Indonesia: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Sumatra Settentrionale

The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

Questo è il viaggio com promozione di errore senza audit. Non posso ancora recuperare il mio deposito e non sono sicuro quando posso recuperare il mio denaro 844000 rupiah.

We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites. Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine. We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in. Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan.

Un posto decente per rimanere. - Si'. Molti anziani quando accediamo, ma dopo che diciamo la ricezione, vengono e puliscono subito dopo. Spero che ci siano più servizi come lo shampoo, gel da doccia, ferro. La colazione è la stessa per due giorni, ma va bene, perché rimaniamo solo per due giorni. Penso che mi sentirà stanco se la colazione fosse la stessa ogni giorno. Visualizza è bello

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Variety of food for brekfast. Location is quite central - Less than 10 mins walk to Delipark Mall and Tjong A Fie Mansion. Theres a bus station nearby too but we use grab most of the time. Pls note that pavements in Indonesia are generally not being maintained - so watch out for holes, metal rods, uneven surface etc. Highly recommended.

Check in staff was friendly and efficient. Room service was prompt, but the soap & shampoo holder was quite annoying because it prevents dispensing the liquid well.WiFi connection was not very reliable, sometimes dropping off. But overall stay was good and comfortable.

Questo hotel di fronte al lago è l'unico hotel 5 stelle a Samosir. E 'nuovo, circa 2 anni. La sua posizione è strategica, circa 9 minuti di auto dal terminal di traghetto Ambarita, dove ferries dal doc Parapat. La stanza non è grande ma pulita e funzionale. Il gel di doccia, lo shampoo e lozione corporea puzzano davvero bene, come uno di questi oli essenziali.L'hotel ha anche un jet per sport acquatici come jetski, catamaran, canoe e yacht.Il buffet colazione ha molte varietà. Ci sono anche succo amaro e altri tipi di bevande tradizionali a base di erbe.

Grande e fantastico hotel, penso solo che sono andato lì all'ora sbagliata che era prima di Natale qualche giorno e non il fine settimana, quindi era così tranquillo e colazione era a scelta dal menu e solo 1 tipo è stato consentito ma era ancora ok z grazie

Grande posizione, come è vicino alla merdeka di lapangan e a piedi alla stazione ferroviaria.La stanza è enorme e molto moderna.La maggior parte delle etnie cinesi (non cinesi) soggiornano in questo hotel. Vi rimarrà qui in futuro

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel is conveniently located along one of the main roads in Medan city, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The reception staff were very professional and efficient during check-in and throughout our stay. The concierge service was truly top-notch—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent coffee served in the lobby. They use ”Ophir coffee”, and it was honestly some of the best coffee we have ever tasted. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medan.
