Тихий отель, на вершине города. До центра 15 минут пешком, до замка минут 20. Но нужно быть готовым к ходьбе по лестницам и крутым дорогам.
Невероятно красивый вид, поэтому стоит брать номер с панорамными окнами.
Завтрак проходит в ресторане с видом на бухту. Есть открытая терраса.
Каждый день одинаковый набор: яйца(жаренные/вареные) тарелка сыров, оливки, маслины, апельсины, масло, картошка, трубочка с творогом, хлебная корзина и чай/кофе. За два дня не надоело, но если оставать дольше, то наскучит, хотя всё вкусное и горячее.
В бассейне не купались, так как холодно. Рядом есть хамам и сауна, а так же спортивный инвентарь.

Questo è un ottimo hotel per una vacanza. Situato vicino al mare. Il personale è molto utile! La pulizia è stata fatta ogni due giorni, la camera è grande, la doccia è grande. C'è un negozio vicino, un fermo di autobus, e si può facilmente andare al centro. Era il nostro miglior hotel per questa vacanza. I gatti visitavano costantemente il balcone)

L'infrastruttura è fantastica. Ci sono piscina al piano di sotto, ci sono molti tipi di camere simili a piccoli palazzi, la porta porta una piscina, e il proprio ristorante rosso al piano di sotto. Non chiamare il villaggio vacanze, e il giardino non vuole muoversi all'hotel!

Il personale è uno dei più poveri durante il mio viaggio in Turchia, si può sentire molto robotica. Non si sente benvenuto a tutti, ma la stanza è davvero carina come si vede sulle foto. Bfast è grande con molte scelte. La posizione è grande perché è vicino a tutto lo yacht e la vecchia città. Da balcone della nostra stanza abbiamo la vista della marina.
Ps: quando ho prenotato la stanza ho visto un swing in web, ma la stanza che ho soggiornato non ne ha uno.

A very beautiful, calming hotel.
On the entering it feels almost colonial, the young man greeted us with drinks and bottles of water, he was very passionate about the service.
The reception desk was neat and the receptionist greeted us warmly.
The room was beautiful and decorated to a high standard.
My son’s room was as beautiful , and had a balcony with lounging chairs overlooking the marina.
The pool area was clean, inviting and relaxing.

Отель с достаточно новым ремонтом, всё чистое, свежее, вода в душе отлично идёт, кровати удобные, есть лифт, WF хороший, холодильник с морозилкой. Номер наш состоял из двух комнаток с двумя балконами, с одного из которых видно море. Завтрак отличный, разнообразие. До моря идти 2 минуты. Единственное, что если вы чутко спите, то небольшая проблема в том, что под окнами поют караоке и прочая музыка гремит, но нам это не помешало. Одна грусть, что я забыла в номере на балконе часть своего любимого купальника, эх.

Booked the hotel because of its proximity to airport and beach access.
The sea was during my visit dirty as the wind/waves transported debris.
The variety of food and the cleanliness of breakfast and lunch tables needs to be improved.
The young service crew speaks quite good English.
The reception service and the Baklava in the evening were top.

Jash Bedrooms is a large family home situated close to the centre of Gulluk and a short walk to a CarrefourSA Supermarket, the Polat Global Beach Cafe and the ”corniche” road which links all Gulluk's beaches and marinas.
Location is ideal for all that Gulluk has to offer.
The balconied and fly screen protected rooms, which are equipped with free wi-fi, air-conditioning, en-suite wet room facilities and satellite television are spotlessly clean and comfortable.
Complementary toiletries and bath towels are provided.
A small swimming pool in the garden is also available to guests.
Prices are extremely reasonable and the friendly family go the extra mile to make a stay at their home a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The facilities at Jash Bedrooms comprise honest value for money and whilst there can be no realistic comparison with those provided in five star hotels, I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.
Jash Bedrooms is a welcome change from the corporate competition, with the added bonus that Gulluk is a ten minute taxi trip from the airport.

