The stay is very comfertable. Staff friendliness is awesome. Location is very convenient ad easy access to many places. Supper service. Special thanks to Mr Daas and Mr Sing. Bag handling staff is proving an extra ordinary service and I am totally satisfied and booked for two times already. Food is excellent and the food and beverage ensures to check with tables their needs. Looking forward for next stay.

It was a suite room with kitchen, living and dining. It was clean and well maintained. I only stayed for one night and didn’t have much time in the hotel other than sleep. It was a little expensive for that though. I think it would be more suited for people who stay there for weeks together.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless and cozy, and the service was outstanding. The staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. A great place to relax — I would happily come back again.

The restaurant's service and quality are pretty bad. I was sitting in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes without any service during dinner time. About at least 30% of cousins are either empty or nearly empty. Based on the 5-star hotel, it is very poor service and quality.

Hotel is located in a good location staff very attentive and very helpful to our needs. The breakfast had plenty of variety to accommodate to all taste including western food. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay as it requires a bit of updating. View from our room

L'ambiente era buono. Adatto a tutti i tipi di occasioni. Il cibo era delizioso. Abbiamo fatto cena con candela che era nel tipo di zona del giardino, era pieno di moschi. Questo è l'unico problema. Altrimenti, in generale buono. Vorrei valutare 4/5.

SSultan AMSThe overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela.
The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room.
Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

After one day no feedback and made two calls by my Indian friend to front desk, and got the answers of “will send to you ASAP” and “will send you now”, but still nothing in my email……..
Writing email to hotel service email…..no response
Then made a call again via free calls from trip.com link of Countryard Hyderabad….. finally, got the invoices in 1min…….
I’m wondering what happen for this 4-star hotel having this kind of service……..

Fantastico
CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

Tuttavia, il personale dell'hotel durante il check-out non era esperto e non era addestrato dall'hotel. Anche trip.com NON ha educato e comunicato all'hotel che Trip.com è una società online legittima, e quando trip.com invia una prenotazione prepagata, il cliente ha IL PAGAMENTO INTENSO PER STAY. Questa mancanza di comunicazione da trip.com e formazione incompleta da parte della gestione dell'hotel ha lasciato un BIG GAP in dipendenti che ritardano il checkout. Il dipendente dell'hotel non ha mai sentito parlare di Trip.com e era in un dilemma se mi dovesse pagare di nuovo nonostante il pagamento totale. Questo mi ha causato un ritardo eccessivo, e ha rovinato l'intera esperienza di soggiorno.

AAnjali GnQuesto hotel ha fornito i migliori servizi in ospite, soddisfazione dei clienti e responsabilità per garantire il comfort di tutti gli ospiti. Personalmente vorrei ringraziare il manager, il personale e l'onorevole Azam frm l'f&b per aver assicurato che io abbia ricevuto il miglior trattamento possibile. Sono rimasto per 6 notti e non mi hanno impressionato con la loro eccellente cura e servizi da parte della reception, la custodia, la F&B, la cena in camera e la porta principale e tutte le richieste sono state soddisfatte rapidamente. Devo dire che sono stati ben addestrato e che ciascuno di loro è davvero notevole. Ben meritato raccomandazione e sarò solo a Vivanta la prossima volta. Grazie.

L'equipaggio di custodia ha aiutato a soddisfare le esigenze e l'IRD ha fatto.

SSiddharth M.La struttura è molto attraente, l'atmosfera è molto vicina, il personale è molto attraente. Era pulito, elegante, accogliente con un servizio eccellente dove abbiamo cenato. La cena era buona e il grande valore per soldi e servizio era attento ed efficiente. La stanza stessa era ben attrezzata e confortevole. Ero molto contento del mio soggiorno. Spero di essere di nuovo per una visita più lunga in futuro.
