Indonesia: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Banten

The studio room refered by the listing,resembles close to a superior sized hotel room with a queen size bed, a small desk corner and a small kitchenette by the door entrance, equipped with a well functioning fridge. For the price value point, i would say the room listing is worth the room, location, and POLITENESS of the service rendered (yes... Just the politeness, but efficiency wise..... I'll explain) Anyone who is looking to book this room for future conveniencies near the BSD ICE... MAKE SURE you are familiar with the malay/indo language... Or at least have an indonesian number or friend... As it would turn out to be a nightmare for the international guests... Before the check-in date, you'll be approached through trip.com's message channel by the vendor who will ask you for your check-in time and check-out time. Why? Because this isn't a hotel, and the reception counter staff under the apartment isn't the check-in person in charge ..... It is actually managed by a third-party called travelio, a local travel agency within Jakarta. Summarised: 1. They will ask you to download the travelio app (language available in english and indonesian only), to process your check-in and submit deposit through there. However, my problem was, i was unable to input my booking ref & pin (information sent to your email after booking) due to ”incomplete profile information error” which would lead me to thinking it was verifying my phone number (your travelio account becomes unable to verify after 3 failed OTP attempts, which the OTP never arrives regardless of choosing sms or whatsapp) 2. Their travelio support team and customer service, only allows communication through whatsapp texts, no calls. Meaning... U might have to wait while you panic. 3. Throughout the whole nighmare checkin process, they insist on downloading the travelio app. (Suspicious for trip.com to have included a 3rd party travel agency, but things happen, and my experience with trip.com ended on a good note with professional staffs trying to follow up on a consistent basis) Regarding the room small problems found which i shared with the travelio agent as well: 1. The bedsheets had several yellow stains, but no bedbugs and foul smell detected. 2. Entrance door can only be locked using a normal key, and the key was slightly out of shape, making it hard to lock from the outside. 3. There was no hot water for showering. 4. If you book the room for long stay, do note this is not a hotel, so there will be no daily housekeeping and replenishment of amenities provided (body soap, shampoo and dishwashing liquid in a small 50ml bottle. NOTE: the shampoo and body soap do smell nice, but they do not foam up. It is better to buy them in a small indomart located just underneath the apartment) 5. There is no water kettle. You will have to boil it like you are cooking :D In conclusion: Book this place if you have experience with travelio or well versed with indonesian language (they did reach out to me in english after some time, but the efficiency takes way too long). The travelio people whom i have met are very polite, but when it comes to check out.... As they do not have a person in charge at the apartment, it means you do not have the flexibility of checking out whenever you want... And that means, pay close attention to what time your flight is.

Had a great stay at Herloom! Brought our dog along, additional 300k/night for small dog. They provide bed and food for our furbaby. Highly recommended!

La seconda volta che sono rimasto qui dopo 6 mesi perché era molto soddisfatto durante il mio primo soggiorno. In generale è ancora molto pulito, tranne che ho trovato molte strisce di capelli sul tappeto (che non appartengono a me). La pulizia della camera della terza notte è stata fatta circa le 8:00, che è molto tardi. Il personale è molto gentile. Molte opzioni alimentari vicino se si prende un po' Belle caffe' alle scale Il mio amico godeva dell'arcade che si apriva fino a mezzanotte.

Camera e bagno spaziosi, biancheria e asciugamani puliti. Durata del soggiorno 25 minuti dal terminal 2 dell'aeroporto, tariffa Grabcar inferiore a 100.000 idr, incluso 1 pedaggio stradale. Nelle vicinanze bancarelle di ristoranti, bancomat, alfamidi, indomaret, stazione ferroviaria di Batu Ceper. Posizione molto comoda. Tornerò qui in un viaggio futuro.

