Indonesia: hotel con piscine nella provincia di Sumatra Occidentale

We like the strategic location. Also, the friendly staffs render their services to the guests. Especially, a surprise cake given to us for our anniversary. We returned to stay as we liked the spread of menu both international and local food availability. The foods were regularly ready to replenish by the staffs.

Il posto è confortevole, vicino alla spiaggia e con accesso a vari luoghi di ritrovo nella città di Padang, altamente raccomandato, soprattutto perché c'è una piscina sul tetto, davvero fantastica

The cleanliness inside room really need to be improved a lot. I got bath towel with stain and visible stain insode the bathroom near the sink. TV was not working and the TV's screen got something on the surface. However, the variety of foods during breakfast buffet was good. My first and last time stayed at this hotel.

We like the location as amenities very much choice and strategic location for popular tourist attractions. Breakfast menu includes and the local and international menu.

Cukup memuaskan menginap disini hanya case ora scrapan codice RO(room only) jadi bikini risih padahal ordernya include breakfast hehehe ...

Il posto consigliato per soggiornare. Questo è il mio breve soggiorno perché devo prendere il volo precoce di ritorno al mio paese. Ci vogliono 40 minuti da questo hotel all'aeroporto.

Personale amichevole, la camera pulita, il servizio buono, vale la pena rimanere qui. Inoltre hanno una varietà di cibo, dessert si può scegliere per colazione. Grazie per averci avuto l'hotel mercurio.

Good location and helpful concierge staffs. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good.
