Svizzera: hotel con spa nella provincia di Canton Vaud

Due to the recent name change which we weren’t aware of, we walked past the hotel without realizing it as the signage was so tiny! There’s ongoing Reno @ Lobby - which wasn’t a big deal. We received a warm welcome from the staff esp the gentleman (sorry, missed out the name) who was apologetic about the non-communication wrt name change etc. He proceeded to upgrade us and it was an excellent treat! The hotel’s location is absolutely fabulous- right on promenade, next to the lake. Beautiful awesome (day & night) view from our window. The bathroom, which seemed to have been recently renovated, is nice and clean but is a bit tiny. In room speaker was great! Complimentary drinks fm mini fridge. Breakfast buffet has good selection , even with a customized / on request egg station. A very lovely pleasant stay !

Good environment. Good size room. Bedsheets come with slight black stain. Breakfast is the same every day. Horrible front desk service. Worst experience ever in my numerous trips to Switzerland and staying in different hotels. Requested reception to help book taxi to train station for early morning train to airport 2 days before departure. Reminded them evening before and was assured it has been done. Come time of pickup and no taxi came. Checked with reception and he said need to wait for taxi company to call back and need at least 20 minutes!! Requested him to expedite and he asked me to book uber myself!!!! Installed uber and got myself a vehicle and just in time for the train. Speechless

The hotel has good hygiene conditions. The room has a relatively large space and a simple decoration style. However, the hair dryer in the bathroom is fixed to the wall and the switch is difficult to control, which makes it somewhat inconvenient to use. In addition, some of the curtains in the room fell off, which led to the dazzling sunshine in the morning and affected our sleep.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda e ha una vista fantastica. Comodo il parcheggio con la possibilità di ricaricare le auto elettriche. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile. Ottima la possibilità di scegliere la colazione a buffet solo dolce a 15 CHF, invece di quella continentale a 30. La struttura mostra ormai i segni del tempo, ma comunque ci tornerei volentieri se dovessi tornare a Montreux.

The rooms feature lighted images of fishes and sea or water themes. I often go back in this hotel and always get another room with another image to learn from. Rooms are very clean, the place is good for going to aquarium, CHUV or epalinge, next to metro station. Sauna and hammam are okay. Food is good. My favourite hotel in Lausanne even if it's nothing special.

La camera di questo tipo è ampia e pulita. La porta è sul lago. The hotel is at the thermal center. It is thus far away of every big city especially by public transport as I have to take the infrequent bus. Room I was disappointed for an expensive hotel it was very small. There is no more place in the fridge because of all what they want to sell to drink or eat. The thermal center is good, the food is good and the hotel interior is beautiful. Overall it is overpriced even at the lowest price I think it wasn't worth it and I am a big fan of thermal station. The price fluctuate a lot try to get it on the cheap.

Come sempre, assolutamente il primo hotel di Los Angeles, tranne che i costi, non c'è nessun difetto.Anche se l'hotel è stato molto tempo fa, la manutenzione è particolarmente buona, e i dettagli sono anche molto presenti.
