Vietnam: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Provincia di Lao Cai

Ho ricevuto un servizio di upgrade della camera come una grande opportunità per una bellissima vista. Anche se ha piovuto, ho trascorso una giornata fantastica con una vista meravigliosa e sono deluso. Sarebbe stato fantastico se il tempo fosse stato bello, ma anche se piove ed è un po' nuvoloso Bella vista e nessuna comunicazione in vietnamita Abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio per fornire il miglior servizio utilizzando l'inglese e il linguaggio del corpo. Mi hanno aiutato a utilizzare le strutture comodamente. La colazione non è un pasto a buffet. Te lo portano quando ordini, così puoi goderti una varietà di uova. Puoi mangiare quanto vuoi senza appesantirti, come frutta, yogurt e spaghetti di riso. Ho potuto fare una colazione rinfrescante con una vista fantastica. La migliore sistemazione! Altamente raccomandato se andate a Sapa:)

**Un hotel spettacolare, un'oasi di pace nel centro di Sapa** Abbiamo trascorso cinque notti in questo hotel e nel complesso è stata un'esperienza davvero molto positiva. La struttura è spettacolare, con un design estremamente particolare e curato nei minimi dettagli. Sembra quasi di trovarsi sul set di un film! La posizione è perfetta, centralissima e comodissima anche per visitare il Fansipan, grazie all'accesso diretto alla funicolare dall'interno dell'hotel. Uno degli aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato di più è il contrasto tra il caos delle strade di Sapa e la tranquillità che si respira all'interno. L'hotel è una vera oasi di pace, un ambiente accogliente e raffinato dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata di escursioni. La colazione, che non avevamo inclusa nella prenotazione, costa circa 15–17 € a persona. Il prezzo è piuttosto alto per gli standard locali, ma il buffet è enorme, molto vario e di ottima qualità. Meno convincente la caffetteria all'ingresso, Cacao: i prodotti sono buoni, ma alcuni dolci non sembravano freschissimi e i prezzi sono decisamente elevati rispetto alle alternative che si trovano appena fuori dall'hotel. Molto bella anche la piscina interna riscaldata, anche se qualche grado in più nell'acqua l'avrebbe resa decisamente più piacevole. Un altro aspetto positivo è la presenza di sauna e bagno turco, gratuiti ma poco pubblicizzati. Si trovano nella zona spa, in ambienti separati per uomini e donne, e bisogna avvisare il personale circa 30 minuti prima per farli preparare. La sauna arriva fino a 90 °C e gli ambienti, rivestiti in marmo, sono davvero belli. Unico difetto: nel bagno turco il calore può diventare eccessivo, soprattutto perché manca la possibilità di rinfrescare le sedute con dell'acqua. In generale, i prezzi dei servizi sono piuttosto elevati rispetto a quelli di Sapa, ma anche il livello della struttura e l'esperienza offerta sono decisamente superiori alla media. Un hotel particolare, elegante e rilassante, che consigliamo assolutamente e nel quale torneremmo volentieri.

Can I first mention the excellent Mai Anh Giang at reception who made my trip so memorable. Not only did she suggest things to do, she even let me try the local alcohol! I enjoyed swimming at night here and the view is awesome. Unfortunately, there are no local shops nearby. So if you are half working/travelling like I was. You kind of need to go into town which is overpriced and actually lacking in basic stuff. Another suggestion; at night it’s great to chill on the roof, but they don’t do cocktails. Just a small thing!

