Hebei, Cina: hotel romantici

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante la vacanza cinese del Nuovo Anno e abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza.L'hotel si sente nuovo e moderno, con un delizioso odore lungo tutto il , soprattutto nelle strade. I nostri aspetti preferiti sono stati la spaziosa stanza e il stupendo bagno che guarda l'oceano. La posizione di fronte alla spiaggia dell'hotel è un grande plus. Anche se abbiamo visitato in inverno, siamo stati abbastanza fortunati per sperimentare la neve sulla spiaggia, che si è sentito surreale e ha aggiunto un toccamento magico al nostro soggiorno. La piscina all'interno sul piano superiore è decente, offre una vista magnifica, mentre il colazione è abbondante e variabile. Il ristorante cinese vicino alla piscina è molto consigliato perfetto per quando non ti piace andare fuori, e il cibo era delizioso. In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno, e sono già in attesa di tornare in estate per provare la loro piscina all'aperto, che è stata chiusa durante l'inverno.

La posizione era molto buona. Era molto vicina alla spiaggia di Tiger Stone che era un bel posto. Le strade intorno a questo hotel sono molto accoglienti, con le pinze. La gestione dell'hotel era molto cooperativa e accogliente. La stanza era molto comoda. Ho mancato solo una cosa e questo era un collegamento tra lobby e la stanza. C'era una disconnessione tra i due e mi sentivo come vivendo in una stanza d'appartamento. Altre cose erano perfette. Raccomando questo hotel a Beidei.

La ”camera buona” riservata all'hotel è rivolta a ovest ed è molto calda, ma per fortuna il pavimento è alto ed è più silenziosa. Non abbiamo chiesto la pulizia la seconda notte. Ho pensato che non sarebbe stato un problema se non fosse stato troppo sporco. Ma non me lo aspettavo prima di partire, ho chiesto alla reception una bottiglia d'acqua ma non me l'hanno data, sono rimasto scioccato. È come se volessi essere conveniente con gli altri, loro faranno affari con te. Dovresti essere educato con gli altri, ma è loro dovere non essere educato con te. Dopotutto è stato un pagamento sbagliato.

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

La posizione dell'hotel è vicina a WanLiMiao Pedestrian Street per una passeggiata a breve distanza dalla metropolitana XinBaiGuangChang. Il personale di front desk è stato molto amichevole e utile dove uno dei membri del personale ha compiuto miglia di più per aiutare le mie domande e richieste. La stanza è pulita e semplice per i viaggiatori soli o coppie. Un decente buffet di colazione diffuso. Nota che il loro lobby hotel è situato al livello 31 e si può fare la lavanderia allo stesso livello.

這次的阿那亞之行太曲折了，選了很多酒店，最後還是選擇了瀾汐。首先是覺得離海邊近，相對其他酒店來説也比較安靜。第一天和朋友住的4期的民宿，退房了瀾汐這邊也沒人聯繫我們接送，還是打電話去攜程客服了才聯繫的，來接我們的時候也是，到了才打電話，我們拖着箱子出來的時候車已經走了，也沒給我們打招呼，當時確實很無語，有點生氣，聯繫了酒店，説再派個車來，大風凌厲的又在路邊等了15分鐘，到了酒店門口有人幫忙提行李進去，前台Dora很熱情，一直給我們解釋車子的事，還説請我們喝咖啡，房費打9折，但是攜程訂單就沒有了，我還是想把真實的感受寫出來供大家參考，就沒接受9折的提議。房間挺好的，面朝大海，設施設備也挺不錯，畢竟是新酒店，樓下的海食堂應該是所有食堂環境最好的，吃飯可以看海，餐也還不錯，送了劵可以直接抵扣。第二天中午跟朋友準備去9期的碼頭魚市吃飯，就叫了個出租，出酒店大門就在石台上踩滑了下去，平時門口都有行李員，幫拿行李，指揮停車啥的，那天中午就那麼巧合一個人沒有，哎，滑下去當時就站不起來，緩了一會想最多也就軟組織傷了，吃了飯回酒店給Dora説了，拿了雲南白葯噴，還讓客房送了冰，在酒店冰敷了一下午，第二天退房去天津拍了個CT才發現骨折了……，哎，這心情，Dora很關心，發了很多訊息，還説會幫忙報保險，最後好像説保險報不了啥的，我都沒時間關心這些了，回成都躺了近一週才有心情來寫點評。總的來説酒店不錯，服務環境都挺好的，就是位置太偏了，去哪裡都需要打車，這個有點麻煩，要不然我也不會骨折……酒店大門口應該隨時有人招呼下來往車停靠的位置，不然那個邊真的很容易踩滑“圖12”，圓弧型的，車靠的太邊就會踩滑。好好的旅行變成了骨折，回來還工作不了，還得躺2個月，耽誤很多事，確實很影響。要想出行方便走路就可以隨便去逛，還得住在4～6期那邊更方便些。

everything was wonderful, from the service to the space itself! the room was very spacious with complimentary drinks & snacks. it was also so thoughtful of them to provide a bath bomb with the tub, and amenities were all specially curated. it is a bit far away from the sea but there’s a 24h driver service to & from any place within aranya, which was super convenient & time-saving.

We very much enjoyed our stay . Staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Very convenient location, a stone throw away from the beach. A mall is about 10 minutes away in a taxi. The only aspect we feel needs to improve is the breakfast. The menu was always the same which made a longer stay experience a bit boring, not always looking forward to dining. Perhaps changing a few items in the menu every morning will make that exceptional experience. Otherwise, an amazing hotel-keep it up!

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.
