The stay was nice. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. They need to add a few more items for breakfast. There were only scrambled eggs and sausage links. There were no biscuits or bacon, I would take away the sausage links and add sausage patties.

When we arrived we proceeded to stand in line behind the ONLY other person in the check in line and that was also standing behind the lady checking in, in front of the ONLY person sitting at the check in desk. After a few minutes another man walked up behind us. The lady in front of us was called to the desk and then another lady walked up into the entrance on the other side of us. I was next but instead of calling me up she asked if I was VIP. I wasn't so she told me that I was in the VIP line and had to wait until the lady that had JUST walked up was finished before she could take me..... WAIT - WHAT??? There were NO SIGNS stating this line is for the people who are more important, the guy behind us even asked where was the sign stating that this was a VIP line. We asked for a manager, but she also dismissed the situation and said that she knows that the lines are not marked (so somehow we are supposed to know) and she was SORRY that it was a mix up. All of a sudden it was important that there be more than 1 person sitting at the desk. Neither of the two photos say VIP.

È un tipico hotel di passaggio per un viaggio on the road. Perfetto per una notte in cui hai solo bisogno di un posto dove dormire. Molte scelte per la cena nelle vicinanze e un Walmart.

Grande posizione di soggiorno per notte appena fuori I-22. Facile da arrivare e tornare a viaggiare la mattina successiva. Camera pulita e confortevole. Buon colazione calda servito abbastanza presto per godersi e tornare sulla strada.

LLisaWe never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor.
Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!!
I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog.
When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

UUtente ospiteThe grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era in una posizione fantastica. Ci erano molti ristoranti e negozi. Il giovane che ci ha controllato era molto piacevole e amichevole. Non ho mangiato all'hotel perché il colazione era molto costoso, e ho viaggiato con diverse persone, così non potevo permettermi di pagare il prezzo per tutti. Ho sempre soggiornato a Holiday Inn e non ho mai dovuto pagare il colazione. La stanza era bella, ma la persona che era nella stanza, davanti o dietro di me, fumava tutta la notte. Ho tosse e scivolato a causa del fumo di sigaretta. Ho cercato di coprire la testa, ho letto sull'altra parte del letto, ma non ha aiutato. Quando ho lasciato la ragazza al di fuori del desk non era così amichevole, lavorava su qualcosa sul computer e si teneva la testa a terra per molto tempo prima di chiedermi finalmente, poteva aiutarmi. Non mi ha mai chiesto di stare in giro. Ho avuto domande sulle mie fatture che non erano state spiegate prima di prenotare l'hotel, mi ha spiegato le varie tasse, anche se, non sono del tutto d'accordo con loro.

UUtente ospiteUn po'di delusione.Abbiamo capito che il check-in era alle 4:00. Tuttavia, al momento dell'arrivo, la nostra stanza non era pronta e dovevamo aspettare più di un'ora. In qualche modo non avevano abbastanza personale per pulire le camere che erano ovviamente vacanti alle 11:00, come ho capito, era il momento di verificare. Quando finalmente abbiamo avuto la nostra stanza al quinto piano, abbiamo trovato molteplici camere disponibili che avevano bisogno di pulire. Presumiamo che avessero bisogno di pulire perché le porte erano state lasciate aperte. In realtà abbiamo preso un picco all'interno. Devo dire, devo dar loro credito. Ci hanno dato cena o colazione gratuita. Non potevamo davvero sfruttare l'offerta da quando siamo entrati nella nostra stanza, abbiamo preso a giocare a Beau Rivage. Il nostro colazione è venuto con la nostra prenotazione.

Unfortunately, mid-shift only has one staff member working the desk and they were not available for 20-25 minutes upon arrival due to helping other customers upstairs. The room was clean, but the sink was slow draining and almost overflowing. Front desk did make maintenance aware so it would be fixed for the next customers who occupy that room. There was quite a bit of dust on the access panel to the tub right beside the toilet. Most disappointing is that the printer in the lobby/lounge area doesn’t work and I needed to print documents for a training I was attending. Overall I will stay here again, mostly because of the staffs cheerful disposition and willingness to assure my stay is the best.

This location did not meet our expectations ,
The rooms were not the same as the photos which was disappointing not the end of the world .
The first room we received was covered in lady bugs , and smelled like dead bugs , there was a nest of them in the corner of the room as well as many dead ones all over the room.
The kind lady at the front desk got us another room , but the new room was not very clean , there was lots of hair all in the shower and all over the bathroom,
After being on the road for 12 hours we cut our losses and went to sleep .
I have stayed at many Hiltons and this was honestly the dirtiest one I have seen so far . Very disappointed .

MMegann PatrickIl personale era bello, soprattutto l’uomo che era lì le mattine. La TV e il telefono non lavoravano nella prima stanza, quindi ci hanno trasferiti in un’altra stanza. La seconda stanza era buona in generale, ma il deadbolt non si è trasformato/non ha funzionato, quindi è stato incomfortabile. Il colazione continentale era di waffle, cereali, yogurt, pasticceria, caffè e succo. In alcuni luoghi, soprattutto nel bagno della prima stanza, c'era un odore sgradevole, ma credo che potrebbe essere da un prodotto di pulizia.

The only complaint is the armbands. Our kids armbands broke while going down the waterside the first day we were there, and through our stay we noticed multiple people that have lost theirs. If you're going to charge $50 for loosing it, they need to be more durable. I find this extremely unreasonable since they obviously break very easily.
