Giappone: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Prefettura di Hyōgo

Очень понравилось жить в этом рекане! Отличное местоположение, высокий уровень сервиса, очень вкусные ужин и завтрак. Мы были в восторге от общественных онсенов, онсен внутри рекана тоже очень понравился - здорово, что есть возможность зайти утром и погреться перед отъездом.  Особенным плюсом для нас было, что в рекане разрешается проживание для гостей с татуировками. Огромное вам спасибо за ваше гостеприимство! В следующеем нашем путешествии обязательно остановимся здесь снова 🤗

Overall, our stay was good, especially the location. The room is a bit old but still well maintained. However, we were not happy with one aspect of the service. A staff member (possibly a manager or senior from the F&B team) was not very professional and came across as quite rude. He physically blocked us from entering the breakfast area without listening to our explanation. We clearly mentioned that our friend was already inside and had a table, and we were just trying to confirm the table number. However, he insisted we go to Level 1 for breakfast and did not allow us to explain further. We had to go back and forth between the lift, trying to contact our friend, which was quite frustrating. Only after we showed him a photo did he finally allow us to enter. What surprised us most was that the restaurant was actually quite empty, with many available tables. We don’t understand why we were told it was full and asked to go elsewhere. We hope the hotel can improve staff communication and professionalism to avoid similar situations in the future.

Grande resort w amazing spring, un soggiorno gratuito w flusso gratuito di bevande e snacks. Nota che non ci sono negozi o ristoranti convenienti vicino, l'unica opzione è il ristorante buffet dell'hotel che costa quasi 9 mila yen per pac. Meglio portare dei biscotti e del cibo.

Very nice Japanese hotel with good service and facilities (public hot spring bath where women and men are separate and several private hot spring baths that I recommend to book in advance). We also had an amazing massage in the hotel spa. The down side would be that the hotel doesn't offer western beds (only Japansese futons) and that the personnel doesn't speak very good English (but are very nice and are trying their best to help)

Excellent location - you can even go to the downtown on foot. Right on the Shin-Kobe station, which means 5mins walking from Shinkansen. Super beautiful city lights in the evening. Strongly recommended!

Era l'ultimo giorno della mia famiglia e del viaggio di famiglia di mio nipote.. Il personale era amichevole e le strutture erano così pulite e belle. La posizione dell'ostello è troppo alta in cima alla montagna, quindi se non lo noleggi, è un po' fastidioso uscire dall'ostello. Era un stile di buffet, ma era ok. Era un alloggio tranquillo che volevo visitare di nuovo se avessi una possibilita'.

Nice hotel but need renovation or refurbishment. Hotel was located near to the port, view from our room was fantastic. The breakfast was very nice, they even serve beef burger and fresh orange juice. Lobby lift area has a very good smell. Hotel has private car park with a rate of 1700 yen per day if not mistaken.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The onsen facilities, along with the provided Japanese bath suits and slippers, added a delightful touch to the experience. The breakfast buffet featured a variety of healthy Japanese options, which I found both satisfying and nourishing. Additionally, the view of Kobe Tower from my room was a charming highlight. The hotel's design reflects a refined minimalistic luxury, creating an elegant and calming environment. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and traditional Japanese hospitality.

*리뷰이벤트 후기 이런 거 아님, 여기는 내가 시간을 들여서라도 리뷰해준다 마인드로 작성 중 어머니 데리고 효도 여행으로 좋은 료칸 찾아보다가 갔는데 방은 끝내주게 좋고 일하시는 분들이 정말 너무너무 친절하게 극빈 대접을 해주시고 욕탕은 대욕탕과 야외탕 이렇게 2개로 나뉘어 지는데 탕도 넓고 야외탕은 시원해서 오래 즐기기 좋았고 특히 석식이 미치게 맛있었다. 리뷰 사진에는 제 최애였던 고배규 구이만 올렸지만 10가지 정도 코스가 계속 밀려들어오는데 야채 러버 어머니와 고기 러버 아들이 모두 만족했던 환상적인 코스였습니다. 일반 숙박이랑 별 차이 안 나니까 조식, 석식 무조건 추가하세요.

La posizione non è difficile da trovare con segnali chiari e corretto Google Navi - ventondo sulla strada montana ma gestibile (in strada giù, anche se Google ci ha portato a una strada privata ma non è rilevante qui). L'edificio è magnifico - un po' scomodo trascinare il bagaglio dalla macchina alla stanza se avete molto. Abbiamo tenuto la grande borsa in macchina e solo portato ciò che ci serviva per la notte. L'atteggiamento della signora del desk front era un po' freddo. Non c'è nessun servizio Futon, ma ci ha sconvolti un po' che abbiamo dovuto mettere il futon nella stanza Tatami. Tutti gli hotel Ryokans/Jhalf Board che abbiamo andato a ricevere il servizio Futon durante il pranzo. Anche la stanza era fredda e non potevamo riscaldare l'A/C; forse non c'era una funzione di riscaldamento? Ci era anche un rumore forte in alcuni punti (era ventricolare quel giorno), ma grazie alla buona parte qualcuno l'ha fissata prima di andare a letto. La colazione e la cena sono buone, e il servizio di pranzo è buono.
