I recently had the pleasure of staying at Munakata Resort Hotel during my visit to Munakata, Fukuoka, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. This charming hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect, offering a serene atmosphere, impeccable service, and a memorable stay. First and foremost, the location of Munakata Resort Hotel is simply idyllic. Situated at 651-2 Konominato, it provides a peaceful retreat surrounded by the natural beauty of Munakata. The hotel is nestled amidst lush greenery and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. It felt like a hidden oasis, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff, who made me feel instantly at ease. Their genuine hospitality and personalized service left a lasting impression. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The accommodation at Munakata Resort Hotel was exceptional. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and meticulously maintained. The comfortable bed and luxurious amenities provided a true sense of relaxation and indulgence. Early check in was not possible but the room is spacious. The amenities in the room are great with a tea set, ironing board, shoe shine and spray that’s great for business travellers. The breakfast was a decent spread with a few nice ones like the Tonkotsu, soba. The onsen was also a highlight, the facilities are great with sauna and multiple shower corners for many people. The location is excellent, just next to the Hakata train station and there are a few pharmacy and convenience stores nearby. The overall ambient of the hotel is nice, clean, and peaceful.

La posizione è buona vicino alla stazione principale di Shinkansen. Siamo venuti a celebrare il compleanno di mio padre. Anche se non si potevano organizzare decorazioni speciali, l'hotel ha preparato gentilemente alcuni cookie per il compleanno come gesto, che era molto dolce. Questo hotel sarà certamente la mia scelta migliore ogni volta che visitavo Fukuoka. The location is great just a few minutes walk from the main hakata station. Lots of nice food nearby and there is. 7-11 nearby for your daily last minute food and drinks grab before going back to the hotel. Hotel is clean and staff are always professional and polite. Would stay here again …

We only stayed for a night but we had such an amazing stay. The kind staff upgraded us to a suite which looked great facing the ocean. The room was spacious and clean, all amenities that you need were provided. Free parking was available directly outside the hotel. Would come back again!

Recensione a 5 stelle Il soggiorno al Grand Hyatt Fukuoka è stato davvero piacevole e confortevole. L'hotel è direttamente collegato al Canal City Hakata, il che lo rende estremamente comodo per lo shopping, i ristoranti e per passeggiare per Fukuoka. Strange hotel / apartment, it’s very large and spacious but not much to fill the space and doesn’t have a very homely or comfy vibe. Rooms were clean though and there was everything you needed from an apartment. Staff at reception were very welcoming but didn’t seem to have the same urgency to help as other places I’ve visited in Japan. The location was fantastic for our sightseeing and sporting needs. We had a short walk to the Fukuoka Dome to watch baseball and short walks to other sightseeing spots, including the beach. Public transport was also very close by and convenient.
