Conveniently located. 5 mins walk to mrt station and a row of good restaurant just outside mrt station. Great city view. I love the the city and people here. Will be back. Downside, my room smells like cigarette smoke. I’m sure if I request to change the room, they would but I was too tired too. Service staffs are very warm and friendly.

This resort feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and every bit deserving of its 5-star reputation. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and thankfully free from any cigarette smell. The laundry room was another pleasant surprise, equipped with new and well-maintained washers and dryers, with detergent provided for guests' convenience. All meals are included and served in the dining hall, making the stay truly hassle-free. The food was consistently good, with hotpot available for dinner. Drinks, snacks, and refreshments were also available throughout the day. It would be difficult to leave this place without gaining a little weight! 😜 Given the size of the resort, guests may occasionally need to use the resort's transportation to get around. Fortunately, the waiting time was minimal, and we were able to travel between locations quickly and efficiently. One minor drawback of the resort's impressive size is the walking distance to some rooms. The accommodation blocks are built in a circular layout, and our room happened to be located on the opposite side from the escalator landing. This meant walking past nearly 50 rooms every time we returned to our room. While this could be inconvenient, we did notice that the rooms closer to the escalator often had a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor. By contrast, our section at the far end was completely free of smoke odours, which made the extra walk worthwhile. Whether these were designated non-smoking rooms, I'm not entirely sure. What truly sets this resort apart is the range of activities and entertainment on offer. Guests can enjoy camel rides, ATV adventures, flying fox rides, guided stargazing walks, and nightly concerts and performances complete with spectacular fireworks displays. 🌌🐪🏍️🎆 For those looking for a Club Med-style, all-inclusive holiday with a unique desert setting, I would highly recommend this resort. It offers a memorable experience that combines comfort, adventure, entertainment, and excellent food in one remarkable destination.

I was initially in a dilemma about whether to stay here or not, but looking back, it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my trip! After carefully planning the journey, getting there was actually quite straightforward. For those coming from Hohhot, here's the route I took: 1. Take a train from Hohhot to Dalate West Station. 2. Take a Didi from Dalate West Station to Huailian Tourism Resort Reception Center (about 40 minutes, around CNY50). 3. Purchase rm176 of the Whistling Dune Bay package ticket, which includes admission, cable car, Yuesha Island access, and a camel ride. 4. Resort guests have access to a special lane for the cable car, which takes about 8 minutes. 5. Upon arrival, take the resort jeep transfer to the accommodation area. 6. Enjoy activities such as sand sliding, swimming in the pool, stargazing, and simply experiencing the peaceful desert atmosphere at night. 7. After checkout, take the jeep transfer to the mini desert train, followed by the duck car ride, before returning via cable car. 8. It can be difficult to get a Didi from the resort reception area, but the staff kindly helped arrange a taxi back to Dalate West Station for around CNY50. 9. Continue the journey from Dalate West Station to Ordos. What impressed me most was the hospitality. From the WeChat communication before arrival to the reception team and resort staff, everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The night experience was truly spectacular. The desert becomes so peaceful after sunset — all you can hear is the sound of the sand, while above you is a sky filled with countless stars and a beautiful moon. It was one of the most memorable moments of my trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique desert stay and unforgettable experience!

Il primo giorno del nostro soggiorno all'hotel Shangri-La, quando siamo andati alla reception, la maggior parte del personale non parlava inglese, ma una signora chiamata Zoe Zhou ci ha aiutato con grande cuore ed è stata estremamente gentile e professionale. Lo zucchero è stato anche molto utile e noi le siamo davvero grati. Abbiamo avuto un sacco di bagagli e non ci ha adattato, quindi abbiamo chiesto a un agente maschio di portarci una scatola, non solo ha portato la scatola, ma anche un bel nastro, e la sua mente e la sua volontà di aiutarci ci ha davvero impressionati. In generale, il coraggio e la calda atteggiamento del personale hanno reso il nostro primo giorno all'hotel molto comodo e memorabile.

Questo soggiorno a casa è fantastico. Il servizio clienti del personale / famiglia è eccellente e ci hanno davvero fatto sentire a casa. Ci siamo stati 6 giorni e vorremmo tornare. Poiché non avevamo una macchina, ci hanno dato 2 biciclette da usare. In seguito, siamo andati in montagna e nel centro della città, un bel posto per soggiornare.

I had a wonderful stay at Wanda Vista Hotel Hohhot. The hotel feels very luxurious from the moment you enter, with a beautiful lobby and elegant design. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff were polite and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of food. The hotel is also conveniently located, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it offers great value for a luxury stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hohhot.

We were transiting through Hohhot and had a 12-hour layover between flights, so we chose this hotel for a short rest. Juva Grand Hotel exceeded our expectations with its clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. We especially loved the swimming pool — it was very large, well equipped with play facilities, and had clean changing rooms, showers, and a hot jacuzzi, which made our stay even more relaxing. If we have the chance to visit again, we would love to stay longer and enjoy it more

Ho trascorso una settimana all'hotel con la mia famiglia e gli amici al 8° e 14° piano. Il 8° piano è arredato più moderno. Mi piaceva davvero la piscina. Anche se altri hotel pagano una tassa per la piscina, questa è gratuita. I bambini erano molto felici e non volevano andarsene. Il colazione era delizioso e variabile. Grazie per il souvenir e il regalo, è stato molto bello.