La posizione era davvero buona, vicino a tutto e alla città senza essere troppo vicino al rumore ecc. (Basta salire a piedi sulla collina) Il servizio e il personale erano super gentili, felici e gentili. Anche il massaggio era molto buono e allo stesso prezzo dell'esterno. Our group of four found our stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel truly exceptional, from the moment we booked two rooms. The service was impeccable from the outset; staff promptly assisted with our luggage, offered complimentary warm tea, and ensured a seamless check-in process. The rooms themselves were a picture of cleanliness, spaciousness, and pristine comfort. One of our rooms even offered a breathtaking valley view, though inclement weather regrettably limited our enjoyment of it. A personal highlight was the thoughtful provision of toiletries, particularly the ample tissue paper and the diverse selection of towels—body, face, and hand. Both rooms boasted reliable hot and cold showers with consistently strong water pressure. While the breakfast buffet may not have offered the vast variety found in some other establishments, the Pho was an absolute revelation. It became a daily eagerly anticipated delight, largely thanks to the wonderfully warm and kind lady who meticulously prepared it and, as a bonus, cooked excellent eggs. A minor observation, perhaps, is that for extended stays, the breakfast selection might eventually feel somewhat repetitive, yet its overall quality remained consistently high. Unfortunately, the cold and rainy weather prevented us from experiencing many of the hotel's amenities, including the pool. However, I did manage to utilize the gym. Though somewhat minimalist, it offered a comprehensive full-body workout with fairly new and meticulously maintained equipment. A true bonus was the ability to exercise while soaking in the majestic mountain views and a captivating sea of clouds. A slight discrepancy was noted regarding outdated information; a pamphlet mentioned a 4 PM tea break, which, upon inquiry, was no longer offered. They also offer a massage, sauna, and jacuzzi but we were not able to try them. The hotel's location is highly convenient, offering easy access to Sun Plaza and a host of iconic spots and cafes. It's worth noting that the hotel sits on an uphill slope, and the shortcut to Sun Plaza involves a few flights of stairs, which might pose a challenge for some guests. Nonetheless, a nearby mini-mart provides convenient access to essentials, beverages, and snacks. In conclusion, despite enduring a storm and adverse weather throughout much of our Sapa visit, the Azalea Sapa Hotel and its dedicated staff transformed what could have been a dreary experience into one of comfort and genuine satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Ho soggiornato due notti al Sapa Bamboo Hotel. La posizione era fantastica, con molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze. Alcune attrazioni come la Chiesa di Pietra, Sapa Square, il Museo di Sapa, Sun Plaza e Moana sono raggiungibili a piedi (5-15 minuti). La colazione era deliziosa. Il personale era disponibile e cortese. Le strutture sono generalmente pulite e ben tenute, ad eccezione dei bagni della piscina che necessitano di miglioramenti. Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno in hotel.

(Visited over Easter 2026) The experience has honesly be extrodinary and I'd say this is one of the most personal service I have experienced in my travels. The hotel itself was beautiful as you would expect from the Garrya and Banyan Tree group. However it's the dedicated team who goes above and beyond that makes the experience so forgettable. Chung and his team has really cultivated a culture where the team not only listens, but actively making your stay as perfect as possible. There are many occasions where my casual comments had turned into their missions to make it happen. Not only is the team professional, but also knowledgeable. I was particular impressed by Trung's (Front of House) of clocking my stay at the Hotel de la Coupole in Sapa (I was carrying their paper bag) and knowing that its the same interior architect, Bill Bensley who also designed my favourite hotel Intercontintal Danang (My work is interiors related). It is moment like this you know you will be well looked after. That is on top of everything else he has done for me during my stay. Meanwhile the F&B Team has also done a great job and making me feel welcome no matter where I am. Notible mentioned are (excuse my spelling from now on) Ivesh, Skritee although young in this hotel, were eager to engage and learn. Meanwhile Minh and Thrugye at Refresh and Charcoal were always ready to help. On my last day I also had the pleasure of meeting the F&B Manager whom as I was in a hurry and her name slipped my mind. It was very thoughtful of her preparing a pastry box for me knowing I have a 6 hr journey back to the airport. Garrya Mu Cang Chai really is the golden standard of hospitality. It is rare to see such dedication especially for a destination hotel which you don't often get a lot of returining customers. I truely wish the team well and I am looking forward to coming back to experience a different season in the region. Siamo entrati alle 7:00 e abbiamo bisogno di rimanere e lasciare i bagagli. Sono così felice di essere arrivato all'hotel su google! La bella signora alla reception ci ha ordinato e ci ha permesso di entrare presto, per poterci fare una doccia prima di una raccolta di attività alle 7:30. Non potevo più godermi questa proprietà! E’ stupendo!!!! Anche se le parti sono ancora in costruzione non si toglie dall’esperienza. Solo stupendo! Eravamo grati di ricevere un aggiornamento della stanza, perché ci sono solo pochi ospiti. La colazione è fantastica! La cena è fantastica! La piscina, stupendo. Indicazione speciale a Dhu (credo che sia il suo nome), ha preso il tempo di parlare con noi mentre aspettavamo la cena, se è l'unica persona vietnamita che hai incontrato, è una grande rappresentanza! Non posso dire abbastanza su questo posto, così grazie!
