Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast variety is good. Getting to the room is confusing at the start (lift at hidden area, need to go up, walk across the bridge and take another lift to go up again), LG and level 3 is the same. 2 restaurants on site where the food is quite good. Not walkable to anywhere, quite convenient using grab each time though.

Amore il posto.. siamo arrivati esattamente al momento di check-in (che è 2:00) ma dobbiamo aspettare un'ora e mezza per la nostra stanza per essere pronti.. che la gentilezza ha rovinato il nostro giorno un lila.. Il resto era buono.. la mia famiglia ha goduto il soggiorno

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

La posizione dell'hotel è facile da trovare, il servizio è molto caldo, la camera è spaziale, le strutture sono complete e si sente come casa! Molto buono! È un hotel che vale la pena di rimanere per viaggi, vacanze e viaggi d'affari!

Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). Gt diverse scelte di f & b nel ristorante durante la mia pausa. Bellboys molto utile. Ricorda di affermare il vostro drink benvenuto ya ....enjoy ~

Warm, friendly staff who gave good and practical advice about the protests and safety, much appreciated . Housekeeping was impeccable and thoughtful and really prompt with adhoc requests.  Rooms are large (size norms from a different time) and the mix of analog vintage features and updated features is charming. Clear and strong WIFI , clean rooms especially for tropical setting The buffet spread is excellent quality, clean and a good mix of delicious local and international continental options.  The spa is lovely, though service can vary - I had a lovely therapist and my friend’s therapist was using her phone during the session (which is not acceptable at any massage place, what more at this spot) incongruous with the very high service and hospitality standards set by the rest of the staff. Would come back and stay here again!

Hotel in Banyuwangi, molto tranquillo, senza rumore, molto vicino alla spiaggia, godere di colazione mentre vedendo una bella vista di Bali. Che grande esperienza di soggiorno in questo hotel. 👍

i do have a good experience stayed at Quest Hotel. they know what they’re doing also i’m not disappointed with their breakfast buffet. so it’s a good sign. i’ve been to fave hotel which’s one of Archipelago hotels too and theirs are not as good as Quest. overall you won’t be disappointed with the money you spend here

Everything is good except for the room size. I have problem opening my luggage because of the small space. I even have to di my prayer on the bed because there’s no more space for to do that on the floor. I have to give credit to the staff. They are very accommodating and have sincere smiles. If not because of the space of the room, I would definitely atay there again.

It’s a decent hotel located in center of Surabaya near to Tunjungan Plaza and Jalan Tunjungan. The room is very standard to everything one person need for few nights stay… nothing fancy. I was assigned room with amazing view from 6th floor. The room is clean and neat and I love that they have smart TV. Wifi is pretty fast and reliable too. One thing for improvement is foul smell on the hallway. I think it’s due to the aging building. However, staffs clean the hallway carpet regularly. I would surely return to this hotel if I go back to Surabaya.
