Hotel was very nice and the room felt like home. I didn’t like that it didn’t tell me if the room had a shower or tub even after putting the child’s age. That’s a little frustrating because it’s kind of hard to wash a 3year old up in a shower. My room was non-smoking but the room smelled like old smoke so I cleaned very good to get that smell out which wasn’t too bad at all. The staff who worked the night shift I have a few problems with. I don’t think she may be mean or a mean person but she’s definitely not a peoples person. Her attitude was very rude dry and cut-off. When asking her anything she made us feel like we were annoying her and she lied to our face about the room she put us in. She tried to say the room says shower only but couldn’t provide where it say that because it said or tub and I know when you arrive for check-in they will give you a room that’s available according to your reservation. There was no option for me to request or make sure a tub was in the room. She did pick up on us taking her interaction with us as rude and tried to make it somewhat better. She doesn’t smile and have a look on her that says I don’t want to be here or deal with this. I didn’t like that the description doesn’t match a lot of the things at this location and probably wouldn’t have booked here had I know they didn’t have no kid activities besides basketball and miniature golf. I love that it’s next to a lot of shopping stores and din-in and out restaurants that are walking distance. I just advice you to either contact the hotel or whoever you are booking certain details because this happened twice picking a room that’s available according can be giving with either one regardless of the child age.

Per noi la posizione era grande! Le camere erano pulite e i letti e le mutandine erano molto comodi. Il servizio, per la maggior parte, era molto buono, con l'unica eccezione di essere il gentiluomo che ha mantenuto il desk front al arrivo. Non amichevole. Il colazione era il tuo standard. Gli uova in polvere e il salsa o il bacon, e fare le tue waffle. Caffè, scelte di succo, bagagli e dolci in pacchetti. E'un buon pasto e fa un pasto veloce e conveniente. Il WIFI sul nostro piano era orribile! In questo giorno di età, questo è inaccettabile! Ho finito con l'ordinatore della zona del colazione per mettere in moto il nostro volo di partenza! La costruzione sta per essere data, ma c'era una costruzione in corso, quindi forse stanno aggiornando. Il bagno non aveva un fan o nessuna tovagliola. Purtroppo, sembra che la gente abbia usato il tappeto di cortina di doccia, perché si inclina verso il basso e si deve davvero fare gli aggiustamenti per evitare un pavimento bagnato. E' difficile entrare e uscire da questo bagno slippery. Il nostro serbatoio ha avuto un vuoto e spesso ha dovuto ricarrere l'acqua. Infine, l'HVAV è buono e anche alto. Ma se si è viaggiato molto, è piuttosto comune. Un'altra nota. Abbiamo deciso che non abbiamo bisogno di affitto e che avremmo usato Lyft/Uber. Ha funzionato bene, ma c'è raramente un'auto vicino. Abbiamo fatto in modo di poterci prendere. A causa della sua posizione e del fatto che era tipico di un hotel di questo ranking, mi fermerò di nuovo.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.

Ero li' per una conferenza di chiesa. La mia stanza non era pronta fino alle 4:00, ma con la partecipazione alla conferenza non c'era alcun problema. Ho parlato con Kevin, il direttore del dipartimento di registrazione diverse volte. Egli, insieme a tutto il suo personale, era personale, amichevole, cortese, in grado di accogliere e rispondere a qualsiasi domanda che avevo. La struttura era pulita, facevano delle pitture sulla strada principale (tutto era ben marcato) e, anche il pittore era amichevole. L’unico hiccup era che il bagno era estremamente stretto. Qualcuno più grande di me avrebbe avuto un tempo difficile di stare confortevole mentre prendeva una doccia.Tutto il centro, il centro conferenze, parcheggio garage, caffè e ristorante erano tutti grandi. Il cibo durante la nostra conferenza era buono e il personale di attesa (buffet, servito) era amichevole e professionale. Vorrei sicuramente raccomandare di rimanere e di avere le vostre funzioni in questo impianto.

Guida attraverso la strada, non è buono.

Il costo è abbastanza buono. Per un hotel di bilancio, la sicurezza è sufficiente. Non possiamo chiedere troppo.

Ci sorprendeva la dimensione della nostra suite di camera reale. Il frigorifero pieno era un enorme plus. È stato necessario prestare attenzione al tessuto nell’area della camera da letto, perché ci sono (come sembrava) tinture di salsa di pomodoro e una tintura di succo. Anche la materna era più morbida di quanto ci abituiamo, ma non era male. Penso che sia la prima stanza d'albergo che abbia mai entrato e l'a/c era in realtà in funzione e la stanza era bella e fredda. Il colazione era un normale colazione alberghiero, con succo d'arancia. Mio marito ha detto: ”Usano uova reali, non cartone o polvere.” Quando sono un fine settimana di vacanza, hanno avuto problemi a mantenere la domanda/l'offerta di colazione. È rumore di notte fino a mezzanotte con auto e moto che volano verso l'alto/sotto il basso. La musica è anche molto alta. Non posso dire abbastanza sul personale del dipartimento frontale. Matt era molto gentile quando ci siamo accolti, e anche lui è arrivato in camera perché non riuscivamo a capire la TV della camera da letto. È solo un giro di 3-4 a circa un minuto per il Presque Island State Park. In tutto ciò, considererei di rimanere qui di nuovo.

Questa era una prima esperienza di classe!! Da parcheggio e campanelli di valle quando siamo arrivati alla splendida stanza e vista!! Super cool servizi, abbiamo davvero goduto la piscina, eccezionale!! Noi consigliamo di andare a Mount Airy e ci aspettiamo di tornare di nuovo! Scrivi al personale incredibile dell'hotel per essere molto utile e accogliente!

I originally booked for the one bedroom king suite but when i arrived it wasn’t available so i got upgraded to the skyline suite and it was excellent !
