The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Invece di ”ciao”, ho dato al manager di Nick: ”Voglio un altro hotel”. Pensavo che il tassista parlasse della costruzione, nelle mappe ho visto che il centro era lontano, e mi ha girato completamente. La sorpresa di Nicky non era limitata, ma presto si rende conto che non era l'hotel, ma i miei timori.Durante i suoi anni di lavoro, imparò a sentire gli ospiti e mostrare la bellezza dove non la noti prima. La vista della stanza è affascinante mare, città, montagne. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, tutto è disponibile per un soggiorno confortevole, si sente confortevole e gratuito. Solo così tranquillo che il caffè mattina sul balcone o sulla prateria diventa un rituale di felicità. E per quanto riguarda il ”Distanza dal centro”, si è scoperto che l'hotel è proprio nel mezzo tra il centro e il giardino botanico, il trasporto di un penny. Ecco un vero conforto, amicizia, atmosfera di casa, e Nick ci ha guidati in vista, ha mostrato Batumi, e si è trovato molto più economico di qualsiasi altro, ha aiutato i bambini. Grazie a zio Guramu, zia Inessa e la loro famiglia si sono incontrati come famiglia.Il cibo è delizioso, domestico. Li chiamo zio e zia non dalla gentilezza che si avvicinano. Sono sicuro di tornare. E solo in questo hotel per una vera ospitalità georgiana.

Bella stanza grande, spazio sufficiente anche nel bagno. Solo due punti di minore importanza erano i sockets di potenza, avete bisogno di un adattatore, che la ricezione ci ha portato, così è un servizio eccellente.Ma l'unico socket normale aveva un problema se avevo attaccato il mio caricatore telefonico, non l'ha caricato, Dovresti tenerlo in modo specifico, ma in generale, una camera eccellente, molto felice con il nostro soggiorno.

Гостиница находится в старом городе.Расположение отличное!! Номера относительно большие и чистые,завтрак нормальный,но однообразный за 3 дня ничего не менялось да и кофе ”капучино” за отдельную плату... СПА и бассейн ужасные(брала гостиницу только из-за СПА)ОЧЕНЬ РАЗОЧАРОВАНА!! Бассейн маленький и вода холодная душно и неприятно!!! Заселились полотенец не было,а когда попросили сказали только через час🤔 Нас было три человека а все приносили на двоих!!!(полотенца,воду,шампунь,тапочки и т.д) Вообщем впечатление осталось не из приятных за такие деньги можно было снять что-то по приличней..не порекомендую своим знакомым никогда!!!

L'hotel è sul mare, l'hotel ha un parcheggio, l'ambiente è molto buono, guidare all'hotel per soggiornare e prendere la pioggia. Il cameriere dell'hotel aiuta a trasportare i bagagli dalla macchina nella stanza. Il servizio complessivo è ancora buono. La piscina dell'hotel è anche molto buona. Guardare il rotondo e la bellezza sul mare nella stanza, Molto bella, la colazione è ricco, l'apparecchiatura complessiva dell'hotel è vecchia.
