Giappone: hotel con piscine nella provincia di Prefettura di Hyōgo

In assoluto il miglior soggiorno finora nei miei 15 giorni in Giappone e il servizio è davvero impeccabile. Sono stato in Giappone in diversi viaggi da solo e questo è senza dubbio uno degli hotel più memorabili. Il personale è davvero gentile e la vista dalla camera è incredibile. La camera in cui mi hanno fatto l'upgrade parla da sola: un bagno bellissimo e servizi davvero ottimi. Sebbene l'hotel sia situato fuori dalla terraferma, è disponibile un servizio ferroviario portuale e anche un servizio navetta gratuito per due delle principali stazioni nell'area di Kobe. Un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

酒店面積很大，房間亦很大和舒適，窗外向着明石海峽大橋，風景非常優美。酒店餐廳有很多，有日式西式，餐廳向着海景大橋，環境很優美，價錢亦不貴。設施非常多，自己擁有教堂，可舉行大型婚禮，接待處亦很有氣派，我們查過有泳池，但是7月25號才開，浪費了我們的泳衣。但酒店附近仿如郊區很少食肆，要行路到火車站，才找到超市食店，有少許不方便。

The location was great for going around the sea side such as harbor land. The hotel is also one of the iconic hotel nearby the port island. This had made me excited to stay, however, there are a lot of problems. For example, they had “eco-friendly” cleaning. This means they wouldn’t change anything except towel the entire 3 days. Furthermore, the hotel did not had adapter for charging, as well the room did not have USB port, the lack of amenities is also concerning. The air con is also very warm (?) apparently, half the hotel room is shut down because of aircon check. But overall, employee were nice and it was a fair stay. The big problem is the price is way too high considering what it has to offer especially in a city like Kobe where prices should be lower than major cities

overall I am more disappointed and dissatisfied with Trip.com. The email I received from Trip.com and the info shown my booking was to check in at 3pm and to check out at 11am but I was told by the hotel that ai booked a short stay rate so I was only allowed to check in at 5pm and check out at 9am the next day. so I guess Trip.com has made the profit from me by lying?

Great resort w amazing hot spring, a free lounge w free flow of drinks and snacks. note that there’s no convenient stores or restaurants nearby, the only option is hotel’s buffet restaurant that cost almost 9 thousand yen per pax. Better bring some snacks and food.

It was great location and facilities as well as the staffs are amazing! The hotel location is perfect, I will go back again in future. Except that the room we were staying on a second booking it's 19th floor opposite elevator area and at night had some noises, loud bang, continuously and the staff informed us that it was a sound from heater system on the upper floor. The noise was loud enough to woke us up from a deep sleep. Staff on the night shift solved the issue by giving us new room just to sleep, few doors away. It was quite enough for us to fall asleep and walked back to our original room to shower and check out. and then in the morning we checked out, the staff was just making a straight face saying sorry about that. I do understand that the morning staff can't do anything else excavations saying sorry but that wasn't a Japanese service mind action I used to experience. Thank you to clerk. Watanabe for assisting me through the double booking and giving us a request we asked on the first day. Kobe port view was amazing, we loved it so much.

It’s very nice view from the balcony and felt relax all the time.Also it’s quiet and comfortable bed so I fell in asleep in the middle of the night. I love this atmosphere around the hotel cuz there’re ocean and flower park nearby the place so I could relax hearing the sound of ocean waves in the night. Definitely I would love to come back here again.

Posso iniziare a usarlo comodamente da un'ingresso educata!Scegli il mio design di vestiti preferito è interessante! Non posso mangiare in camera perché ho bisogno di contattarci in anticipo, ma il posto per cena è un posto molto pulito e moderno.Installare una vecchia macchina da gioco, posso giocare sulla tavola di gioco per la prima volta che ho visto per molto tempo. Vivo in una stanza giapponese, ho un panorama del mare, ma il tramonto e l'alba sono molto bellissimi. Ciò che conta è che anche se sono rimasto nella stanza, ho sentito la voce del mare, che mi fa sentire molto rilassato. Il più impressionante di questo hotel è il cibo.Le pesce vivo sono molto deliziose, sono molto soddisfatto! Ci sono colazione di auto-supporto e stile giapponese e occidentale, il punto di cucina è delizioso! Posso andare dall'hotel alla spiaggia subito, quindi anche se sono stanca, mi piace! Il personale è anche molto educato, questo è un hotel che voglio davvero restare di nuovo!

ホテルニューアワジグループと言う事でグループ内のお宿の大浴場も利用する事が出来て良かったです。18時30分迄はお船で移動出来たり送迎用の車が利用出来、手ぶらで行けると聞き、是非友人にもオススメしたいです。ホテルの従業員の方々の接客も素晴らしかったです。

Questo dovrebbe essere l'hotel più economico nel lavoro di architettura di Anxiang. Il principale è un rapporto di prezzo ottimale. La cucina condizionata nel tipo di camera a loft è molto buona. La piastra è completa. L'esperienza di massaggio nel bagno superiore è anche molto buona. L'unica lacuna è che non si può vedere il mare nella stanza, Non posso vedere la stanza unica dell'oceano che ha vissuto prima. Il giardino può camminare fuori e andare a piedi. Un po'di dispiacere. Il colazione fornito dall'hotel è abbastanza delizioso e un centimetro di riso è finito.
