Egitto: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Governatorato di Giza

Si tratta di un hotel consolidato, molto frequentato dai bianchi. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'edificio nord, in una camera appena ristrutturata. Pur non essendo lussuosa, era pulita e ordinata. L'ingresso era un po' affollato, ma il balcone offriva una vista mozzafiato sul Nilo. L'hotel dispone anche di un ristorante giapponese, un po' caro, ma il cibo è discreto.

Un buen lugar para estar cerca de las pirámides con unas vistas privilegiadas. El staff muy amable y simpático (gracias Ahme y muhamed) El desayuno en la azotea genial, repetitivo, pero agradable. Las habitaciones cuidadas y limpias. No esperes un hotel europeo al uso, estás en Egipto. Está ubicado en una tercera planta, en la zona de hoteles, que es bastante marginal. La única pega es pensar que tiene piscina y no es así. Está en el hotel de enfrente y nos pidieron 10$ por persona x día por usarla. Nos parecio una broma... Muy aconsejable para visitar pirámides y el gran museo egipcio, por un par de noches, no más. El barrio es penoso.

Questo è stato il mio terzo soggiorno al Pyramid Front Hotel e, ancora una volta, è stata un'esperienza eccellente. L'hotel continua a stupire con la sua posizione straordinaria e la vista mozzafiato sulle Piramidi, oltre alle camere pulite e confortevoli. Il personale è sempre accogliente, cordiale e professionale. Vorrei ringraziare in modo particolare il signor Hany per il suo servizio eccezionale e la sua genuina ospitalità. Si assicura sempre che tutto sia perfetto e fa sentire gli ospiti come a casa. Consiglio vivamente il Pyramid Front Hotel a chiunque visiti Giza. Dopo tre soggiorni, è chiaro che questo hotel è la mia prima scelta e sono sicuro che tornerò.

Hotel is new and looks great. It’s out of the way from downtown which makes it more peaceful. We stayed a few nights, breakfast and the pool amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. However a few things to point out that I was going to but needs to be said. No privacy as workers working most of day outside of room so the window and curtains had to be closed or creepy men looking at you. Door connected to another room and not good sound proofing or insulation, can here everything other people are doing. Bed sheets had some blue dye stains on them the first night which was unwelcoming. Lastly, we decided to check out one night before, going to pay for mini bar things. The menu is priced in local money and not in dollars and doesn’t have VAT included, also a mini bar service charge is charged for the house keeper to refill which is hilarious at best as you pay for the room. That should include her to top up the fridge just as she would top up towels. Water isn’t free only a big bottle and not the small bottles so be careful. They don’t explain that clearly. So, once I saw my bill I tried to talk with front of house about it. He treated me like and ***** and said I need to pay in USA dollar and I said then why have a menu in your local currency. He couldn’t give me a good answer and just said all hotels do it. Then he started to laugh and tell me this is little USA money and so on and laugh again. I ended up paying my bill just to get out of the hotel as his attitude was poor and almost sarcastic. I paid then he said I’m welcome back be he will give compensation. I said well you wouldn’t help me swap a day to later in the week to return as early check out before so am good. Overall, we left the hotel in a poor mood and not acceptable. I’ve worked and work for these hotels and that is just poor. That was the biggest let down unfortunately.

Tutto è soddisfacente, soprattutto la signora Amany, la receptionista, per il suo aiuto in check-in ogni volta che andrà lì e a tutti i ristoranti. The hotel was beautiful - more than a hundred years of history nestled beside the pyramids! Pyramid view daily was real! One point to note was the good service of the buffet staff at the restaurant. The buffet was clearly not catered to the Asian palette despite so many Asians (Japanese, Chinese, Koreans, Malaysians, Singaporeans, ********* and hongkongers) staying at their hotel. Their variety at the lounge was terrible too (catering mostly Indian food as they have only an Indian and Italian restaurant on site). I suggested that the variety of food should cater to the guests at the hotel. When there are more Indian guests by all means increase the Indian variety but when they are Asian guests, increase the Asian varieties. Wageh (the manager) took my suggestion and asked me what would he preferred. I said a simple egg fried rice with cabbage and a simple chicken fried noodles would capture the hearts of Asians. He changed the menu for the next couple of mornings and the Asian section got wiped out! He’s really a rare gem that would listen to feedback and work on it. He was so happy when the food was finished and he had to get the chef whip up more! Amazing attitude there! I hope the hotel would give him the best employee award. One point to note. The staff (the lady at the counter and the chef) at the lounge were terrible. They gossiped behind our backs and were glad we were gone. Excuse me, we have a translation app on the phone that captures every conversation spoken. WE KNOW WHAT YOU WERE SAYING. So unprofessional and I hope the hotel gives them a warning and ethical education to be better people.

