We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

Molto soddisfatto del servizio della reception e dell'atteggiamento e della velocità del personale della stanza. Ho vissuto in due hotel a North Dai River. Il servizio non è peggio di tutti i servizi. Il piccolo giardino della reception e il piccolo alto fanno cose difficili e calde. Spero che la stanza non sia troppo alta quando sto per soggiornare, Una interruzione di uno strato della stanza, il personale non si annoia davvero di cercare una stanza soddisfatta con me, lode per il vostro servizio a cinque stelle 👍

This hotel nails the core of a great seaside getaway: prime location, satisfying views, and thoughtful touches that make the trip smooth. Let’s start with its unbeatable location—the biggest highlight. Tucked in the heart of Gold Coast at the intersection of Yijing Road and Siwei Road , it’s just a short walk across the street to the golden beach. I timed it once, and it took only 5 minutes to sink my feet into the soft sand . No long drives or shuttle waits—perfect for spontaneous morning dips or evening sunset strolls. The sea view experience is exactly what you’d hope for. Every room comes with a large viewing balcony , and the east-facing orientation means unobstructed sunrise views. Waking up, pulling back the curtains, and watching the sun paint the Bohai Sea pink while still in bed? Pure magic. At night, the sound of waves becomes a natural lullaby—total relaxation. The hotel’s little perks add up too. They offer free bicycle rentals, which let me cruise along the coastline and soak in the sea breeze . Pet owners will love that it’s pet-friendly, so you don’t have to leave your furry friend behind. There’s also free private parking , a big plus if you’re driving. The Chinese-style buffet breakfast (served 7:00-10:00 ) hits the spot, and kids under 1.2m eat free—great for families. The only minor downside is the decor, which feels a bit outdated , but it’s easily overlooked for the value. The rooms are clean, with essential amenities like cable TV, showers, slippers, and toiletries , so comfort isn’t compromised. For a 100+ yuan price point , Giranchy Sea View Hotel delivers far more than expected. If you’re after convenience, stunning sunrises, and a laid-back coastal vibe in Qinhuangdao, this is a no-brainer. I’d absolutely book again!

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Shangri-La. La posizione è perfetta! molto vicino alla spiaggia, che rendeva tutto ancora più piacevole. Il cibo era delizioso, e il servizio in camera, così come tutti i membri del personale, erano incredibilmente caldi, gentili e attenti. Inizialmente avevamo previsto di rimanere per due notti, ma ci piaceva tanto che ci siamo prolungati per un'altra notte. La piscina era pulita e ben mantenuta. Ci siamo davvero goditi del nostro tempo per le biciclette marittime lungo la spiaggia, alimentando i marinai, e prendendo bellissime foto. Era una splendida e memorabile esperienza.

We travel with a dog and luckily found this location. The room was big and the see view from the balcony is very nice. The whole compound is pet friendly and has a lot of options to walk. The cost was only 5 minutes away and offeres many activities as well as nice places, coffees, restaurants and bakeries to sit, eat and relax. The hotel/apartment stuff was super friendly and helpful. Would come back any time!

Location: it’s right in front of the beach. You just cross a small road. Not many things to do around the area but a 15min Didi drive gets you in many hot spots. Service: Front desk service was really excellent, willing to help book tickets for local attractions. The staff was generally friendly and even gave me a gift at the end. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rooms: Even though the hotel can do with an upgrade of some stuff, the rooms are exactly as seen in pictures and are all sea facing. I loved that rooms came with a mini kitchenette with a proper big sized fridge. 👍 There was no tea/ coffee in the rooms, even though there’s a “tea station”. I asked the ayi for a teabag of green tea, she said they don’t have. 🥴😪🥴 Breakfast: Breakfast is standard Chinese breakfast. Not too much variety but changed from day to day, which I liked. Cleanliness: The hotel is Chinese “clean”. The ayi came in to clean but left the glasses in the sink unwashed and the bed “made” as seen in the pic. 🫣🤣😂 Even the kitchen counter wasn’t even wiped. 😭😭😭 It had some crumbs from my previous meal. The bathroom sink had water marks/ stains that could easily be polished of, if the ayi took her job seriously. The disposable bath towels in the bathroom were a winner though.🥇 And the sheets, towels and bedspreads were great and clean. 🙌🏾 Overall: If you want downtime and relaxation, and are not too picky, this place is great. I would stay here again simply because of the service received. But I wish the hotel can train the staff on proper hygiene.

The room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.

Alla fine di agosto, la nostra famiglia di tre persone ha scelto questo hotel per il nostro viaggio a Beidaihe. La sua posizione era ideale, vicino alla spiaggia di Happy Bay, e permetteva di ammirare facilmente l'alba, pescare granchi e fare gite in barca. La spiaggia offriva anche numerose attività e il personale ha risposto prontamente a tutte le nostre richieste. All'inizio di settembre, abbiamo prenotato nuovamente lo stesso hotel per i miei genitori, che si sono trovati benissimo e hanno trascorso un soggiorno fantastico. Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel per i nostri prossimi viaggi al mare con nostro figlio e lo consiglieremo a parenti e amici.

Abbiamo fatto un conto alla fine del 31 dicembre. Perché Arcadia è molto conveniente e non abbiamo ricevuto biglietti per Anaya. È stato molto valente. Svelta, vediamo entrambi i Focolai di Arcadia e possiamo anche vedere il drone show da Aranya. La spiaggia è la stessa spiaggia, ma ha un po'di ostacolo.

L'hotel a cinque stelle è diverso. Il servizio è in posizione di comunicazione. È stato scelto il paesaggio del mare. Fortunatamente è stato soggiornato in due parti del paesaggio del mare. Il mare è troppo comodo nel letto. L'alto piano può anche vedere la performance del mare vicino al Paese del mare gratuitamente. L'unico è che l'hotel è costruito per molto tempo e le strutture sono leggermente vecchie, Ma l'igiene non deve essere detto, la camera è anche grande
