Taiwan, Cina: hotel romantici

It is a good location. Very easy to go everywhere in Taiwan because very near to Taipei main station. The room is standard but late check in (16:00) and early checkout 11:00. The cleaning schedule of the room is 3 days each time. For me it is acceptable. I love laundry service with washing and drying machine but you have to prepare 10 NTD coin 30 for wash and 20 min for 10 dollar normally spend 40 for drying . My room has no window but no problem because we travel more than stay.

Personalmente, prendevamo il taxi ogni volta che lasciavamo l'hotel. Puoi scegliere di camminare o prendere il bus navetta fornito! 🚶♀️Vista della città, puoi vedere Taipei101 da lontano 👍 - Servizio di pulizia delle camere 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7. Devi solo chiamare la reception. - Stanno cercando di essere sostenibili quindi presumo che i servizi siano disponibili su richiesta. 🌱(spazzolino da denti, rasoio, ecc.)

Everything is great, especially the hospitality of the staff. The room is clean. Another thing we’d like to suggest is that the breakfast offered by the hotel could be improved. It was the same breakfast served for the two days we stayed. We look forward to the hotel introducing more changes and surprises for our next visit.

Overall a pleasant stay. It was a bit tricky to find the entrance but after that the whole experience was good. Very convenient location, with many shops nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Many options for food any time through day and night.

Ho soggiornato qui l'anno scorso e ho pensato di tornarci. Non era proprio come lo ricordavo, ma per il prezzo andava bene. La prima impressione della camera è stata ottima, tranne per la pulizia non proprio impeccabile: la prima cosa che ho visto in bagno è stato uno stuzzicadenti usato sul lato accanto al lavandino e la poltrona grande aveva due insetti morti sopra. Per il resto i servizi sono buoni, ma non ricordavo che la TV fosse così pessima. Ho prenotato tramite un'antenna vecchio stile e non c'era un solo canale in HD. Anche quelli con il logo HD erano in SD e sfocati. Tutto il resto è fantastico e il fatto che ci siano 2 lavatrici e 2 asciugatrici (gratuite a parte 30 dollari per il detersivo) è stato utile, anche se una persona le aveva monopolizzate entrambe, quindi ho dovuto aspettare a lungo prima di poterne usare una. La posizione è fantastica. Facile raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche e proprio nel mezzo di un sacco di ottimi ristoranti, anche se la maggior parte sembra sempre chiusa!

I servizi e la posizione dell'hotel sono buoni, con molti centri commerciali nelle vicinanze e le attività di Christmas City appena iniziate. Tuttavia, l'aspetto più scoraggiante è l'atteggiamento del personale! Alcuni membri del personale mancano di empatia, mostrando indifferenza quando è necessario aiuto e non riuscendo a fornire soluzioni soddisfacenti. Se dovete prenotare questo hotel, dovete confermare di non aver bisogno di chiedere aiuto al personale; altrimenti, potreste ricevere una risposta fredda e non essere in grado di ottenere assistenza immediata in seguito. Alle 23:00 di quella sera, ho trovato uno dei miei cellulari lasciato nella mia stanza precedente e ho chiesto se poteva aiutarmi a chiamare la stanza, o se potevo chiamare io e un membro del personale dell'hotel avrebbe potuto aiutarmi a recuperarlo. L'addetto al personale ha subito detto che, essendo già le 23:00, ci sarebbe stata una lamentela se avesse aiutato, quindi si è rifiutata di aiutarmi e ha potuto gestire la situazione solo la mattina successiva. Poi mi ha chiesto come mi sarei sentito se avessi ricevuto una chiamata di notte. Ho risposto che le persone dovrebbero avere empatia e che se avessi saputo che qualcuno aveva lasciato qualcosa di importante e aveva bisogno di aiuto urgente, sarei stata felice di aiutarlo. L'addetta allo staff non ha risposto e ha ribadito che non poteva aiutarla quel giorno. Possiamo solo aspettare fino a domani mattina. Usando la paura di essere criticata come scusa invece di cercare di aiutare a risolvere il problema o suggerire altre soluzioni, credo che anche lei sarebbe stata infelice se avesse perso qualcosa e fosse stata trattata in questo modo. Questo incidente ha completamente distrutto la mia fiducia in questo hotel! Se avete l'opportunità di soggiornare in questo hotel in futuro, dovreste essere preparati. Inoltre, se avete davvero bisogno di aiuto e l'hotel non può fornirvelo, chiamare la polizia potrebbe farvi ottenere una risposta più rapida.

Our stay was amazing! The room was very spacious, comfortable, and super clean. Everything was well-maintained and made us feel very comfortable throughout the trip. We also got exactly the same room as advertised,the room looked exactly like the photos shown in the listing, which we really appreciated. The location is also great,walking distance to both Taipei Main Station and Ximending, which made it very convenient for us to travel around. There are also halal food places nearby, which was a big plus for Muslim travellers. Overall, highly recommended and definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed!

I love the whole vibe of the hotel where it give off this rustic industrial look but the interior of the room is really nice. Front desk was super accommodating when we wanted to upgrade our room but the initial upgraded room was not to our liking and they kindly suggested another room for us to have a look first before we decide on it. we were able to check in an hour earlier as well and was able to keep our luggage at the front desk after check out and return back later to collect. overall an amazing experience with SOF hotel and would definitely come back to stay when im in taichung again

Il personale è semplicemente eccezionale, soprattutto il personale frontale - Lia Wu , Emily Chen e Wendy Liu. Il loro professionismo è stato dimostrato introducendo questo nuovo hotel e il nostro ambiente. Sono così utili a aiutarci con i bagagli e a consegnarci personalmente alla nostra stanza. Qualsiasi interazione con loro si sentiva calda e accogliente. Il colazione è buono con molte scelte, anche il ristorante e il personale sono amichevoli.

My six-night stay at Airline Inn Kaohsiung Station yielded a predominantly positive experience, characterized by operational efficiency and a high standard of maintenance. The hotel’s primary advantage is its superb geographical positioning. Situated merely minutes from the Kaohsiung Main Station, it serves as an ideal nexus for those utilizing the MRT, TRA, or high-speed rail links. The environmental sanitation is excellent. The premises are consistently clean. The front-of-house team is warm and professional. A major benefit for long-term residents is the complimentary laundry service offered. In such a densely populated area, having this essential convenience available without extra charges is a valuable asset. The breakfast offering, while understated, provides a fruitful synthesis of local ********* cuisines. The primary longitudinal challenge during my stay was the internal sound attenuation. The current insulation between rooms allows for notable auditory bleed, which may detract from the experience of light sleepers. Enhancing the acoustic barriers would elevate this establishment from a high-quality inn to a premier boutique experience.