Questo hotel è di altissimo livello, non lontano dal Cairo, con una splendida vista sul campo da golf, piscina e ottimo servizio. La colazione offre un'ampia scelta e i camerieri sono molto cordiali. Ho perso la mia carta di credito sul tavolo, ma due membri dello staff, la signora Rahma Gamal e il signor Ossama, mi hanno aiutato e me l'hanno restituita subito prima della mia partenza. Sono persone molto gentili e disponibili e vorrei esprimere la mia gratitudine in particolare a loro due. Anche la palestra è bella e spaziosa, tornerò sicuramente!

Нам очень понравилось гостить там, расположение максимально близко к пирамидам. Дружелюбный персонал, мы приехали раньше времени заселения но нас сразу заселили, угостили свежевыжатым соком. В отеле можно организовать весь отдых: будь то экскурсии и трансфер в аэропорт. Номера чистые, хороший ремонт, кондиционер новый, работает на обогрев. Когда вернемся в Каир обязательно сюда.

Questo è il nostro primo viaggio in Egitto e abbiamo scelto il Soluxe Cairo Hotel perché è abbastanza vicino alla Necropoli di Giza. L'hotel è composto da 4 edifici in totale. Abbiamo alloggiato nell'Unità B, nella stanza 305. Per iniziare, siamo arrivati ​​piuttosto presto la mattina, intorno alle 07:30, e abbiamo richiesto il check-in anticipato. Il personale alla reception ha controllato e ci ha offerto il check-in anticipato una volta che la camera fosse stata pronta. Abbiamo aspettato fino alle 09:30 e poi siamo finalmente riusciti a entrare. La prima camera che ci è stata assegnata non era la stessa che avevamo prenotato, quindi abbiamo chiesto alla reception di cambiarla, e loro hanno accettato volentieri. La nostra camera era enorme, con un balcone annesso. La camera aveva ottimi servizi, tra cui kit per l'igiene orale e per la doccia. Ci hanno anche fornito un set di pantofole. L'ambiente era meraviglioso e il personale era molto collaborativo. La colazione a buffet offriva una buona scelta di cibo. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti negativi. Anche se l'hotel è a 4 stelle, sembra piuttosto vecchio. Alcuni mobili sono datati. Il balcone era grande, ma i pannelli delle finestre erano pieni di polvere. Non c'erano abbastanza prese elettriche in camera. Il bagno aveva i servizi igienici necessari, ma non c'era un getto d'acqua da usare dopo aver usato il water. Abbiamo usato gli stessi asciugamani per 4 giorni. Non c'erano kit dentali aggiuntivi e siamo rimasti praticamente senza dentifricio. Nonostante ciò, l'hotel è molto spazioso, con un ambiente tranquillo e una piscina. Il prezzo è molto ragionevole e abbiamo apprezzato ogni momento del nostro soggiorno al Cairo.

Questo hotel ha superato le mie aspettative. La posizione è eccellente, a soli 50 metri dall'ingresso delle Piramidi, scendendo le scale. In mezzo a un mare di hotel squallidi, questo sembra essere l'unico hotel pulito, ordinato e di lusso nelle vicinanze. È eccezionalmente pulito e ordinato, con un servizio eccellente. Anche le camere sono belle, in linea con gli standard nazionali per tutte le stagioni. La camera con vista sulle Piramidi offre una vista direttamente dalla finestra. Il ristorante all'ultimo piano si affaccia sulle Piramidi. Anche la colazione è abbondante, sebbene prevalentemente in stile occidentale, e le melanzane grigliate sono deliziose. Ci sono alcuni aspetti negativi, anche se devo sottolineare che il ristorante sul tetto è piuttosto costoso. Ho provato alcuni piatti e molti costavano circa 70 o 80 RMB. Fortunatamente, nelle vicinanze ci sono un KFC e una Pizza Hut.
