L'alloggio in villa vale il prezzo speso. Se cercate privacy durante la vostra vacanza, non potete sbagliarvi con questo posto. I pasti/le opzioni di cibo sono scadenti. La colazione arrivava fredda e insapore quasi tutti i giorni. Non avere un buffet per la colazione non aiuta. Se dovete servire in camera, vi preghiamo di acquistare ripiani caldi, carrelli isolati e coperture in acciaio per evitare che il cibo si raffreddi. Le pellicole trasparenti sono dannose per l'ambiente e rendono il cibo molliccio. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, anche se fosse stato caldo, avrei comunque dato 2 su 5. Ad esempio, date un'occhiata a questa pizza Margherita che abbiamo ricevuto il primo giorno del nostro arrivo.

A 30 minuti dal centro di Batam a Turi Beach. La vista mare dalla mia camera è pazzesca (lato Raini Hill). Ci tornerò la prossima volta 😇 Consiglio di preparare autonomamente shampoo e asciugacapelli. Lo shampoo fornito ha una quantità limitata e l'asciugacapelli ha una potenza molto ridotta, quindi ci vuole tempo per asciugarsi i capelli.

Un soggiorno davvero memorabile al Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi Il mio recente soggiorno al Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi, nella camera 8006, è stato semplicemente eccezionale, grazie all'incredibile personale che ha fatto di tutto per far sentire la nostra famiglia a casa. La loro dedizione al servizio e il loro calore genuino erano evidenti a ogni passo. Innanzitutto, l'intero staff dell'hotel merita un immenso elogio. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con un sorriso. Sembrava che tutti, qualunque cosa stessero facendo, interrompessero il lavoro solo per salutare la mia famiglia mentre passavamo. Questo semplice gesto ha fatto un'enorme differenza e ha contribuito notevolmente all'atmosfera accogliente. Vorrei anche fare un ringraziamento speciale a un membro dello staff maschile del ristorante Rempah Kitchen, dove abbiamo fatto colazione. Mio figlio stava mangiando solo una banana, una salsiccia e un uovo sodo, e questo membro dello staff, che indossava una divisa diversa, ha mostrato un'osservazione incredibilmente acuta. Ha notato subito le scelte limitate di mio figlio e si è avvicinato al nostro tavolo. Si è offerto spontaneamente di prendergli qualcos'altro, come la pasta, e gli ha persino offerto una cioccolata calda. La sua attenzione e gentilezza sono state davvero straordinarie e ci hanno fatto sentire molto coccolati. Mi scuso per non aver ottenuto il suo nome. Infine, un grande ringraziamento al nostro eccezionale addetto alle pulizie, il signor Bahar. La sua attenzione ai dettagli è stata impeccabile. Ogni giorno ci lasciava bigliettini dedicati, un tocco davvero premuroso e personale. Gli asciugamani a forma di animali che creava ogni giorno erano un momento speciale: stimolavano sempre la conversazione e portavano tanta gioia a mio figlio. Il personale di questo hotel è ciò che lo rende davvero speciale. Il loro servizio impeccabile, la loro attenzione e la loro cordialità hanno reso la nostra vacanza in famiglia un'esperienza indimenticabile. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

