This place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary. The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails! Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

The hotel is amazing. It had great views and the staffs were very helpful. It had a pool big enough to fit a lot of people but I couldn’t use it. The location is very close to the alpine coaster which was nice since I loved that place. The bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was really nice because it had glass wall that looks into the bedroom and the balcony which makes me see the view while getting ready.

Vorrei esprimere i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti all’Hotel e al Spa Sapa, che hanno detto di voler fornire “un’abitazione lontana da casa”, e che hanno davvero fatto la promessa. Da quando siamo arrivati a Sapa al mattino, il personale ci ha consentito di controllare in anticipo; dopo un treno di notte, riuscire a riposare un po’ prima di esplorare Sapa era una benedizione. Non appena entrammo nella stanza, ci sorprendeva la sua spaziosa e pulita, e la vista chiara del lago dalla finestra era semplicemente bella. Il ricevitore ha anche suggerito diverse attività locali per noi, e anche se non potevamo unirci a causa del tempo, apprezzavamo davvero le sue conseguenze. Il giorno della partenza, abbiamo preso un autobus di notte da Sapa, e l'hotel ci ha lasciato usare generosamente la loro bagno per rinfrescarsi prima del viaggio. Ci siamo sentiti veramente curati durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, e io consiglio sinceramente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Sapa.

We booked the Presidential Suite for 5 nights, zero regrets. We had a beautiful mountain view from the bathroom, there was a bath tub and toilet with bidet. We were welcomed by complimentary juice and fruits. Breakfast was halal friendly - toast with butter and strawberry spread, fruits and vegetarian omelette (the lady chef delivers all the time 😋). Halal restaurants were within walking distance from our hotel. And the hotel was so comfortable to the extent that we didn’t want to leave the room on most days! Iron and ironing board is provided upon request, complimentary for 30 minutes, chargeable at 20,000 VND per hour thereafter, which no issues! There’s also laundry service for 50,000 VND per kg if you are keen! Pro tip: if you are booking Grab, kindly drag the pin to “Eden Boutique Hotel” instead as we were dropped off below the hill on some occasions. The hotel is located on top of a hill, but all’s good - a little exercise wouldn’t kill hehe Overall, from the receptionists, to the housekeeping team to the food and beverage team, amazing amazing service! Will definitely consider booking Hotel Azalea Sapa again when we visit Sapa again. Thank you so much to the hotel staff for the warmth, professionalism and greetings!

È la testa di doccia più debole che abbia mai avuto. Lo stesso vale per il bagno che volevo usare, ma rinunciato quando solo metà del tubo è stato riempito dopo 30 minuti. Senza parlare per un prezzo così bello e il bagno che non ha funzionato nella sua finalità principale. Forse sono sfortunato, forse è solo questa villa che non sono sicuro.

Il miglior soggiorno che abbiamo fatto finora in Vietnam. Il personale è stato fantastico e ci ha viziati. Tutti erano gentilissimi. Anche il servizio di pulizia ha fatto un lavoro eccezionale, la camera era impeccabile. La colazione offriva un'ampia varietà di piatti e una postazione per le uova, tutte deliziose. La palestra era ottima e molto bella, con una piscina riscaldata. Nel complesso, un soggiorno fantastico!

Erano tutti così caldi, amichevoli e utili durante il nostro soggiorno, e ci siamo sentiti veramente attenti. Il resort è solo poche settimane nuove, quindi tutto si sente fresco, pulito e pulito. Abbiamo prenotato due camere con vista sulla montagna al livello 3, entrambe erano spaziose, molto pulite e attrezzate con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Il set di tè giornaliero e le bevande solari erano un bel gesto e rendevano il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Il resort è situato su una cortina, ma ci sono due corteggi convenienti a piedi verso la strada principale. Si tratta di una passeggiata 5-minute a Sun Plaza, dove possiamo facilmente accedere alla macchina monorail e cavo a Fansipan. Molti ristoranti, e caffè a piedi. E' stato anche molto conveniente trovare una tomba in qualsiasi luogo. Ma ciò che ci era stato davvero in mente era come il personale andava oltre quanto ci aspettavamo, e Henry ci ha aiutato a contattare e a organizzare il nostro servizio di limuzina da Sapa a Hanoi. Quando mi serviva un trattamento dentale di emergenza, lui ha assistito personalmente a contattare e a contattare la clinica dentale. Quando mi sprayi il piede, Pink ha anche aiutato a contattare una clinica e a organizzare un raggio X per assicurarsi che non ci fosse frattura. Questi piccoli atti di cura ci hanno significato molto, soprattutto quando viaggiavano. Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.