Last time, everything with manager Halil was resolved on a positive note and very quickly. The attention, tact and care with which he treated each client can only be given as an example. He was the soul of this hotel, but unfortunately, he is not working there now. With his attitude to work, he increased the sales of the hotel, such employees are worth appreciating! Now there is no welcome plate with fruits, the pool is not heated, there are no sun loungers on the beach (last year there were), the announced transfer is not provided (for a fee), room cleaning is carried out only on request, but no more than once every 3 days, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired (floors are not washed, detergents funds are not added, bed linen is not changed). If you are coming for a long time, take care of a kitchen towel, rags, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. In any case, if you accept and take into account the disadvantages, your stay will be comfortable. I recommend that you stop.

Il proprietario parla anche molto bene inglese. Non devi preoccuparti dei problemi linguistici.
La stanza è pulita, non ho dato punti completi perché abbiamo pulito il pavimento della terrazza da soli, perché era molto polvere (penso che questo sia ok, perché si fa polvere dopo 2 giorni) e i bordi della porta della cella doccia non sono stati completamente puliti.
Devi salire sulla collina rigida e il posto è alla fine di esso. Pertanto, avete una grande vista; tuttavia, questo significa anche che molte auto passeranno e alti. Non devi preoccuparti del suono durante il sonno, perché la finestra sigilla i suoni. Ci sono e-lovers che possono anche bloccare le luci al mattino. (Mi consiglio di alzarsi presto e godere la bella vista mattinata.
Puoi cucinare lì, ma si dovrebbe certamente preparare un coltello da cucina portatile.
È anche vicino alla stazione di dolmus (autobus locale) e il miglior caffè (La Farine & Patisserie) che abbiamo trovato in tutta la zona turistica.

CCerenErcanThe hotel was in a great location. The local minibuses pass just in front of the hotel entrance. Everything was clean: the room, pool, bathroom. The hotel has a restaurant whose food is to die for. Plus, the restaurant offers a 10% discount to the hotel guests.
I booked a studio suite for my family and it was well-equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and even a washing machine.
The only downside I could think of may be the beach which is not amazing considering the stunning coastline of Turkiye and the pool is rather small. So if you are looking for a full on beach holiday, Turunc may not be the best bet.
We were looking for a late summer holiday with evening and morning walks, lovely food and a sea time. Thus, it was the best holiday we could ask for. In early September, the town wasn't crawling but still lively. Not too hot so we did even enjoy the noon at the beach and enjoyed our dinners by the sea with a bottle of delicious wine without having to book in advance.
We cannot thank them enough

MMiladOne of the best home stays we have stayed at in our lives. So clean and nice and everything thought off. Ozgur our host was a remarkable gentleman who guided and took care of us every step of the way. It was just a brilliant stay. Rooms were large and perfect. Wish we had stayed longer but hopefully another time. The only issue would be the location for those without their own transport as it is away from town in the hills. But if u do have ur own transport u will not find anything as good as this in perhaps all of Türkiye. We are on a road trip and I can guarantee u will not be disappointed here. We stayed in July 2025. Hopefully they keep it this way. Fantastic breakfast freshly served and made for each guest. It just doesn’t get better. Great job and wish the owners all the very best always. Thanks for the wonderful stay. 🙂🥂

CCynthia991The location was good, near the beach where you could easily find restaurants there. The room was clean, decent in size with a balcony. The most disappointing part was the bathroom. It was small with poor ventilation, so it was very humid. The shower cabin was super tiny. Water could not come up to the hand shower head because of water leakage in the hose. The rain shower head could be used but difficult to adjust the temperature of the water.
Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the reception. He spoke good English, very polite and attentive. He showed us the rooms and served us a fruit platter when we checked in. Service was excellent.
Breakfast was good for food but bad for coffee. Only instant coffee was provided and the taste of the coffee was so bad.