We recently celebrated a special getaway at Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel and it truly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. The atmosphere was so peaceful, exclusive, and romantic — perfect for spending quality time with my wife. The hotel itself is incredibly unique, with so much history and character. Staying inside a beautifully restored ship made the entire experience unforgettable. Every corner had a charming nautical touch, and the ambiance throughout the property was elegant yet cozy. One of our favorite spots was the infinity pool overlooking the sea. The view during sunset was absolutely breathtaking, and the calm surroundings made it feel like a private paradise. We spent hours just relaxing by the pool, enjoying the ocean breeze and quiet atmosphere. The restaurants were also very good. The food was delicious, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the dining ambiance was warm and relaxing. Having dinner with the sea view and soft lighting created such a romantic mood for our celebration. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always attentive, which made the experience even more comfortable. The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly quiet despite being such a famous landmark. If you are looking for a romantic escape, peaceful retreat, or simply a unique experience in Bintan, I highly recommend Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel. It was a memorable celebration with my wife, and we will definitely come back again. We had a wonderful stay and would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the entire team for making our visit so memorable! A special thank you to Shintia at the Front Desk, whose warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. She remembered our family by name throughout our stay and kept us updated on everything from the opening of the beach club to the latest f&b offerings. Her personal touch made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. We would also like to thank Shely at the pool for her friendly hospitality and cheerful service despite the unforgiving heat, as well as the amazing team at Port19 - there were so many wonderful staff members that it’s impossible to name them all individually, but every interaction was met with genuine smiles and excellent service. We were celebrating our child’s birthday during our stay, and the thoughtful surprises arranged by the hotel made the occasion extra special. It was these little touches that created lasting memories for our family. Our room was always well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless. What impressed us most was the consistently warm and friendly attitude of every crew member we encountered throughout the resort. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality and for making us feel so at home. We leave with many happy memories and sincerely hope to return again one day.

Ho letto alcune recensioni negative su Google o Trip.com, ma ho comunque deciso di scegliere questo resort per la posizione. Inoltre, dopo aver parlato con l'autista, ho scoperto che la vista sulla spiaggia di questo resort è in realtà la migliore di Bintan. Mangiare all'interno del resort è piuttosto costoso, soprattutto la cucina indiana la sera. Sono andato al ristorante cinese, ma non abbiamo ordinato pesce. Il cameriere è molto disponibile, gentile ed educato. Abbiamo ordinato per una persona di media statura, ma ci ha sconsigliato di scegliere quella perché la porzione era davvero abbondante.

La camera fu assegnato a un fumatore mentre io avevo chiesto una camera non fumatori nella mia prenotazione. Dovevo chiedere un cambio di camera. La porta era difficile da aprire nonostante l’uso di due carte di accesso. Di nuovo, dovevo chiedere al ricevitore di rimettere in ordine le nostre porte. Quindi c'era un po'di ritardo prima di poter davvero riposare dopo un lungo giorno. Sono state fornite le attrezzature di base come kit dentale, shampoo e lavatrice corpo. La stanza era di una dimensione decente. Il colazione era ok e ha una stazione Maggie. È solo una 5-10 minuti di auto al centro di traghetto Batam.

We recently stayed at The ANMON Resort Bintan for a short getaway, and honestly it became one of the most memorable and romantic trips my wife and I have had. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. The beautiful white tents, warm lighting, and desert-style ambiance created such a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us slow down and enjoy the moment together. One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays. Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget. We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan. Stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan with my toddler and had a mix of positive and negative experiences. We booked a pool access room, which was extremely convenient with a young child. Service throughout our stay was excellent, and the team was always helpful. They also assisted with printing our ferry boarding passes and arranged the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal. The food at Warung Pak Lagoi was decent, and the service there was especially attentive. The restaurant also offers free koi fish feeding, which my toddler enjoyed. On our last day, the fish food had run out, but a lovely staff member went the extra mile to get us a small packet so my child could still participate. The shuttle to Plaza Lagoi runs hourly, but if you miss it, you'll have to wait for the next one, so plan accordingly. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The Kids Club was quite disappointing compared to the photos online, with very limited activities, missing items and play options available. There was also power trip on our first night. As our toddler was already asleep, changing rooms wasn't a practical option for us. More concerning was that the entire resort experienced two power outages on our second night. We happened to be outdoors during one of them, and the blackout was completely pitch dark. It was quite frightening as we weren't holding our toddler's hand at that exact moment and couldn't see anything around us. Overall, the staff and service were the highlights of our stay, but the repeated power outages and underwhelming Kids Club made the experience less enjoyable than expected.