Di recente ho soggiornato al DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Bintaro con la mia famiglia e, nel complesso, abbiamo avuto un'esperienza positiva in termini di posizione e servizio di ristorazione. L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica e sia la cena che la colazione sono state piacevoli, con una buona varietà di piatti e sapori eccellenti. Il personale del ristorante ha fatto un ottimo lavoro. Tuttavia, ci sono diversi aspetti del servizio che necessitano di notevoli miglioramenti, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di una struttura del marchio Hilton. Siamo arrivati in hotel intorno alle 16:30, ma, sorprendentemente, la nostra camera non era ancora pronta. La receptionist ci ha detto di aspettare un'altra ora, nonostante avessimo pagato il prezzo intero e fossimo arrivati ben oltre l'orario standard per il check-in. Questo è stato particolarmente scomodo perché mio figlio non si sentiva bene e aveva bisogno di riposare immediatamente. Dopo aver espresso la nostra insoddisfazione, la reception ha improvvisamente ”trovato” una camera pronta. Purtroppo, la camera non corrispondeva alle nostre preferenze di prenotazione. Avevo prenotato specificamente e pagato un extra per una camera al piano alto, ma ci è stata assegnata una camera a un piano inferiore. Quando ho chiesto chiarimenti, il personale dell'hotel ha detto che si trattava di un ”upgrade”. Tuttavia, dopo aver verificato, la cosiddetta camera con upgrade era più grande di soli 4 m² e la differenza di prezzo era di soli 8-10 USD rispetto alla prenotazione originale: un upgrade non proprio significativo e non in linea con quanto avevamo pagato. Inoltre, avevo incluso un pacchetto cena nella mia prenotazione, ma al momento del check-in nessuno ci ha informato sui dettagli della cena. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere informazioni in anticipo, altrimenti sarebbero state completamente ignorate. Capisco che l'hotel fosse al completo a causa delle festività natalizie, ma francamente, questo non può essere una scusa per un servizio così disorganizzato. Questo è un DoubleTree by Hilton, non un hotel economico standard. Da una catena alberghiera globale ci si aspetta una preparazione adeguata per l'alta stagione, e questa esperienza non è stata all'altezza. In conclusione, pur apprezzando l'esperienza culinaria e la posizione comoda dell'hotel, la procedura di check-in e la gestione della mia prenotazione sono state deludenti. Questo soggiorno mi ha fatto riconsiderare la possibilità di tornare in questo hotel in futuro.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

Questo lussuoso hotel situato in qualsiasi zona, la zona spiaggia situata intorno all'hotel, dobbiamo usare la navetta fornita dall'hotel alla spiaggia e al parco auto. La navetta va indietro e indietro da una posizione all'altra, quindi non dobbiamo aspettare troppo. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, la camera da bagno è pulita anche con tutte le attrezzature. Ci sono macchina da caffè pronta per l'uso e capsule da caffè. Il personale è molto utile dalla prima arrivata e durante i nostri soggiorni. La piscina e la zona di gioco per bambini è molto bello, il bagno, la palestra e anche i negozi. Il ristorante pronto a preparare il nostro ordine e il cibo sono deliziosi, ci fermiamo anche per pranzo prima di partire. In generale, molto piacevole soggiorno durante le nostre vacanze, molto soddisfatto con il cibo e i servizi.

Ho prenotato 3 unità, tutti di stili e dispositivi spaziali diversi. posizione è ok in PIK 2, ma per parcheggio non c'è parcheggio gratuito, c'è una stanza dove il riscaldatore d'acqua non funziona, e c'è 1 unità che il condizionatore d'aria non è nel dormitorio ma nel soggiorno, nessun sapone, nessun acqua potabile, ci sono alcuni letti che non sembrano puliti(?) come ci sono lettini (la stanza singola) il letto matrimoniale è sicuro” , il condizionatore d'aria è freddo, Il frigorifero funziona bene, non c'è spazio per asciugare i vestiti, sì, l'accesso a trovare cibo è anche facile, nel complesso, il prezzo è ok, la cosa più importante è contattare il proprietario attraverso il cosoap per facilitare l'alloggio 🙏🏻

Excellent and super friendly staff, especially restaurant staff. Very good breakfast, large variety of food available. Diner choice also top notch and very tasty food. Nice garden around, even mini zoo with lovebirds and rabbits. Some things need to improve. Namely cleanliness of the bathroom, some fixtures are broken, also in the pool (handrails). No exhaust fan in the bathroom and it is always wet and damp inside.

Il servizio era grande in tutto il mondo, la posizione non può essere battuta se avete un evento presso ICE, letteralmente solo una pietra getta via, molto conveniente se siete a Jakarta per questo scopo. La pulizia della stanza può essere migliorata, c'era un odore di lavanderia senza guai e anche un visitatore di bug una notte!! Ma la posizione non può essere davvero battuta, che conforto da solo valeva la pena di rimanere lì. Servizio di navetta disponibile anche al centro commerciale vicino!
