Penang, Malaysia: hotel con vista mare

View from the apartment was amazing and just need to look through the window and you see the blue sky and ocean. Just that the apartment they gave us has 3 rooms and if you book 2 rooms they will locked up the one of the room. The issue is that when we checked in they just let the 3rd room open and we thought we could used it until the security guard came and knock the door and said he has to lock up one of the rooms.

Everything is good..the room is clean and comfortable, the view is beautiful. The beach is behind the resort. Only the elevator had a big problem. It was too slow, and we waited 20 minutes but still couldn't go down. Full of people. We had to use the stairs to go down to the 15th floor.

Room design and decoration are out dated, bathroom washing basin water tap leaking water dripping non stop. Car park is located at the building behind, Hotel itself has no parking. We requested for extra a bottle of water unfortunately receptionist rejected, he mentions hotel only provide 2 bottles water per room, I would say this services is too outdated

Nice hotel and friendly staff, location is fantastic for traveler as is close to gurney drive food court and Gurney plaza shopping centre . Nice park for walk during morning or evening.

The location is great as its walkable distance to a lot of shops. There are not much amenities in the room. There was no toothbrush/paste, laundry bag and the towel and pillow cases had a slight foul smell. The heater was not hot enough, just lukewarm. But the staff were polite and accommodative.

The room is very spacious and wide. The facilities are excellent, and the customer service is extremely friendly. We received a complimentary welcome drink, which can be claimed within 24 hours. The swimming pool is very clean and offers a beautiful view from the Level 9 lobby. Everything was perfect.
