Room is clean and very spacious. Breakfast also not bad. Easy to access. Price also affordable. Very enjoyable stay. Will book again if got an discount from apps for the booking.

We could not find any 5 star hotel with lower price other than Alltrue Sydney hotel Batam Centre!! The hotel is huge. Included with own convenience store & souvenirs stall. The room we chose have everything you need to experience like a 5 star rooms. Can you imagine you're just paying SGD35 per night for this??!! The staffs all are friendly. Swimming pool is perfect for families, the gym have all the complete equipments you want to use. And especially the buffet restaurant, all the food & drinks are decent and very delicious! You cannot ask for more! Thank you so much for the great experience Alltrue sydney! We will definitely come back here again! 👍🙏

This is my third time back, which says how much I love Turi Beach Resort because of the lovely beach view from the room and how the beach feels like a private beach and so quiet. But this time round, I got a room right in front of the pool and near to the reception. The noise from the pool and several events held right beside the pool, with an MC and speaker blasting, really spoiled the tranquil ambience I was looking forward to - an escape from the city and its noise. I requested for a quiet room with a sea view, so I was really surprised with the room given. Perhaps the proximity to the swimming pool and breakfast buffet is a plus for others, but not for me as I don’t swim and I love to walk around the resort. While I truly am grateful to the staff for the elaborate and time-consuming birthday decoration, I did not really enjoy my stay this time round due to the noisy events held during the weekend. If you’re like me, do state that you would like a room away from the swimming pool in addition to a quiet room to ensure a quiet stay. Or perhaps the hotel could alert guests that there will be events held and what time so I could plan to be away during that time instead.

Il check-in era piuttosto veloce. Nota che è necessario un deposito. Il lobby era in fase di riparazione, ma non era troppo cattivo. Oltre al lobby (cos reno), è davvero una bella proprietà. Abbiamo scelto la villa dello studio, perché volevamo le pareti più alte per la privacy. La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa, il letto con molte piastrelle era comodo per me. La camera aveva due unità di ac che erano apprezzate perché si raffreddava definitivamente la camera più velocemente. La TV intelligente funzionava bene con un carico di canali. Il bagno (& bagno) era enorme, ma la pressione dell'acqua era leggermente bassa sul tappo doccia/tub, anche se era ok per il bagno e il bagno. La piscina privata era pulita alto, penso che le lastre di legno potrebbero richiedere un lavoro di manutenzione. Non abbiamo incontrato molte moschee, forse ci sono volati in giro uno o due il nostro ultimo giorno. La nostra camera è venuta con due bevande al giorno complimentari al ristorante che è del gusto nel centro del resort. La colazione era semi-buffet. Durante l'ispezione, riempire questa mutandine ogni giorno per la scelta delle vostre mani. Se vuoi cambiare la tua scelta, vai solo al reception desk un giorno prima del tuo colazione programmato per aggiornare la tua sciarpa. Anche se ci sono stati 3 slot, siamo arrivati molto prima della nostra slot assegnata, e non era un problema. Oltre al colazione, abbiamo anche avuto servizio in camera. Il cibo era delizioso e abbastanza ragionevolmente prezzo. Speso abt sgd12 totale per nasi goreng e me goreng. Qualcosa che non ho mai incontrato in nessun altro hotel è stato che abbiamo dovuto firmare un modulo di riconoscimento quando abbiamo ordinato, come per esempio abbiamo ricevuto 2 piastrelle, 2 cuscini, ecc. Non è una grande questione. La parte migliore di Woda è il personale, dalla manutenzione di case fino alla manutenzione di immobili, al personale di ristorante, tutti sono stati molto amici e di grande aiuto.

I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.

Hotel is at a very open location, afew KMs of batam center. Very exquisite feel from the outside n inside. Place is nice, rooms & toilets are clean. Just that the aircons from the lobby to the rooms aren't functioning well.

Le camere erano spaziose e pulite. Il cuoco di induzione era tutto rustico e non volevamo usarlo. Aircon si è rotto la nostra prima notte. La manutenzione ci ha voluto più di 30 minuti per rispondere e un'altra ora per correggere la questione. La zona di doccia è davanti al bagno, oltre al bagno. Nessuna cortina. Quando si fa la doccia, tutto il bagno diventa bagnato e sapone. Solo due ascensori che servono il nostro blocco sono pronti ad aspettare. Ci siamo fermati al piano superiore e ci siamo preso molto tempo per salire o scendere. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile.Il buffet per colazione era davvero buono, ma il personale era lento a salire. Nessun negozio di comodità all'hotel doveva attraversare una strada occupata al negozio più vicino.

Disclaimer: the booking price per night I secured was cheap, considering it was last minute and during peak period. Upon arrival, property exterior looked nice and worth of the 4 stars but personally that was the climax of it as everything else was sub-par. Swimming pool was decent with a max depth of 1.2m. In-room experience: toilet seat was broken and there was no hair dryer. The balcony seemed overkill as it was quite sizeable but empty. Perhaps it is for the beachfront vibes but there is a wall covering any view (good for privacy though) Breakfast: only made it once for the buffet breakfast and the spread was limited. Again, below the 4 star touted. Service: this is where they saved their honour. Staff were friendly, great, and accommodating to requests. Location: very near to the beach and away from city, making it an idyllic place. However, maybe as it is the festive season, 2 out of 4 nights we were woken up by super loud music (and vibrations) coming from the event stage located opposite the property. All in all, pretty good for a newly opened hotel and at the price point (＜SGD80/night) means no complaints. But it is at most 3 star level to me

Per la prima volta soggiorno in Swiss belhotel bay... Hotel vicino al terminal di traghetto della baia di porto.. Solo camminare circa 10 minuti e i servizi sono davvero fantastici dall'ufficiale ospite fino al personale del ristorante davvero eccellente , specialmente Maya ci controlla sempre su qualsiasi cosa ci rende comodi stare e rende sorpresa il compleanno che faci sentire speciale e il personale del ristorante Anabil (se non è sbagliato il nome 😊)e anche molto buono Ma la maggior parte del personale dell'hotel è molto buona e amichevole e la colazione è anche buona. È davvero consigliabile rimanere lì
