We had such a lovely stay at Samosir villa resort that we extended with 2 more days. The place has a amazing location. Great staff and a very good restaurant. I would definatly recommend staying Here.

Il mio soggiorno recente all'Hotel Grand Cityhall è stato davvero eccezionale e supera le mie aspettative. Questo è stato evidente in ogni angolo dell'hotel, dal design interno eccellente, una miscela di tocchi classici e moderni, ai dettagli pensieri all'interno delle camere. Tuttavia, ciò che ha reso questa esperienza davvero inoltrabile è la qualità del servizio. L'equipaggio di Grand Cityhall ha illustrato gli standard di ospite 5-Star. Tutti i membri del personale che ho incontrato sono stati amici, attenti e veramente utili. Il processo di check-in era insolito, e mi sentivo davvero apprezzato come ospite.

Good hotel, strategic location.  The aircondition and refrigater a bit noisy. The room and bathroom is clean, the towel need to change for the new one.

I recently stayed at the Samosir Cottage on Samosir Island from November 29 to December 1, 2024. The room was spacious, a significant plus. However, the toilet area required attention, with ants present, as mentioned in previous reviews. While this was acceptable for me, it's an area for improvement. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service from the receptionist. They clearly explained options and kindly upgraded us to a bigger room. Their helpfulness and professionalism made a significant difference in our stay. We booked two deluxe rooms, but the first room had a smoke smell, prompting us to request a change or upgrade. Overall, while there's room for improvement in bathroom maintenance and mattress covers, the Samosir Cottage's spacious rooms and excellent service make it a solid choice for those visiting Samosir Island. Hotel vecchio ristrutturato Vantaggio - camere di dimensioni più grandi w super re dimensioni letto, bella piscina e grande lobby Disadvange - da vecchi hotel, alcuni degli accessori sono vecchi La posizione è buona per il cibo, ma vicino alla strada, così rumore Tutti i membri del personale sono amichevoli e utili.

I booked Hotel Aryaduta Medan through Trip.com and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. The booking was easy, the price offered was more competitive compared to other platforms, and the confirmation was instant. During check-in, there were no issues at all. Hotel Aryaduta Medan is conveniently located in the city center, very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options. The swimming pool and other facilities were also great for families. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Trip.com and my stay at Hotel Aryaduta Medan. I would definitely use Trip.com again for future bookings.

The hotel staff is nice and polite. Check in was fast. Breakfast is normal. The location is near to shopping centre. By grabs, it takes abt 1 hour frm airport. However, the room need to be renovated as quite old. Not the usual jw mariott standard.

It’s a decent place with comfy beds and cooling air conditioning. But the problem is that the blower wasn’t mounted properly and is shaking like a sugar cane juice machine. Other than that no issue with the room. There is a welcome drink, to claim it you should go to a lounge on the second floor. When you get there they present you a menu and ask you to select a drink, only after you order the drink off their menu do they actually bring the welcome drink telling you that the drink you ordered is also on its way. I honestly believe it’s a gimmick or a scam. Very disappointed.

Questa è stata la mia 6a notte di soggiorno con prenotazioni successive separate a causa della situazione sconosciuta delle condizioni di nostra madre che era in ospedale vicino. Tutto questo hotel era buono e conveniente, soprattutto il personale. Non utilizzare le altre strutture dell'hotel, ad eccezione del sonno e del colazione.
