Beautiful, fully-equipped and recently renovated, two-bedroom, 1700-square-foot, duplex condominium in Saint Croix, the largest and most varied of the US Virgin Islands.The condominium is in great condition, but the most stunning feature is the unobstructed view from its living room and outside balcony: the town of Christiansted one mile down an undeveloped hillside, waves breaking over the coral reefs offshore, and an expanse of water ranging in color from turquoise to deep blue. Buck Island and its white beaches can be seen to the east, and, on the frequently clear days, so can Saint John and the British Virgin Islands, some 40 miles across the Caribbean to the north. Sailboats bob in the harbor and every hour throughout the day seaplanes can be seen taking off for the 20-minute flight to Saint Thomas.In addition to a colorful, fully-stocked kitchen, the unit includes a dining room, living room, and half bathroom on the upper floor, and two bedrooms - one of them a very big master with a separate vanity area - two full baths and an open air atrium on the lower level. The unit is perfect for a family of four to six, for two couples (assuming they get along), or for one couple who want a larger-than-usual space to themselves.But enough from me. Additional seating on balcony as well. Staircase to a large loft bedroom with king bed and bathroom with double sinks. Loft has its own balcony with seating and great ocean views. Have a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunset (new Keurig maker and a drip coffee maker as well).The complex has its own pool and restaurant called Coral Sea Cafe and Restaurant. Mill Harbour is part of condo row which includes 4 additional condo complexes. All beaches are public so you can walk down condo row and enjoy a meal at Breezes restaurant.Mill Harbour sand is about 300 feet from the condo. Please note the condo has a breakwall - you can walk into the water via a staircase but it isn't a traditional beach. There is sand and beach chairs and a pool and restaurant all for your use. There is a long stretch of beach right next to Miill Harbour where you can walk directly into the water or just take a nice walk. Mill Harbour is just 1.5 miles from the lovely town of Christiansted which boasts a beautiful harbor, many restaurants and bars. The island has much to offer including gorgeous beaches, beer drinking pigs, snorkeling, paddle boarding, scuba diving, charter fishing and amazing sunsets.Check in at 2:00.
