PpassportfullofrosiesposiesI didn't know that the room type I booked was at the other far end of the apartment building. Not only did I feel cast aside due to the distance, but the lobby area didn't look anything like a hotel. I barely saw any hotel staff around until the day I was checking out.
The room was big, but for the most part, it looked dated, particularly the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with only a bread toaster, a frying pan, a wooden spoon (that really looked like it was time to replace), two glasses, two sets of cutlery, a teapot, and a small creamer pot. There was no electric kettle, not to mention coffee cups. There was no dish towel and again, not to mention kitchen soap. One cooking hob didn't work while the other kept beeping when switched on and stayed cold.
There was a mineral water dispenser, but the water from the hot tap was only 70% hot. You can't make a cup of coffee or tea with water that isn't hot enough.
I didn't have a good experience when making phone calls to book the 3-hour city transportation. I had the same experience on the first morning when I asked about the breakfast that was to be sent to my room. It was set to be delivered at 9 a.m. I made a call at 9:05 a.m. and was told that they would prepare it right away. When delivered, there were a few missing items: fresh milk for my coffee, orange juice, and a teaspoon for the coffee. I had to make a call again to request them. (I had already mentioned to the staff the night before what I would like to have for my breakfast.) On the next day, I made a call at 6 a.m. to request the same type of breakfast to be sent to my room at 9:30 a.m. Hours later, close to 9:30 a.m., I made a call to room service again to inquire if they were sending my breakfast already. My call was passed from one person to another until the third person who spoke to me seemed unaware of my 'order'. By this time, I was very upset. He said he would attend to it right away and have it delivered to my room in ten minutes. By the time it arrived, it was 9:58 a.m. Nonetheless, the chicken porridge on both mornings were absolutely delicious. The Soto Medan which I ordered as a room service was tasty too.
My sleep on both nights was pretty uninterrupted despite the honking from the heavy traffic. On Sunday, after my Fajr prayer at 6-ish, there was music, announcements, etc., from an event downstairs that lasted for three hours.
During checkout, staff was going to hand me 800,000 IDR until I told him that I had only made a deposit of 500,000. It was then I realized the amount written on the deposit receipt; the number 5 looked more like an 8. That must be why he wanted to return a security deposit of 800,000. He was grateful when I told him about the amount I made as a deposit and I told him to give feedback to his colleague about her handwriting (the one who did my check-in was a female staff).
Overall, this hotel was just alright for me. The lobby, front desk, and the staff at these two parts of the hotel were great.
If there were a next time for me, I'd try the hotel side instead of the apartment, but it's likely there won't be a next time here.

There are little things that should be pay attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variations/changes. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig und an Details & Austattung mangelt es.
Für Instagram Posts eignet sich die Unterkunft mit ihrem schönen Ausblick allerdings grandios.
Lage ist ruhig und ziemlich abgelegen.
Service ist sehr lieb und bemüht, obwohl die Kommunikation auf Englisch manchmal etwas holprig war.
Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt, allerdings ist der Preis zu hoch.

SSIDSThis is hotel was rebranded from Radisson to aiho .. still good condition... The checkin process also excellent.. within 5 minutes I can go straight way to my room.. the only problem is they only have 2 elevator.. sometimes in of that not functioning due to maintenance service..

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel rappresenta un valore eccezionale per soldi, con camere di qualità e servizi eccezionali. Ho soggiornato 3 notti nell'aprile 2026, e ho una vista meravigliosa sul 8° piano. Questa visita è stata una combinazione di business e piacere. Il colazione ha una serie di opzioni, che si occupano di cucina per i gusti occidentali e indonesi, ma sarebbe bello se il latte fosse refrigerato, come con altre proprietà del gruppo Marriot a Bal. Il centro commerciale è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, e l'hotel dispone di un supermercato lungo la strada e di un supermercato molto grande. Il centro commerciale è molto vicino a un centro commerciale, ma può raggiungere facilmente con un taxi per circa 2 dollari in 10 minuti. Tuttavia, la altezza del desktop non era davvero appropriata e non è sufficiente per il lavoro di business. Tuttavia, ho completato la maggior parte del lavoro nella sedia a rotelle con le mutandine per il laptop. Excelente gamma di canali TV tra cui BBC e CNN. Un bucket di ghiaccio costa 50,000 IDR. ($4 Aus Dollar) Ho usato la piscina che era grande al secondo piano con vista sulla città. Cchim kwai tanThe staffs were very friendly and helpful. Service with a smile. The location was great and the hotel was clean and orderly.We got our room at 20th floor with good view of the city The amenities were all functioning especially the gym, sauna, steambath and jacuzzi. The f&b staff were also very helpful and obliging. Only 1 incident where a female guest brought her 2 sons about 12 years old into the female section of the sauna/steambath/jacuzzi area which was distressing to my wife. The staff on duty was not around to help correct the situation. Nevertheless upon our complaint they were very apologetic n assured us it was an oversight n necessary action will be taken to avoid its recurrence. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there n also ate at their Jade Restaurant on 2 occasions. We have no doubt we will be back to this hotel in future

But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in ..
After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?
