I recently had the pleasure of staying at Munakata Resort Hotel during my visit to Munakata, Fukuoka, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. This charming hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect, offering a serene atmosphere, impeccable service, and a memorable stay. First and foremost, the location of Munakata Resort Hotel is simply idyllic. Situated at 651-2 Konominato, it provides a peaceful retreat surrounded by the natural beauty of Munakata. The hotel is nestled amidst lush greenery and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. It felt like a hidden oasis, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff, who made me feel instantly at ease. Their genuine hospitality and personalized service left a lasting impression. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The accommodation at Munakata Resort Hotel was exceptional. It was a typical Japanese city centre hotel… small and comfortable, but I am not sure why they call themselves a five star hotel because it lacked a certain finesse. The roof top pool was ok, the room was small and the breakfast was average… it was ok, but I would say look for another hotel for this kind of money, I am sure you can get a better option.

La stanza è molto spaziosa con una bella vista sulla città, la stanza può anche dormire per 3 persone. Il bagno è pulito anche se è un vecchio stile e design con bagno. La colazione ha cibo occidentale e giapponese, le uova hanno qualche modo di cucinare e le consegnare alla tavola dopo l'ordine.Il servizio è buono. Questo hotel è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e si trova in mezzo al passaggio che collega l'hotel e la stazione. Il parcheggio è disponibile gratuitamente in hotel, che è molto conveniente per gli ospiti con le auto.

Adorava assolutamente il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Okura. Mani in basso il miglior hotel giapponese che abbiamo soggiornato! Il personale era incredibilmente gentile, e ci piaceva la spaziosa camera e tutte le attrezzature erano facilmente disponibili - anche confortevoli scarpe da letto, asciugamani di fronte (sì di fronte, che sono molto rari in hotel giapponesi) e due asciugamani per capelli. Il bagno aveva spazio per me per la cura della pelle e la maquillatura, e la pasta dentale era buona (non mi piaceva molto di altre paste dentali in altri hotel giapponesi), ma anche le mutandine per lavare la bocca erano di ceramica con bel design floreale. Ci sono abbastanza ganci nel bagno per mettere anche i nostri vestiti sporchi e puliti. Adoro le tende di sfondo e anche che la luce del bagno non inonda l'intera stanza con la luce (comune negli hotel giapponesi), così il mio hubby poteva continuare a dormire mentre sono pronto per il giorno. Il personale era anche gentile e ci salutava ogni volta che passavamo, portavamo il nostro bagaglio nella nostra stanza d'albergo e facilitava un processo di check-in e check-out senza saldatura.

La posizione è comoda, soprattutto per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Tuttavia, se viaggiate con molti bagagli, la passeggiata di 15 minuti dalla stazione all'hotel può risultare un po' faticosa. L'hotel ha lunghi corridoi con moquette e, con il servizio di self-service per il deposito bagagli, raggiungere la propria camera può sembrare piuttosto impegnativo. Il lato positivo è che l'aeroporto è molto vicino: prendere un taxi costa meno di 20 dollari, il che lo rende un'opzione rapida e comoda. Inoltre, in stazione ci sono molti ristoranti, il che rende molto comodo mangiare.

We only stayed for a night but we had such an amazing stay. The kind staff upgraded us to a suite which looked great facing the ocean. The room was spacious and clean, all amenities that you need were provided. Free parking was available directly outside the hotel. Would come back again!

5 star review Grand Hyatt Fukuoka was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel is directly connected to Canal City Hakata, which makes it extremely convenient for shopping, dining and walking around Fukuoka. The location is excellent, especially for tourists who want everything nearby without needing to travel too far. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed and a relaxing atmosphere after a long day out. Service from the hotel staff was professional, polite and attentive throughout the stay. Check in and check out were smooth, and the overall hospitality felt premium. Overall, Grand Hyatt Fukuoka gave us a very pleasant 5 star hotel experience. Great location, comfortable room and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fukuoka.

A very pleasant stay! The staffs are accommodating to guests needs and creature comforts. Though the kitchen utensils should be included in the room without any additional charge. In all; staffs were pleasant and professional. I like it. I recommend this place.
