Hotel Santika Padang is about 45 minutes from airport.Check in fast and the staffs are helpful.they told us where to find good local foods.We have welcome drink at the rooftop with good view.room. Is big,comfortable ang unlimited mineral water.location is good near to Padang beach about 15 minutes walk,surrounded by lot of restaurants.good stay.

Attentiveness and politeness of the staffs from all level are great. Breakfast are good. Room are okay but will be better if furniture being refurbish.

No ironing board set in room.This is very important to female.Need ironing shawl etc.Dear Hotel Mngt,please consider to provide it upon customer request. Others OK.

Big room with balcony. Great staff. 24hrs room service. Only is the toilet is not clean. Theres a mold. & look old. But the room is nice. The bed is soft. Sleep well. U can ask the reception to book for a body massage at all times. The breakfast was great with full of local food. Night time they have a live band which u can sing along or just request any songs. The restaurant served delicious food. Its not expensive. Location only 5mins walk to Ramayana & Jam Gadang.

Really like the ambiance, location, fluffy bed including the additional bed thick and fluffy bed. I will come back here because the convenience and comfortable. Maybe hotel need to upgrade the curtain, wash the sofa a bit and maintenance the wall. The small improvement need to do the rest all excellent for me.

It was great experience with BASKO. If you are not familiar with Indonesian food, i recommend strongly nasi goreng in restaurant (for breakfast buffet). And also I want to bring this hotel's orange juice to home. It was the best juice I've ever had. Room service available 24hour. Room is maintain their clearance, but one of disappointing point is sewer, it can't drain well 😭

Buona posizione. L'hotel non è molto nuovo, ma sembra essere stato recentemente ristrutturato. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. La doccia è un po' vecchia e potrebbe beneficiare di un miglioramento. L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, ma è una spiaggia pubblica e purtroppo non è stato molto pulito durante la nostra visita. In generale, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno con buon colazione e facile da cena da un ristorante vicino. Con qualche miglioramento, l'hotel potrebbe anche essere meglio.

Questo è il miglior hotel Mercure in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Materassi e cuscini erano incredibilmente comodi, l'insonorizzazione eccellente e la pulizia impeccabile. La colazione e la cena al ristorante erano assolutamente deliziose e le porzioni più abbondanti rispetto a quelle che si trovano altrove. Anche la spa era incredibilmente rilassante e i massaggiatori erano molto competenti e professionali. L'hotel è vicinissimo alla spiaggia, con vista sull'oceano dalle finestre. Il mare era pulitissimo e bellissimo, e l'aria condizionata era molto confortevole. Non ho trovato assolutamente nulla di negativo! Anche la piscina era molto pulita; viene chiusa per la pulizia ogni sera alle 20:00. Un hotel assolutamente consigliato!
