Canada: hotel con spa nella provincia di Alberta

The room is not very clean. Especially, the pillow has hair on it. The towel in front of the bathtub is dirty.

Ho vissuto molti hotel, non c'è bisogno di dire la posizione, è una buona scelta per Jasper. È solito isolamento del suono, è molto tardi che i bambini corrino sul corridoio, molto timido. Se hai bisogno di silenzio, devi presentare le esigenze e sarà organizzato nella stanza più lontana del corridoio (da andare molto lontano).

Good stay. Pool and hot tub were great. A few of the other amenities could use attention, though. One of the washing machines wasn’t working, and breakfast was cold. There is also an omelette station that apparently only operates when it’s not “slow season” The service is always incredible, and the hotel location and cleanliness was top notch. Maybe just call ahead when you’re booking so you know what to expect for breakfast. We would stay again

Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel and room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good with bottomless coffee. My room was clean but the shower sucked, and the plate glass shower doors were jammed and very difficult to move, also lacked an air vent. The room didn’t have any air conditioning and the thermostat on the wall didn’t control anything!??

Hinton Lodge has great location at reasonable price. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is highly recommended.

Hotel was pretty good. My only complaint would be the weight room. Everything is quite rusty from humidity and the treadmill didn’t work. (Not a huge problem as I was still able to workout) Room was clean, breakfast was good and other amenities were good. Would stay again!

L'hotel è in un centro commerciale nel sud della città, circondato da Safeway, Walmart e McDonald's.C'è un Gardon giapponese vicino, ma non è andato.L'hotel ha un parcheggio gratuito e una piscina interna.La stanza è pulita. L'hotel non dispone di ascensore, quindi salire al terzo piano è una sfida per i turisti di mezza età e anziani che trasportano bagagli di grandi dimensioni. La stanza era angusta e non c'era posto dove mangiare per due persone. L'arredamento e la manutenzione non sono all'altezza, è un po' come un ostello nel periodo rivoluzionario della Cina. Il viaggio passa attraverso il Red Liu. Quando ci sono clienti qui, prenoto l'hotel. Non lontano dalla città, è più conveniente, l'ambiente è anche molto buono. La prossima volta il viaggio sarà ancora qui.

We had a large family room in the basement that was conveniently located next to the spa. Our check in was super friendly and the room was large and very spacious. The kitchen was lovely with lots of special touches. We had a few issues with the room, we booked a family room bath tub and there was no tub. Unfortunately the drain in the shower was disgusting, and the tiles were broken, we asked for another room but they had none available. We were told we could shower in the spa room. The spa wasn’t working and when we got in the shower they’d run out of shower gel. The sofa bed isn’t suitable for anyone as it’s very uncomfortable. Our very small teenager tried to sleep on it and she felt every spring. Despite our issues I would recommend this hotel as the location was good, staff were lovely and the breakfast was decent.
