Hebei, Cina: hotel romantici

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La camera era discreta e le foto sembrano molto belle 😁. Il mare è vicinissimo e la vista è piacevole. Nel complesso, la camera è pulita. I fazzoletti e la carta igienica sono di buona qualità. La colazione era semplice ma deliziosa. Il personale mi ha offerto del cibo in omaggio per il mio compleanno, il che è stata una bella sorpresa. L'unico aspetto negativo è che tutta la zona è un po' deserta. Vi piacerà se amate rilassarvi. Inoltre, il balcone sembra un po' datato. È stato anche difficile trovare un Didi. Abbiamo aspettato diversi autisti per circa 10 minuti, ma alla fine hanno cancellato la corsa. Quindi, prenotate la corsa in anticipo. Il personale si è impegnato al massimo per aiutarci. Nel complesso, abbiamo avuto un'esperienza molto piacevole. Sceglierò sicuramente questo hotel la prossima volta che sarò a Qinhuangdao.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Shangri-La. La posizione è perfetta! molto vicino alla spiaggia, che rendeva tutto ancora più piacevole. Il cibo era delizioso, e il servizio in camera, così come tutti i membri del personale, erano incredibilmente caldi, gentili e attenti. Inizialmente avevamo previsto di rimanere per due notti, ma ci piaceva tanto che ci siamo prolungati per un'altra notte. La piscina era pulita e ben mantenuta. Ci siamo davvero goditi del nostro tempo per le biciclette marittime lungo la spiaggia, alimentando i marinai, e prendendo bellissime foto. Era una splendida e memorabile esperienza.

We travel with a dog and luckily found this location. The room was big and the see view from the balcony is very nice. The whole compound is pet friendly and has a lot of options to walk. The cost was only 5 minutes away and offeres many activities as well as nice places, coffees, restaurants and bakeries to sit, eat and relax. The hotel/apartment stuff was super friendly and helpful. Would come back any time!

I stayed for 4 days. The hotel was extremely clean. The cleaning staff would come everyday and tidy up. I had a very good time. The view is crazy amazing. I loved every single moment. The only thing I’d like them to work on is to offer western food in the hotel restaurant. I don’t eat Chinese food. Either than that, all else was perfect.

La stanza e le serrature delle donne erano pulite, ma ci sono stati molte tovaglie sporche lasciate nella zona di riposo vicino alle piscine calde. Il servizio clienti al di fuori del desk non era molto buono questa volta quando volevamo andare alle calde fonti. L'uomo che lavorava sul divano frontale ci voleva molto tempo trovare qualcuno che ci accompagnasse alle fonti calde, e quando una signora finalmente venne a venirci, ci riportò in camera nostra, invece, anche se avevamo chiaramente detto all'uomo sul divano frontale che ci accompagnavamo. I dipendenti non si comunicavano chiaramente, né si usavano il senso comune. Quando ho chiesto al personale di front desk di accompagnarci alle fonti calde, ha detto no e ci ha spinti via, ma sapevo che era complicato arrivare là e doveva dire alle fonti calde che eravamo ospiti dell'hotel, Come quando ero rimasto lì prima. È possibile solo comunicare con un'app di traduzione qui, perché nessun dipendente parla una sola parola di inglese, anche. Il menu elettronico del ristorante è solo in cinese, quindi abbiamo bisogno di un'app di traduzione per leggere il menu, anche. Non hanno illuminato tutte le luci nella zona calda primavera stasera, quindi era molto più buio di quando ero venuto qui prima. Per quanto riguarda la nostra camera d'albergo, il frigorifero non funzionava, anche se era stato attaccato, e le matite erano dure.

If you take a sea-view room, the view is wonderful! The location is perfect for the beach, cruise, amusement park and Dove nest park. The bed is very comfortable, btw. Their seafood restaurant has good food and a nice view as well.

Localizzazione decente. Potrebbe fare con il miglioramento quando si tratta di scelte alimentari. Molto spazio per i bambini a girare e giocare che è un plus. La ragazza del fronte che parla russo era assolutamente sorprendente, andò di sopra e di là per assicurarci che avessimo un grande soggiorno. Ma abbiamo cercato di andare a un ristorante per mangiare una volta, e la signora (il direttore, credo) ci ha detto che non ci erano tavole disponibili e non potevamo entrare; abbiamo visto la gente entrare continuamente e più di una tavola disponibile, ci ha detto di andare da qualche altra parte. La ignorammo e ci sedemmo per mangiare, e sembrava molto disrespecto nei confronti degli stranieri.

Buon hotel! Camera confortevole e molto spaziosa, con grande vista. Il colazione era anche molto buono e il ristorante al secondo piano era anche grande. L'unica denuncia che ho è l'odore di merda e rende la stanza odore male. Meglio tenere i baffi bloccati.

首先我一直覺得晨曦是靠譜的且是最優選，但這次覺得有幾處不足還想提一下希望改進。 1.枕頭太難受了，一點支撐力都沒有，兩天沒睡好。被子套的鬆鬆垮垮，被芯很容易就張開口翻出來。 2.地面不太乾淨。 3.贈送的水果好像沒洗過一樣帶着泥。 4.早餐依舊很用心也很好吃，品種豐富，口味也還不錯。但是晚餐的餐廳是真的變難吃了，以前覺得挺有特色的，哪樣菜都還不錯，但現在是真的覺得品控差了很多，味道太鹹，沒有以前用心。畢竟價格在那，有點像吃流水席一樣，確實讓人不舒服。 5.晨曦絕對還是親子出遊的首選，希望變得更好！
