Vietnam: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Provincia di Lao Cai

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Hotel de la Coupole is the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I’ve been to 20 countries, some multiple times. It was absolutely stunning. The service was outstanding. I was able to travel to Fansipan Peak from the hotel building. Hotel de la Coupole is the only hotel I have ever relaxed in. Normally I go go go and the hotel is just a bed in a room. I relaxed in the lobby for four hours waiting for my shuttle to come. I took a nap at the pool on a comfortable double sized patio bed. I highly recommend you choose this hotel over any other in Sapa.

The hotel is amazing. It had great views and the staffs were very helpful. It had a pool big enough to fit a lot of people but I couldn’t use it. The location is very close to the alpine coaster which was nice since I loved that place. The bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was really nice because it had glass wall that looks into the bedroom and the balcony which makes me see the view while getting ready.

Vorrei esprimere i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti all’Hotel e al Spa Sapa, che hanno detto di voler fornire “un’abitazione lontana da casa”, e che hanno davvero fatto la promessa. Da quando siamo arrivati a Sapa al mattino, il personale ci ha consentito di controllare in anticipo; dopo un treno di notte, riuscire a riposare un po’ prima di esplorare Sapa era una benedizione. Non appena entrammo nella stanza, ci sorprendeva la sua spaziosa e pulita, e la vista chiara del lago dalla finestra era semplicemente bella. Il ricevitore ha anche suggerito diverse attività locali per noi, e anche se non potevamo unirci a causa del tempo, apprezzavamo davvero le sue conseguenze. Il giorno della partenza, abbiamo preso un autobus di notte da Sapa, e l'hotel ci ha lasciato usare generosamente la loro bagno per rinfrescarsi prima del viaggio. Ci siamo sentiti veramente curati durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, e io consiglio sinceramente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Sapa.

Hotel era bellissimo. grande vista, spazioso. aveva un posto in fiamme, una bottiglia di vino complimentare, bagni. non difficile arrivare al centro della città e c'è un servizio buggy per il trasporto all'interno del resort. abbiamo avuto un grande tempo!

In pratica tutto va bene. Ma sembra che, dato che è nuovo, lavorare per gli ospiti è ancora abbastanza stanco, mi sembra che il personale non sia venuto, le aree non sono state ottimizzate per l'uso, quindi anche se appartiene a banyan e 5 stelle, Credo che sia solo 4 stelle al livello attuale. domestico. Anche quando accedi, non c'è sale da bagno, quindi la pulizia della stanza deve essere rivista. Il processo di check-out è anche molto lungo. Spero che il resort migliorerà e si svilupperà meglio in futuro.

Molto bellissimo complesso situato con grande panorama sul Valle e sul Monte Fansipan. Camere grandi e progettate in base al paesaggio. Personale amichevole e utile. Ma il colazione è una catastrofe: non abbastanza tavoli, sporco a causa di troppo persone.

Ho soggiornato due notti al Sapa Bamboo Hotel. La posizione era fantastica, con molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze. Alcune attrazioni come la Chiesa di Pietra, Sapa Square, il Museo di Sapa, Sun Plaza e Moana sono raggiungibili a piedi (5-15 minuti). La colazione era deliziosa. Il personale era disponibile e cortese. Le strutture sono generalmente pulite e ben tenute, ad eccezione dei bagni della piscina che necessitano di miglioramenti. Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno in hotel.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

La camera era comoda e valeva il prezzo, ma non c'era abbastanza riscaldamento durante il nostro soggiorno. Se partite la sera prima del check-out, informate la reception in anticipo in modo che possano prepararvi degli spuntini. L'hotel è vicino al centro tramite il primo piano, una rampa di scale e un paio di minuti a piedi. Google Maps mostra solo l'ingresso principale, ma non la scorciatoia.
