It’s a great hotel located in the heart of Nagoya - Sakae is a great spot to see attractions and plenty of food options nearby. You can see Oasis21 and Mirai Tower, the ferris wheel and the restaurants nearby. You can do Lawson runs and enjoy the overall comfort of the hotel. The Breakfast is awesome and I highly recommend getting it. Grindelwald was nice as well!

Poiché è un tipo di operazione attraverso la schermata di toccamento, non c'è una reception, quindi se prenoti una stanza, devi chiamare la reception, ma la stanza è molto pulita e le strutture sono complete.

Amo questo posto ...molto rilassante.. bel ambiente.. mio figlio gode molto la piscina

About 5 min walk from Fushimi station, about 5-10 min taxi ride to Nagoya stations. Great hospitality, very luxurious. Very friendly to tourists (I guess the name fits the hotel well). Decorations are wonderful. Mega Donki is very close to walk, just one station away from Sakae. Airport limo right across the street.

The female receptionist is friendly and helpful with fluent english speaking. The room was clean but there was a blue balloon left in the room corner. We stayed for two nights, the used cups on 2nd morning and recycled bottles next to the rubbish bin were not taken away during 2nd day room cleaning. I had to called the service desk to give us new cups as they refused to take them away, they explained that the room cleaning was completed. The Lego bricks potato chips were no longer served at breakfast time at the restaurants. This was our 2nd visit to this hotel, which seems a little bit degraded.

The hotel has excellent location and the service is perfect. Staff are helpful and friendly and very polite. The hotel lobby is spacious and with lots of restaurant choice.

因為自駕，所以地點偏一點更好。有一團臺灣客，真的很嘈，早餐時很那個。但不是酒店的錯，所以還是高分。意外驚喜是早上被風聲吵醒，一看紙窗外發現快日出，結果拍下４分鐘日出片段，好美好美。

Non c'è niente di sbagliato in un tradizionale hotel a cinque stelle. Anche il servizio è buono. La camera era pulita e ordinata. La macchina del caffè è a capsule e la vista è fantastica. Anche il senso dello spazio è buono, non angusto. Anche il bagno è grande. C'è una farmacia al piano di sotto dell'hotel con un sacco di cibo delizioso.

Il viaggio è molto piacevole. Questa è la seconda volta. Ho pescato con i miei figli per pranzo molte volte. Lo userò di nuovo.Grazie.

Hotel room is spacious but hotel feels dated. General cleanliness seems ok but my son found dead bug on his bed and PET bottle under his bed in his room. Area is convenient if you have a car. Loads of food and shopping in close proximity. Parking space is also abundant but seems to fill up quickly at night. Breakfast was excellent.
