This is my second stay at Batiqa. I’d like to share a balanced review for fellow travelers. Pros: Great City View: Staying in Room 809 was a treat because of the city view. It’s a much better experience compared to Room 910, which unfortunately only faces the wall of another building. If you prefer a view, try to request a room on the side that faces the city. Cons: Technical Maintenance: I noticed some issues in Room 809 that weren't present in 910. The shower door doesn't close properly, the water pressure is quite weak, and the hot water isn't hot enough (I had to turn the lever fully to the left just to get a decent temperature). Privacy Disturbance: A bit disappointed with the unsolicited promotional calls. Both during my first and second stays, the hotel staff called the room around 18:00 WIB to offer massage or restaurant services. This is quite intrusive when you're trying to rest after a long day. Verdict: The hotel is decent, but they really need to improve their room maintenance and stop the promotional calls to ensure guest privacy. If you stay here, Room 809 has the view, but check the bathroom fixtures immediately.

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

Before I review I want to say all the staff were kind friendly and very helpful. If this review was about the staff you would have 100%. My problem is with the fabric of the hotel. It is dirty , shabby and living in the past. The first entertainment hotel in the city. Looking at it it was probably the last time it was refurbished. I feel that the staff put on a brave face and they are professional in their duties. Entering my room the sheets were grey had holes and stained. If you use an external laundry and hire your linen someone needs to change your contract!! Grey is not white. The walls are covered in hardboard and are dirty. Shower and toilet ok. Fire door did not self close. Hole in the wall where the self closer keeps hitting it. If this is a four star hotel it’s the staff who are keeping it there, a review though in my opinion would drop you to two stars at the best!! The owners need to reinvest!!

The room was large and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. It also featured a big bathtub; however, there was NO hot water during the night (hot water returned in the morning).The sink was not flushing. For a one-night stay, it was tolerable it was not a major issue.

Ho soggiornato in quattro hotel a Surabaya e questo è ovviamente il migliore. Mi piacevano le loro strutture, il servizio, la pulizia e il personale! Bella in particolare è molto dolce e lei si ricorda il mio nome dopo 2 giorni, che è molto impressionante! Se avete bisogno di un riposo profondo, vi consiglierei questo.

La stanza è sufficiente per una famiglia di coppia/piccola. Ma per la pulizia è così mancata finché mio figlio non avrà allergie, la pelle e la pelle del mio marito sono così piccante e piccante. Ci ha fatto incapace di dormire. Soprattutto il bambino molto dispiace i muscoli fino all'erupzione in anticipo. La matrice non è mai stata vuota. Sembra che il bagno non è ben pulito. Surprisingly hotelnya keren! Per kamar itu per cabin jadi unik dan interiornya cangtip! Pelayanan dari awal masuk dan check in smooth! Tapi ga ditawarin welcome drink heheh mungkin karena udah jam 9 malem kami check in. Kamar sudah ada hairdryer, mini bar, mineral water ada 2 botol kaca. Dapet welcome snack kue jadul. Tempat bermain anak ada 3: main pasir pantai, soccer board dan mini. Pintunya besi dan unik untuk DND sign atau Make up room pake tempelan magnet Alhamdulullah sarapannya sekarang buffet, dapet info sebelumnya set menu. Wajib pesen roomservice! Enak guys dan unik banget packagingnya. Karyawannya ramah pool! Minus: -bed sheet ada spot -mungkin perlu dijelaskan untuk penggunaan fasilitas hp itu harus telpon atau sms. -sarapan mulai jam 7, kami sempat datang jam 8.30 perputaran refill menunya perlu ditingkatin agar nggak terkesan kosong. Gonna be back!

One of my favourites business Hotel at Surabaya, okd but still good to stay here, big window and easy to find food surrounding

So far ok. Stay there for 3 days was not happy with the aminities in room. I was complain about hair dryer. Once we used is broken then technician came then fixed. After that used still on off. Second day call receptionis sending same complain about hair dryer was broken but only fixed, he said fan in problem after used in 30 sec then nit working again. They we find that kettle opener is broken n still keep using, nit changing with new one after that dripping water from inside kettle.

Sono molto soddisfatto. Il servizio sanitario è molto premuroso. La prossima volta prenderò in considerazione l'idea di soggiornare con i miei amici. La cosa più importante è che anche l'igiene è molto buona.
