Il KK Sapa Hotel è un hotel a 5 stelle situato alla fine della città di Sapa. A 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Sapa SunPlaza con molti ristoranti e negozi di souvenir. Ha una grande e splendida hall dorata con personale del servizio clienti giovane e molto disponibile e amichevole. Il 15° livello è una sala pubblica per i clienti stanchi dell'hotel che arrivano presto e non possono ancora controllarla per riposare, ricaricarsi e leggere con bagni puliti e belli e un bar. C'è una piccola biblioteca 📚 lì per leggere. Puoi fare un pisolino e sorseggiare la tua tazza di tè ☕️ ammirando la vista romantica delle montagne! La colazione a buffet dell'hotel è ottima con una varietà di cibi serviti. Ho prenotato un letto matrimoniale king size con una splendida vista sulle montagne. La camera è dotata anche di balcone dove puoi prendere il tuo caffè e bere la tua birra 🍺 mentre ammiri la vista delle montagne nebbiose 🏔️. c'è una grande vasca da bagno 🛀🏻 e una sala da spettacolo in piedi con il bagno accanto. mi sono goduto una vacanza coccolata e deliziosa festeggiando la nostra seconda luna di miele insieme 👩❤️👨💐

L’endroit est magnifique à environ 30 min du centre de Sapa. Nous préférons cet endroit pour son calme et son authenticité. Il y a des taxi Grab pour environ 8€ pour rejoindre Sapa. Concernant la chambre il y a le strict minimum. La propreté est moyenne, elle aurait pu être mieux. Attention il y a beaucoup d’insectes du fait qu’on soit à la campagne ! Et les chambres sont très mal isolées et peu intimes. Le matin vous serez réveillés vers 5/6h au levé du jour !! Sinon le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent, nous avons adoré 😍 voici les photos. Les prix étaient très corrects ce qui vous évitent d’aller autre part. Le personnel est très gentil.

I stayed 2 nights at Sapa Bamboo Hotel. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Some attractions such as Stone Church, Sapa Square, Sapa museum, Sun Plaza and Moana are also within walking distance. (5-15 minutes) The breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful and courteous. Facilities are generally clean and well maintained except the toilets at the swimming pool need improvement. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much.

We spent the first two days of our trip staying in town at Sa Pa, and for the next two nights we moved slightly out of town to Hotel DeLaMont. The hotel is located about a 10-minute drive from the town center, perched high on a hill overlooking the valley. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was precisely for that spectacular valley view, which is said to be among the best in Sa Pa. Unfortunately, during our stay, the weather fully lived up to Sa Pa’s nickname as the “City in the Fog.” Thick fog rolled in every day, and visibility was sometimes close to zero—especially on the darker roads without streetlights while our Grab drivers navigated the winding hills. Thankfully, on the morning of our final day, the clouds finally lifted a little and we were blessed with a partial glimpse of the breathtaking valley view we had been hoping for. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was essentially two super single beds pushed together, which meant you could feel the gap in the middle while sleeping. It’s not the most comfortable setup, but still manageable for a short stay. The minibar follows the usual hotel practice—aside from complimentary water, tea, and coffee, the rest of the items are chargeable. One thing we appreciated was the smart TV. We spent some relaxing time listening to music and watching travel videos on YouTube after long days exploring Sa Pa. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a modern electric shower system, which was quite impressive. They even installed a heated lamp to keep you warm while showering—something you’ll definitely appreciate in the chilly Sa Pa climate. However, the wash basin design could be improved. Water tends to collect around the sides, leaving the surface constantly wet, and occasionally attracting small bugs. The hotel doesn’t include breakfast by default, but you can pay extra if you’d like the convenience of eating on-site. It’s not the cheapest option, but it’s certainly convenient. The hotel also offers facilities like a gym and a swimming pool. The pool is supposed to be heated, but during our visit the weather was extremely foggy and humid, so the heating was turned off and swimming wasn’t really appealing anyway. Their rooftop area is quite beautiful and would probably be an amazing place to enjoy the valley view on a clear day. Overall, despite the foggy weather limiting the scenery, Hotel DeLaMont is still a comfortable and decent hotel with spacious rooms and good facilities. On a clear day, the view alone would likely make the stay even more memorable.

Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel – Excellent Location & Outstanding Staff Recentemente sono rimasto all'hotel Pao Sapa e ho avuto una splendida esperienza. La posizione è eccellente proprio accanto a Moana Sapa e a pochi chilometri dal villaggio Cat Cat, rendendo la vista molto conveniente. La città è anche a pochi passi dall'hotel, la camera era spaziosa con una bella vista sul valle, e il colazione era delizioso. La barriera linguistica può essere difficile, ma il personale di ricezione ha sempre qualcuno che parla inglese. Ci ha aiutato a pianificare il nostro viaggio e prenotare i biglietti, e il personale dell'hotel mantiene un gruppo di chat per aggiornare gli ospiti sulle condizioni meteo peak, che è molto utile. Durante il nostro soggiorno, il condizionamento d’aria non funzionava e la stanza divenne umida dopo un lungo giorno di uscita. La comunicazione era difficile all'inizio, ma Katie ha risposto al nostro messaggio anche dopo le ore di servizio e ha aiutato a risolvere il problema, per consentirci di riposare confortevolmente. Kudos a Katie e la squadra per la loro dedizione e un servizio eccellente.

Il personale è molto affascinante, sorridente e parlante nel lobby. Ho chiesto di portare più bambole per i miei due amici stranieri perché le bambole nel gabinetto hanno i capelli. Il ricevitore non lo vide stare al fronte, rispondendo: ”La signora vietnamita ha detto che la bambola ha i capelli, porta un altro bambola”, il modo di dire molto disrespecto ai clienti, gentile davanti, ma dietro di lei, parole brutte. Usa parole impoli. Poi probabilmente ho visto che ero li', quindi non ho detto più.Ovviamente un hotel 4-star che è così un'addestramento di personale non professionale.

La prossima volta andrò a fare un buon viaggio. Il buon hotel in Vietnam è davvero buono. La prossima volta portero'un amico e vivrò lì per vedere se c'è qualcosa di buono per organizzare il progetto.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'hotel si trova in una splendida posizione, nel cuore del paese, con numerosi sentieri escursionistici che partono nelle immediate vicinanze. La colazione e la cena erano ottime. L'unica nota è l'insonorizzazione non perfetta, essendo la struttura in legno.

Lady Hill è un ottimo ristorante con ogni richiesta curata. Le camere sono fantastiche e la vista è certamente disgustosa. Ho avuto un danno a Sapa, ma il ristorante ha davvero guardato le nostre esigenze. La colazione è deliziosa, soprattutto con il sollevamento del sole, quindi assicuratevi di arrivare presto per vedere. Sono molto grato a Joseph, il direttore del ristorante, tutti i servizi di ricezione e infermiere per averci dato un ottimo e fantastico soggiorno durante il Natale.

A great little hotel, room was clean, offering a small balcony for views of the mountains opposite. The swimming pool also offer a great view. The restaurant came in clutch when the weather was too cold to go out. They also offer laundry service at an affordable price. Only small complaint is that the location is alittle out of the way. Overall, a really good hotel at an even better price.
