, scegliere il Regent è una garanzia. Già la camera standard offre il 99% dell'esperienza alberghiera!

The room was spotless and comfortable, with a cozy bed, high-quality linens, and a modern bathroom stocked with premium toiletries. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the room’s cleanliness throughout my stay.
What really impressed me was Kathy’s thoughtfulness. When I mentioned I preferred ordering takeout, she not only provided recommendations for the best local delivery options but also offered to have the food brought directly to my room. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.
The hotel’s breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of fresh choices, and the location was ideal—close to everything yet peaceful at night. The fitness center and pool were clean and well-maintained.
Thanks to Kathy and the entire team, my stay was flawless. Jinke truly knows how to make guests feel valued, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Sspringroll98Camera dal design minimal, ben arredata e confortevole. Nella nostra stanza, sorprendentemente, mancava il WC intelligente: dopo averlo trovato in quasi tutti gli hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato, ormai ci avevamo fatto l’abitudine. Ottima invece la pulizia, davvero impeccabile.
La posizione è eccellente, in pieno centro IFS, e lo staff si è sempre dimostrato cordiale e gentile. Molto apprezzato anche il menu dei cuscini, un vero plus.
I servizi, però, sono un punto un po’ controverso: in due occasioni, per richieste semplici come un rullo leva-pelucchi o lo spostamento delle valigie, abbiamo dovuto lasciare la camera perché l’attesa si stava prolungando eccessivamente. Va detto che altre richieste, invece, sono state soddisfatte in meno di cinque minuti.
Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva, ma da una struttura a 5 stelle ci si aspetta che l’efficienza del servizio sia sempre all’altezza.

This was my first time experiencing a high end resort in China, and I chose Bolian over other options in the area, including Banyan Tree Hot Springs, with very high expectations. While it is not perfect, I’m glad to say that it does meet the standards of a luxury resort. The level of service and attention to detail, even with the language barrier, was comparable to what I’ve experienced at other top tier hotels like Park Hyatt.
First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the staff for fulfilling my personal request to have berries and chocolate prepared in my room. What really touched me was the towel art and flower petal decorations on the bed, thoughtfully arranged to mark a very personal occasion, which was celebrating my mental health recovery. Seeing the Mandarin character for “happy” placed on the bed felt very endearing. It was a small gesture, but one that felt genuinely kind and thoughtful.
Other aspects of the service were just as impressive. While I was away enjoying the Bolian hot spring spa, the staff prepared my room for the evening by lighting all the mini candles, mopping the floor, and creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for my return. That level of attention to detail really stood out.
That said, I did notice a small oversight. The tea filter I had used for my pu’er tea was still left in the sink, which suggested that housekeeping may have been rushing, possibly knowing I would be returning sooner than expected. It was minor, but noticeable in an otherwise polished experience.
The hot spring amenities, both in the room and around the resort, were amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were at night, especially when guests were walking along the hot spring paths in the dark. The unexpected room upgrade was a lovely surprise as well, so thank you for that.
Overall, I had a very pleasant and restorative stay.
However, one thing that really affected my experience was the breakfast.
The breakfast was honestly disappointing for a resort of this standard. The options were limited, the presentation was not great, and the overall quality fell short of expectations. I have uploaded photos with this review in the hope that management can improve this area. To be frank, breakfast took away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay. Being served ONE CHICKEN FOOT as part of the spread was highly amusing, but not in a good way. I have had much better Chongqing noodles and dim sum at local eateries for a fraction of the price. For a meal priced at around 200 yuan, it felt hard to justify......This is where people often say not to eat at five star hotels because the better food is usually found on the streets. It was disappointing that Bolian’s breakfast ended up reinforcing this stereotype...
In summary, Bolian Resort shines when it comes to service, atmosphere, attentiveness, and hot spring facilities. With a serious improvement to the breakfast, it could easily become a truly excellent luxury experience.

GGaolxmaeIn precedenza avevo soggiornato in un'altra tipologia di camera e questa volta ho scelto quella di prima classe. La sensazione generale è stata buona ed è stato molto adatto ai viaggi di lavoro.
Dista 5 minuti a piedi da Thai Street. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti bar dove rilassarsi e una varietà di punti ristoro.
La colazione dell'hotel è altamente consigliata e offre un'ampia varietà di opzioni.
Anche il letto era molto comodo!
Nel complesso è altamente consigliato, a circa 25 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto.
L'unico aspetto negativo del nostro soggiorno è stato il pavimento in legno della camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato, un po' vecchio.

Avevo portato tre bambini con me e avevano già chiesto pantofole e spazzolini da denti. Non mi hanno nemmeno fornito asciugamani extra in camera. Ho chiesto un letto extra e, a quanto ho capito, lo facevano pagare, ma 374 yuan non ne valevano la pena. Ho soggiornato in tantissimi hotel e ogni volta che chiedevo un letto extra per mio figlio, l'hotel diceva che normalmente era a pagamento, ma che avrebbero preso l'iniziativa di rinunciarvi, il che avrebbe migliorato la percezione del cliente. Posso solo dire che a questo hotel manca il contatto umano...

UUtente ospiteOverall a great place. Beautiful rooms of the highest quality in every regard. The best features are the hot spring pools in the rooms of course. The showers are also great( two in every shower room) Great quality TV with great sound. Good selection of movies( not the latest releases) but all free. Food at the hotell restaurants had good standard. The best we have experienced in China. But for double the price we would pay for the same quality Chinese food in Norway. Surprisingly!
But keep clear of the pizza. It is actually just a frozen pizza type. Very small. We didn’t order any more western dishes after that, except for the Cesar’s salad. Which was good.
The place is old now and a bit worn. But it’s still is very very beautiful and high quality.
Where this hotell really shines is the services of the staff. Even if they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Chinese they are very patient.
To a Norwegian it is almost too much. They carry your bags even when thy are too heavie and many for one person.
They drive you you to and from your room if you have a villa.
We got an upgrade from ordinary room with hot spring pool and double bed to a villa! Because we found 6 small worms in the shower room.
I think this is pretty hard to avoid in such a sub tropical and humid environment.
But we reported it to the staff and they immediately gave us an upgrade with a complementary big fruit basket. We were blown away by this huge upgrade.
Only thing that was a bit negative and unexpected is the extra deposit fee which is quite high.
I think this should have been more clearly informed in the hotell booking and hotell online page.
We were a bit low on funds as Banyan tree was our last hotell stay in China before leaving and we were on a planned but tight budget.
We solved it of course with our Mastercard but it caused a bit stress for us.
And a second thing is that using Alipay instead of WeChat is more difficult at the hotell. ( not impossible)But without Chinese phone number you can’t use WeChat.

Grazie speciali al ragazzo del dipartimento di cortesia in carica alle 8:00, 28 maggio 2025, che mi ha aiutato a comunicare con una persona di consegna. A volte combatto con accenti locali, e il suo aiuto è stato molto apprezzato.
L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione metropolitana di Haitangxi. L'unico piccolo punto di sbarco è necessario passare gli ascensori dal piano terra al lobby, e poi alla stanza. L'hotel non sembrava funzionare per 9 anni è pulito e ben mantenuto
